This study analyzed whether the suitability of strategy is playing a regulative role between IT characteristics & user characteristics and non-financial performance empirically. To this end, this study set up IT characteristics and user characteristics as independent variables, and set up non-financial performance as the performance variable of KMS, and also set up the suitability of the management strategy & informatization strategy of a business as moderating variables. This study defined the detailed factors in IT characteristics as IT maturity and IT/IS infrastructure while defining the detailed factors in user characteristics as perceived profit, organizing of learning, and user professionalism. In addition, this study defined non-financial performance as an organization member satisfaction, and KMS availability. As a result of the analysis, IT maturity & IT/IS infrastructure, which are defined as IT characteristics, and perceived profit, organizing of learning and user professionalism, etc., which were defined as user characteristics, were found to be variables playing a regulative role in non-financial performance.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence of Internet Characteristics on SME's IT Abilities. In order to develop the rational model, the previous studies have been reviewed. The scope of Internet characteristics can be classified into 3 categories such as innovation, market opportunity, and industry characteristics. To test the hypotheses, 200 korean small and medium sized enterprises were surveyed. Regression analysis was made. The results of this study are as follows: Internet characteristics such as innovation, market opportunity, industry characteristics have an effect on SMEs' IT Abilities.

A Bi-2223 tape has been developed for low-field Power applications such as Power cables or transformers working at liquid nitrogen temperature For such applications it is required to understand fault current characteristics of the Bi-2223 tape. In this paper we report fault current characteristics using two types of samples, straight sample and pancake coil sample. It was found that the fault current characteristics of the Bi-2223 tape are independent of external fields and frequencies . However they depend on electrical insulations and fault durations strong1y Also it was shown that the fault current characteristics in the insulated straight sample are similar to those in the pancake sample with a conductor insulation. Finally. it was shown that the Pancake sample with a layer insulation has better characteristics than that with a conductor insulation fur fault currents.

The purpose of this study was to analyze aesthetic characteristics of Korean traditional architecture so that it resolve severance problems in modern housing. The main method adopted this study was literature analysis and case study on traditional architecture. This study did the followings; First, it reviewed literature about aesthetic characteristics of Korean traditional architecture and severance problems in modern housing. Second, it identified the main aesthetic characteristics of Korean traditional architecture to lessen severance problems in modern housing in the context of severance among people, architecture and nature. Third, it applied the analyzed aesthetic characteristics of Korean traditional architecture to modern housing and showed the housing design example.

After the period of the Three Kingdoms Korean transportation architecture had been changed from the characteristics of the administration organization supporting the kings ruling system and gradually the characteristics as transportation architecture had cleared and diversified in accordance with the functions and characteristics of it. With this it was found that Korean transportation architecture like YukSa(驛舍), ChamYuk(站驛), GaekSa(客舍), JinSa(津舍), DoSa(渡舍), WonWoo(院字), JuMak(酒幕) and etc. had been developed variously and the architectural characteristics had developed with the functions and characteristics of transportation architecture. Some of them ,for example YukSa, ChamYuk, GaekSa, JinSa, DoSa, had the characteristics of the government office, so they had fundamental dignity of Korean wooden architecture on tile roof. But the WonWoo which was used by all of the people from the king to the people, had the characteristics of half-government and half-private. And the space of WonWoo was divided by the social position, the sex and the difference of temperature between summer and winter. And it was mostly located at the place away from the haunts of men, the form of it was the mud wall hut of the straw-thatched cottage like Sinhyewon of Mungyungsaejae and it was different from the station building of the characteristics of government office.

In order to survive in a competitive environment, many companies are taking much interest in building IT infrastructure and are investing in that area. But, despite of all the interest and investments, many companies are unsatisfied and confused because of the lack of guidance and understandings of IT infrastructure. Therefore the purpose of this study is to prove that the level of IT usage is different according to organizational characteristics and industrial categories, and to give a guideline to companies' planning on newly building IT infrastructure. In conclusion, companies newly planning on building IT infrastructure should consider the amount of information technology functional uses according to the organizational characteristics and industrial category and they follow the below guidelines. On building the IT infrastructure the organization having the characteristics of formalization should consider and provide the standardization function first. The companies having the characteristics of decentralization should consider and provider firstly the application and communication function. And the companies having the characteristics of specialization should consider and provider the security function.

The purpose of this study was to examine: (1) relationships among mothers' attachment experience in childhood, mothers' personality characteristics, and parenting stress and parenting behavior; (2) whether mothers' personality characteristics mediate the relationship between mothers' attachment experience in childhood and parenting stress; and (3) whether mothers' personality characteristics mediate the relationship between mothers' attachment experience in childhood and parenting behavior. The subjects were 177 mothers with preschool children, and the data were collected with questionnaires. It was found that there are correlations among mothers' attachment experience in childhood, mothers' personality characteristics, parenting stress, and parenting behaviors(autonomy encouragement, and rejection). It was found that mothers' attachment experience in childhood predicts mothers' parenting stress, but the relationship is mediated by mothers' personality characteristics. It was also found that mothers' attachment experience in childhood predicts mothers' parenting behavior, but the relationship is mediated by mothers' personality characteristics.

Internet of Things is an infrastructure of the interconnected devices. In Internet of Things environment, many smart devices are used in daily life. It requires a new retrieval method using multiple devices. We propose an information retrieval method using both device characteristics and device usage characteristics in multi-device environments. Firstly, information retrieval is performed using a general purpose device. And then, it is performed using dedicated devices. Our method uses both characteristics of the devices and usage characteristics of them. Moreover, it considers queries on the general purpose device. This paper proposes a new retrieval method and describes algorithms. Then, it presents smart home scenarios. Performance evaluation is performed using the scenarios. The evaluation results show higher precision and efficiency than previous researches. The proposed method gets information more accurately and quickly in IOT multiple device environments.

Not only does it cause damage to individuals and businesses due to the occurrence of large-scale personal information leakage accidents, but it also causes many problems socially. Companies are embodying efforts to deal with the threat of personal information leakage. However, it is difficult to obtain detailed information related to personal information leakage accidents, so there are limitations to research activities related to leakage accidents. This study collects information on personal information leakage incidents reported through the media for 15 years from 2005 to 2019, and analyzes how the personal information leakage incidents occurring to companies are related to the characteristics of the company. Through the research results, it is possible to grasp the general characteristics of personal information leakage accidents, and it may be helpful in decision making for prevention and response to personal information leakage accidents.
