This case study quantifies the savings that can be realized through integration in National Computing & Information Agency (NCIA) of the Korea Government. It is based on the process of the NCIA development project that consolidating and integrating distributed 24 agencies. And it used the widely accepted Gartner TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) Solution and applies that methodology consistently before and after integration. Specific measurement items for examining the information system integration saving cost are developed pilot test for 2 agencies through compare TCO before integration and TCO after integration. The results of measuring on information system integration in NCIA are showed lots of economic cost reduction in TCO by integrating and consolidating each computing environment in agency. Especially in detail, NCIA realized the most savings in IT Capital Cost including development of hardware, software and recovery system. Also IT Support Cost and IT Administration Cost examined more savings than before IT integration.

An agent is a computer program that acts autonomously on a computer system. A mobile agent is not bound to the system where it begins execution. It has an ability to transport itself from on e system in a network to another. Mobile agent system solve the network traffic problem. Moreover, the agent may utilize the object services of the destination agent system. In this study the mobile agent system is introduced to support security service.

We present the web-based remote monitoring system using distributed object technology. In order to provide the desired functionality, the system has used CORBA(Common Object Request Architecture) and Java Servlet to implement the integrated distributed object environment. It converts the existing standalone machine monitoring system into web-based machine monitoring system. It consists of applet program, CORBA server and CORBA client. The usefulness of our system will be illustrated by the application to ICM(Integrated Condition Monitoring) System developed by KIST Tribology Center.

This study is an attempt to provide some helpful data for the design and the implementation of the expert system for the book-classification based on the analysis of various cases of the classification-expert system models. Following the introduction, the concepts and some features of an expert system were overviewed in the second chapter, on the basis of which the following concrete cases were introduced and analyzed in the third chapter : (1) ACN System for NC, (2) Expert System for NDC, (3) Expert System for UDC, (4) Herba Medica System, (5) Expert System for IPC, (6) Stratcyclode Project, (7) Expert System for Classification of INIS Database, (8) AutoBC System, and etc. In the conclusion, for the development of the classification-expert system, it was turned out that constructing a new system by using an AI language such as Prolog or LISP is more desirable than employing any one of expert system shells. Together it is necessary for the following requirements to be met : (1) The subject concept of a document elicited should be accurate. (2) Not only a domain knowledge but also the knowledge covering all the subjects should be represented in the knowledge-bases. (3) The knowledge-bases should be organized in such a way that the characteristics of the knowledge about classification should be well defined. (4) rule-base consisting of accurate rules about classification should be made. (5) It should be possible for classification code wanted to be generated immediately.

International factoring is very useful to transfer credit risk, to promote cash flow, to collect debt and to reduce cost and expenses. However, International factoring system in china shows imperfection especially in gap of legal vacuum and its limit to be developed. Here I suggest a practical alternative for development of International factoring system in china as follow. First, legal environment in China for factoring system should be rearranged. Even law and contract law have relative clauses for factoring system there are many difficulty to be applied. It is necessary to prepare legal ground for factoring system. Second, without recourse for International factoring system should be fixed. Without recourse is the essential point for factoring system in international trade. In fact chinese factors are partially applied only for those big global companies. However International factoring system is especially useful for small-medium companies lacked of a good credit rating. It is necessary to promote special factors by combining financial organizations as it does in developed countries. Third, they need to make legal ground to prohibit unlicensed factoring companies. Forth, they need to educate usefulness of factoring system. The settlement system in China is to be developed by systematic researches and promotion for International factoring system.

In this paper, we explain the DMU (digital mockup) system based on the PDM system. Most manufacturing companies are trying to develop a competitive product by increasing the quality, shortening time to market (TIM) and reducing the cost of a product. Some technologies such as SE (System Engineering), CE (Concurrent Engineering), QFD (Quality Function Development), CI (Cost Innovation) and some systems such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), PDM (Product Data Management) and visualization system are adopted for these purposes. Specially, DMU system utilizes a visualization system that shows the 3D shape of a product on the computer and it gives a quick intuition to a person whether he/she is an engineer or not. It also can induce the effects of CE and QFD. SO, 0 company is developing a DMU system integrating CAD, visualization and PDM system. The main feature of the developed DMU system is that it is entirely integrated with PDM system, which means that the 3D shape of any part or assembly can be retrieved through PDM system. The DMU system will change the development process, which will increase the competitiveness of a developed product.

What's the direction of INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN in 21 Century High Tech\ulcorner The purpose of this research is to show not only practical use of Computer Graphic(CG) as simple tool function, but offering conversation with computer and other ways of method. When we consider poor CG market, investment on the research of VR(Virtual Reality) is the most urgent. The investment on VR will solve various problems. Firstly. It will solve the problems drived from Interior design process by making spatial images like reality. Secondly, It will solve high wages and financial difficulties caused by raise cost funds. Thirdly, It prevents in a road from foreign company that will bring enormous program, caused by opening the domestic market. Also, It help interior designer check in advance the problems in constructure through showing him a supposed imagination including the system and location of equipments. But it is reality that even ordinary American can't offer VR(Virtual Reality) System. We should have noted that it is normal to spend 10 billion won for such presentation as Model House in the large corporation. We must acknowledge that it is such a waist of money nationally. Therefore, investment on CG & VR System is essential in order to save cost more effective presentation & interior design. We will see great result within a year. As we can see, there is huge area we have make develop. One of them is specific technical plan on VR System and study of flow chart. We close with simple methodological way to use VR System and will study Computer System. Which is fitting to CG that we have to solve the link of hardware and software on VR System\ulcorner We know from the cases in other countries that continuous research on this subject has great value for Interior Architectural Design and its effective use. When we try hard not only for methodological use but practical use, the purpose of CG and VR System will be a factor to contribute on this subject for better Interior design & presentation.

This research targeted discussions on re-utilization of Korean creative economic innovation center. It is meaningless to simply discuss its re-organization. The focus of this study was to find a way that transforms it into totally new one. The study followed several steps. First, it delineated criteria from existing literature for comparing creative eco-system of Silicon valley, Kyoto eco-system and eco-system based on Korean creative economic innovation center. Second, it compared the three eco-systems in details. Third, it discussed a direction for transforming eco-system based on Korean creative economic innovation center. It was suggested that the Kyoto eco-system can be a role model. It was also suggested that governmental role should be changed from controller to facilitatior which stimulates regulation relaxations and helps to establish market formation.

In this paper, we propose an HMD-AR interaction system that combines optical camera communication to provide location-based service for tourists in Jeonju Hanok Village. The proposed system receives optical camera communication data from Light infrastructure existing in Jeonju Hanok Village and provides service through ID information along with its own location information. We researched optical camera communication technology and smart device based HMD-AR system and constructed the actual HMD-AR system and tested it. The proposed system is expected that it will be applied to various tourist attractions by utilizing the proposed system in the future, and it is expected to be used as a valuable feedback for smart device based HMD-AR.

Analyzed the subject of ‘To heart' meridian system(向心服系), and 'Circulating' meridian system(備環服系), and considered relativity between the circulating pattern of the channels, the collaterals and the circulating distinction YoungGi (營氣), WiGi(衛氣). The subject of 'To heart' meridian system is WiGi, and this system is similiar to the moving pattern of the fifteen major collaterals(十五絡服). The subject of 'Circulating' meridian system is YoungGi, and this system is same with the moving pattern of the twelve regular channels(十二經脈). YoungGi and WiGi have the same origin, and they are intrinsic one thing with functional ambivalency. It is WiGi, the subject of the movement of Collateral, because it is identical the moving pattern of Collaterals(絡服) and that of WiGi as the subject of the movement of Collateral. It is YoungGi, the subject of movement of Channel because it is identical the moving pattern of Channels(經服) and that of YoungGi. It can be defined that Wigi as the subject of the movement of Collateral, also YoungGi as the subject of movement of Channel, but that is from i 염 function and action, there's no need to be separated within the framework of going through Meridian. YoungSuBosa(迎隨補鴻) in acupuncture, defines its basis not only on the moving direction of YoungGi, but on combinated difference between the directions, moments, and sex. Until now it is under discussion the rights and wrongs, It's not contradictory concept between two basis of YoungSuBoSa, from the thought the distinct movement of WiGi and the circulation pattern of Collaterals have no specified directions.
