Recently, introduced a cloud computing technology to the IT industry, smart phones, it has become possible connection between mobility terminal such as a tablet PC. For dissemination and popularization of movable wireless terminal, the same operation have focused on a viable mobile cloud in various terminal. Also, it evolved Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) technology, utilizing a Body Sensor Network(BSN), which research is underway to build large Ubiquitous Sensor Network(USN). BSN is based on large-scale sensor networks, it integrates the state information of the patient's body, it has been the need to build a managed system. Also, by transferring the acquired sensor information to HIS(Hospital Information System), there is a need to frequently monitor the condition of the patient. Therefore, In this paper, possible sensor information exchange between terminals in a mobile cloud environment, by integrating the data obtained by the body sensor HIS and interoperable data DBaaS (DataBase as a Service) it will provide a base of mBodyCloud System. Therefore, to provide an integrated protocol to include the sensor data to a standard HL7(Health Level7) medical information data.

대한민국의 정보화 기술의 발전속도는 빠르게 성장하고 있고 IT기술은 세계최고의 수준으로 발전하였다. 특히, IT기술을 군사분야의 전쟁지휘체계에 접목하여 네트워크 중심의 작전환경을 구축하였다. 그러나 병무행정과 병영정보화는 많은 부분이 미흡한바 병영의무자와 부모에게 편익을 제공하고 군 복무간에 장병들이 온라인 체계를 이용한 학습여건 보장 등 IT시대에 부합된 병무행정과 병영정보화 기반체계를 발전시키고자 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 및 통신분야의 급속한 기술발전으로 마이크로세서의 성능향상과 제어용 LAN(Local Area Network)이 실용화됨으로 시스템 구축에 대한 유연성이 높아져 중앙처리장치(CPU)를 기능별로 분리하고 LAN 통신선로(Dataway)를 이용하여 프로세스의 제어기능은 분산시키고, 정보처리 및 감시와 운전조작기능은 집중화시켜 전체시스템을 구성하므로 신뢰성 향상을 도모하는 분산제어시스템의 개발배경과 적용과정 그리고 제철, 전력, 환경, 수 처리, 석유화학 등의 산업현장에서 다방면에 적용 및 응용되고 있는 분산제어시스템을 고찰하여 보고 향후 분산제어시스템의 발전방향까지 살펴보았다.

최근 모바일 RFID 기술은 기존의 RFID 기술과 이동통신기술과의 융합으로 다양한 부분에 연구 활용되고 있다. 그에 따라, 새로운 모바일 RFID 코드 체계의 확립과 검색 시스템의 연구 및 개발이 진행되고 있다. 이렇게 연구 및 개발이 진행되고 있는 검색 시스템은 각 응용 분야에 적절하게 활용되지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 새롭게 Lospector라는 지역특산물을 이용한 모바일 RFID 검색시스템을 제안하여 검색 시스템이 각각의 서비스 분야에 적절하게 활용되지 못하는 문제점을 개선하고 효율적인 검색기술을 제시 한다.

The use of renewable energy sources for power generation has been steadily increasing. Power generation using renewable energy has the advantage of not generating carbon but has the disadvantage of high volatility depending on the weather. This volatility makes stable power supply difficult. Curtailment is occurring to address volatility. Various facilities are operated together to solve the loss caused by the curtailment. The existing SCADA must be modified for turbine control reflecting the conditions of various facilities. However, since it is difficult to modify SCADA, a modular control system is required. In this study, we propose Modular Control System Based on Closed-Loop Control for Wind Farms. Since the control logic can be changed without modifying SCADA, it is easy to respond to changes. The developed modular control system was evaluated as a lab test and confirmed to operate smoothly. Through future research, the experiment will be conducted by applying a modular control system to the actual wind farm.

급변하는 기업 환경에서는 비즈니스 및 기술 환경의 변화 및 경영관리의 복잡성 증가로 인하여 경영의 효율적인 지원을 위한 효과적인 IT 투자 관리의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 학술 및 비즈니스 관점에서의 이론 및 실용성에 근거한 효율적 IT 투자관리 체계 수립을 위한 관련 이슈들을 논의하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 의의는, IT 투자관리체계 구축상의단계별 이슈를 기존 이론과 A사의 구축사례를 통해 살펴보고 IT 투자관리 지표 도출 및 투자관리체계 구축을 위한 가이드라인을 기업들에게 제시함으로써 기업의 IT 평가 업무의 효율성을 증대시키는 것이다.

본 연구는 중소기업 생산정보화시스템 구축을 위하여 표준모델을 분석 및 설계하고 효과를 연구한다. 본 연구로 생산정보화를 구축하고자 하는 중소기업 및 관련 전문 IT업체 들이 표준모델을 적용하여 시스템을 보다 효과적으로 구축 할 수 있으며, 시스템에 대한 구축 용이성과 신뢰성을 제공한다. 중소기업이 IOT기반 생산정보화시스템을 적용함으로써 생산공정의 불합리한 요소제거, 생산제품 품질 향상, 생산비용절감도 가능하다. 또한 원자재수급 관리와 생산량 집계 프로세스를 표준화 시키고 표준 모듈을 적용하여 시스템을 보다 효과적으로 구축 할 수 있다.

무선 네트워크 사용이 증가하면서 무선 네트워크의 보안 시스템의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 실정이다. MANET은 이동 노드만으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 공격이 발생해도 그에 대한 탐지나 대응이 어렵다. 그리고 노드들의 이동성 때문에 유선 네트워크 환경에서 사용하던 보안 시스템을 그대로 적용하기에는 어려움이 많다. 따라서 이러한 환경에서 공격자의 악의적인 공격으로부터 시스템을 보호하고 즉각적으로 대처해야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 악의적인 공격을 탐지하고 자원의 효율적 사용을 위해서 클러스터를 헤드를 이용한 침입탐지 시스템을 제안한다. 보다 정확한 침입탐지를 위해 규칙들의 집합을 정의하고 일치 여부를 판단하는 방법을 이용하였다. 제안한 방법의 성능 평가를 위해서 blackhole, message negligence, jamming 공격을 이용하였다.

Most rail system related simulators currently used are designed to simulate only one discipline system. This obviously assumes the other discipline systems are running regularly not being affected by the system being simulated. In this paper a multi discipline simulator is proposed and its design concept is presented. A multi discipline simulator is the simulator in which major subsystems with different technical discipline are simulated simultaneously. The advantage of the simulator is in that it makes it possible to analyze the systems behavior while other discipline system vary. With this we can identify the possible multi-discipline problems and even find their solutions. A proto type simulator has been developed using object oriented programming. Object concept was judged best suitable to model the various multi-discipline self-controlling railway subsystems. It was applied to the target system, which is under development by the Korea Railroad Research Institute. The test results shows it is very useful in designn verification. It could also be a good tool in research and development work to improve the system.

There exists dead zone from the aspects of health equity and health medical equity for maritime personnel. They could not have been benefited from disease prevention and health promotion in comparison with shore personnel due to the restricted medical accessibility caused by long voyage ship operation. Furthermore, the system of health management and medical assistance for maritime personnel is insufficient, the continuous health monitoring system does not exist, nor health diagnosis system, maritime industrial accidents and occupational disease control systems are adequate. The International Maritime Organization and the International Labour Organization recommend their Member Governments to take necessary measures in the management of seafarers' health and diseases through conducting continuous and systematic investigation. Thus, this study intends to propose action strategy and tasks for introducing marine telemedicine system aiming to provide seafarers with health management service for the years to come. The conclusions of this study can be given as follows. First, it is required that a systematic medical service system needs to be provided to promote seafarers' health. Second it is recommended to establish the marine telemedicine system incorporating U-Health technology. Third, it is necessary to revise the relevant laws and regulations to introduce the marine telemedicine system. Fourth, it is also necessary to provide various assistance system at the national level in the furtherance of global marketing of marine telemedicine system.
