A Proposition on Elevator Safety System using Expert's Decision (전문가의 의사결정을 이용한 안전한 엘리베이터 시스템 제안)

  • Recently, many of people concentrates on the importance of elevator safety system for the elevator accident of traction machine malfunction. Also, IT convergence has enlarged various field for the effort of enhanced traditional industry. In this paper, we define that the safety is to minimize the dangerous factor, then explain the rules of elevator installation. Through the expert's decision we could find out the dangerous factors are poor check, malfunction of amalgamative and user's mistake. We propose the IT convergence managing system for the effective alternative method of elevator safety system.

  • Recently, needs of recreational marine industry are consistently increasing due to increasing of income and pursuit on well-being. For these needs, central government and local governments have tried to build tens of marinas to meet demands and promote related industries. Therefore, need of smart pedestal system has also increased. However, domestic companies have not manufactured smart pedestal systems, so many pedestal systems have been imported from advanced countries such as England, Denmark, and Italy. This research has developed a smart pedestal system using IT convergence technology. This system is assembled by each several module which has its own function and board. Each module is not developed on an embedded OS. Instead, it has its customized operational software based on its kernel. Thus, this system brings about cost reduction of productions and maintenance.

  • Ubiquitous healthcare monitoring and measuring system based on wireless sensor network was implemented and tested. The system can measure the ECG and body temperature of patients or elderly persons and transfer the data wirelessly in ad-hoc network to remote base-station connected to doctor's PDA/PC or hospital server, using wireless sensor motes. The data obtained can be analyzed by doctors and care providers to monitor a health status of patient in real time environment. To prove the capabilities of the wireless sensor network platform for ubiquitous healthcare applications, the performance of our monitoring and measuring system was tested with positive results.

  • Recently Australian records system is been attention in archival area. We can recognize there are two reasons in it. Because it suggested DIRKS that is a development methodology of electronic records management system and the other hands it introduced the concept of functional provenance which overcomes the previous organizational one. It has very special meaning in Korea that have high level on IT industry in the world. Korean records management system succeeded to a certain extent but still has limitation on the application of description standards or metadata standards. This paper is going to introduce DIRKS, is the one of development methodology of Australian system, and try to apply it practically. Therefore, it will be helpful to people can easily understand DIRKS and it will add more explanation for practical operation.

  • 초해상은 저해상도의 영상을 고해상도 영상으로 합성하는 기술이다. 이 기술에 딥러닝이 적용되어, 2014년에는 SRCNN(Super Resolution Convolutional Neural Network) 모델이 발표됐다. 이후에는 SRCAE(Super Resolution Convolutional Autoencoders)와 GAN(Generative Adversarial Networks)을 기반으로 한 SRGAN(Super Resolution Generative Adversarial Networks) 등, SRCNN의 성능을 능가하는 모델들이 발표됐다. ESRGAN(Enhanced Super Resolution Generative Adversarial Networks)은 SRGAN 모델의 성능을 개선했지만, 완벽한 성능을 내지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 판별자(Discriminator) 구조를 변경하여 ESRGAN의 성능을 개선한다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 모델이 ESRGAN보다 더 높은 성능을 보일 것으로 기대된다.

  • 양자 컴퓨팅 환경에서 빅데이터를 이용하는 Quantum Artificial Intelligence(QAI)는 빠른 계산 속도를 추구한다. 최근 금융, 물류, 교통 분야의 QAI 모델과 이미지 분류용 quantum convolutional neural network가 소개됐지만 아직 완벽한 성능은 달성하지 못했다. 본 논문은 성능 향상을 위한 모듈을 새로 제시하고, 이를 소형 양자 컴퓨터에 적용하며 하이브리드 모델 구성을 가능하게 한다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법은 기존 네트워크와 비교해 우수한 성능을 보였다.

  • This study conducted a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis study on culture and arts information portals to ensure practical and universal use and activation of culture and arts information portals. The capabilities and influence of affordances and system literacy according to user experience regarding accessibility to cultural arts information portals are as follows. First, physical affordances in the culture and arts information portal were key conditions for the culture and arts information portal user experience regarding system accessibility, system understandability, system usability, system usability, and system literacy. Second, the functional affordance of the user experience in the cultural arts information portal was relatively low and unimportant, and when the functional affordance was low, the user's system accessibility, system understanding, system usefulness, system usability, and system literacy were increased. Third, if the user's functional affordance and sensory affordance are low in the culture and arts information portal, the system accessibility, system understanding, system usability, and system literacy of the culture and arts information portal users are increased. Fourth, cultural arts information portals must build an innovative system with a systematic approach appropriate for the user base by linking system literacy capabilities with a focus on physical affordances.

  • A mass production system was implemented to reduce a manufacturing cost in a way of copying with a strong world market competition. However customer's demands are changing so rapidly and the mass production system is nolonger competitive to meet the demands. FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) has been introduced as a replacement for the mass production system, but it still does not meet system's requirements. A new manufacturing system, called a holonic manufacturing system(HMS), is emerging. In this paper it is introduced an autonomous cooperative system under the concept of HMS.

  • There are many types of linguistical system generally being used in modern society and it is essential to understand the primary components comprising the linguistical system when communication by the language system. In the linguistics point of view, the sign system has been developed from the simple linguistic symbols used by our ancestors in the ancient period, those visual linguistic sign can be so symbolize and express simply the significant meaning of it that people can understand and communicate with it so fast and easily. Therefore, the purpose of this report is how the sign system can be convenient, handy, safe, comfortable, and confusion-proof to the occupants as the public media; easily understandable to the individual by the development and constitution of effectual signage system concerning guidance, direction and safeguards in thee visual linguistics point of view. Consequently, the sign system have been studied based upon the theory of visual perception considering the cognitive and sociopsychological affects of user.
