The safety related equipments for use in nuclear power plants should be subjected to the seismic qualification in order to insure the safety of the nuclear power plant. This paper summarizes the seismic qualification test on the Low Voltage Motor Control Centers(MCC's) for use in Wolsong Nuclear Power Plants, Units 2, 3 and 4. The seismic qualification test was performed on the two prototype MCC's(a two-bay wide unit for Phase #1 Test and a five-bay wide unit for Phase #2 Test). The specimens were electrically powered and monitored during the test process. It was demonstrated that the specimens possessed sufficient structural and electrical integrity to withstand the required seismic conditions.

The construction industry in Korea after the Korean-war has evolved until these days. But the construction industry accident severity rate and frequency is over then the All industry rate. This study analyzed the 'Disaster Statistical Yearbook' of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, based on the factors that affect construction accidents that is selected and fined the some factors the construction Disaster Prevention Factors. This study will develop the methodology for analyzes that the national qualification is effected to the construction industrial machine disaster prevention status. It suggest two ways to the establishment of disaster trends. First way is the disaster quantitative analysis and second way is comparing the statistical data and the analysis of expert opinion.

Since the time, cost and lack of regulatory information and guidance, one of the largest regulatory obstacles for an airframe manufacturer of polymer based advanced composite materials in certified aircraft applications, is to generate design allowables that will satisfy Airworthiness Regulations. In the past two decades, the design allowables used in military aircraft had been generated and applied in Korea, however the qualification of composite materials used in certifying airframe structure was not accomplished for design and demonstration of compliance to applicable airworthiness regulation. It is the intend of this paper that provide the basis of composite material qualification for small aircraft certification to the airworthiness regulation.

본 연구는 의학사서자격제도의 현황과 문제점을 조사하고, 의학사서의 자기효능감 및 자아존중감을 측정하였다. 의학사서 자격증을 취득한 응답자는 49.4%였고, 이들의 82.9%가 향후 재취득 의사가 있었다. 의학사서 자격증을 취득하지 않은 응답자는 대부분 자격점수를 충족하지 못한 상태였으며, 평가 항목 중에서, 출판활동 점수를 획득하는 것이 가장 어렵다고 하였다. 응답자의 자기효능감은 3.42점, 자아존중감은 3.89점이며, 여성이 남성보다 자기효능감과 자아존중감 모두 높고, 의학사서자격증을 취득한 응답자가 미취득 응답자보다 자신감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 의학사서자격제도는 현재까지 비교적 안정적으로 운영되어 왔으나, 앞으로 더욱 발전적으로 정비하고 국가자격제도로 발전시켜 의학사서의 전문성 제고에 실질적으로 기여해야 함을 제언하였다.

건설 가설재 성능검정제도의 전환기에 들어서 주요 가설재들의 성능검정을 평가하고 선진국의 관련 체계와 비교하여, 안전인증제를 통해 새로운 건설공사용 가설재들의 인증제도를 제안하고자 한다. 현재의 성능검정제도는 1992년에 시작되어 2003년에 재 개정되면서, 3년마다 재 검정을 받도록 하고 있다. 그러나 제조능력을 향상시키지 못하고 업체 간 가격경쟁의 심화로 인해 대부분 같은 형태, 기능의 제품만을 양산하고 있는 실정이다. 기존 성능검정제도에서 안전인증제로의 전환은 보다 체계적인 심사방법 및 품질관리 시스템을 포함하고 있으며, 건설 환경 변화에 대응할 수 있는 다양한 요구사항에 맞춘 규격을 제시할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 안전인증제를 통한 건설공사의 가설재는 의무인증대상과 임의인증대상으로 나누어지며, 종전보다 제품의 품질과 관리 시스템을 향상시켜줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구는 기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석에 목적이 있다. 문헌연구, 면담조사, 전문가협의회를 통해 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 설정하였다. 직무분류 결과 기계분야의 직무군은 크게 중분류 3개, 소분류 11개, 이들 소분류를 다시 분류하면 총 42개의 직무가 도출되었다. 기계분야의 직무수준은 국가자격체제(KQF)의 수준체계와 자격 및 교육과정, 산업 현장의 직무별 수준을 반영하여 7단계로 구분하였다. 도출된 직무 체계를 바탕으로 직무군과 직무 정의를 제시하였으며, 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다. 또한 개발된 직무체계와 국가기술자격 종목과의 연계실태를 분석하여 자격종목 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 무용교원자격 취득 및 교과 운영에 관한 제도와 현황을 살펴보고 중등학교에서 무용을 가르치는 교원의 유형별 교원자격과 교과 제도의 개선 방안을 제안하기 위해 실행되었다. 학교무용교육이 교육과정 개정과 예술강사 지원사업 시행을 계기로 패러다임의 전환을 맞이한 가운데, 기존의 중등학교 정교사 2급(체육) 자격과 더불어 문화예술교육사 2급(무용) 자격이 신설되었고, 최근 중등학교 정교사 2급(무용) 자격자가 배출되고 있어 무용교원자격 전반에 관한 주목이 요청된다. 무용교사로서 중등교원자격을 취득하는 예비 교사들이 배출되는 시점을 맞아 기존의 중등학교 정교사 2급(체육) 자격과 문화예술교육사 2급(무용) 자격취득 제도와 방법을 문헌분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 다음으로 도구적 사례 연구 방법을 통해 중등교원자격 및 문화예술교육사 취득자 6명의 사례를 통해 주요 현안과 담론을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 중등학교의 정교사로서 무용교원자격의 제도, 취득경로, 방법, 교과 제도의 개선을 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 2021년도 여름방학 중에 사서교사(1급) 자격연수를 운영한 K대학교 교육연수원의 사례를 바탕으로, 자격연수가 어떻게 구성 및 운영되는지 교육과정에 대한 실태를 살펴보는데 목적이 있었다. 연구 결과 사서교사(1급) 자격연수에는 초등학교에서 50명(남성 4명, 여성 46명), 중학교에서 24명(남성 4명, 여성 20명), 고등학교에서 37명(남성 5명, 여성 32명), 총 111명의 사서교사들이 참여했다. 또한 자격연수의 교육과정은 '학습자 힘 기르기'의 영역 및 '사서교사 역할 성명서'의 직무 범위에 부합되는 핵심역량과 교과목들로 구성되어 있었으며, 자격연수에 참여했던 사서교사 111명의 만족도는 평균 5점 만점에 4.76점으로 나타났다. 따라서 전반적으로 만족도가 높은 편이이었으나, 가장 낮거나 평균보다 낮았던 부분에 대해 제언하였다.

The study conducted questionnaire analysis to 413 industrial safety field employees in order to examine the necessity and validity of industrial safety field's 17th neo-job classification based on National Competency standards(NCS). As a result, 50.1% of industrial safety management field and 43.3% of industrial health management field answered that classification details of occupational safety and health management field are classified by job(duty) performance. Industrial safety management field recognizes that management and engineering section play a significant role in their work, while industrial health management field recognizes worker's health care and work environment management and overall control of work environment assessment to be significant in their work. Furthermore, industrial safety management field recognizes that separating qualification and foundation of 'construction safety manager', 'chemicals(safety and health) manager', '(toxic)risk assessment evaluator or risk factor manager' to be highly significant. The study is meaningful in that it suggests industrial safety field's qualification items practical in industrial sites.

With the advent of the information age and the knowledge-based society, human resource development has become a key factor in determining a nation's competitiveness. And technological qualification systems have a direct and significant influence on human resource development. In order to guarantee Korea's continued development as a competitive member of the international community, it is demanded that a Korean Technology Qualification System (KTQS) is to accept international qualification criteria. This study was conducted in order to analysis current movements about the international mutual recognition of Professional Engineer and present problems for introducing APEC Engineer System to KTQS, and also recommend reasonable plans which overcome those. Under the WTO/GATS, the liberalization of trade in professional services will steadily increase. APEC activities to facilitate the portability of qualifications is considered complementary to the WTO movement. If the government attempts to introduce the APEC criteria for university degree requirements, university curriculum standards, programs for continuing professional developments(CPD), and practical, on-site experience. In the standpoints with the recent developments of APEC Engineer agreement on profession qualification, it is important to guarantee that Korean qualifications have a common, international currency. Measures have to be taken to harmonize the qualifications standards for Professional Engineer with those set out by the WTO/GATS movement. Also this will require an increase in the quality of university curriculum and an establishment of CPD. This process will be further enhanced by the organization of APEC Engineer Monitoring committee, Consisting of government officials, professional engineers and university professors. At this committee we can discuss the best strategies to keep our nation's interests.
