Urban public service is goods and activities which satisfy public demands for the political, social, economic, cultural activity and household affairs of individual or groups and which urban government supply with free of charge. In view of government, in addition to fairness of facilities location, location of such facilities are to be determined the respect to cost of locating facilities and developmental direction in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to study on feasibility. A feasibility study Is an effective tool in determining the decision of investment or not and the level of investment priority on Projects requiring a sizeable investment and the feasibility of a project. The first, it is to select reasonable location. It was selected four and two by consideration of facilities distribution and connection with others. Six proposal selected was estimated by five element of approach, demand, symbol, reality, environment. In result proposal I was chosen. The next, it is to estimate scales. The finally, it is to study on economical efficiency. Net Present Value was came out ￦4.4billion by 20years and Inter Rate of Return showed up 11%. in addition, it offer various benefit by public facilities. In conclusion, this project is reasonable.

The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model to measure the clarification level of stakeholder requirements of public sector software projects in the Republic of Korea. We tried to grasp the quality of proposal request through evaluation model. It also examines the impact of the level of stakeholder requirements on the level of system requirements. To do this, we analyzed existing research models and related standards related to business requirements and stakeholder requirements, and constructed evaluation models for the system operation concept documents in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148. The system operation concept document is a document prepared by organizing the requirements of stakeholders in the organization and sharing the intention of the organization. The evaluation model proposed in this study focuses on evaluating whether the contents related to the system operation concept are faithfully written in the request for proposal. The evaluation items consisted of three items: 'organization status', 'desired changes', and 'operational constraints'. The sample extracted 217 RFPs in the national procurement system. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation model proved to be valid and the internal consistency was maintained. The level of system operation concept was very low, and it was also found to affect the quality of system requirements. It is more important to clearly write stakeholders' requirements than the functional requirements. we propose a news classification methods for sentiment analysis that is effective for bankruptcy prediction model.

본 연구에서는 교차수를 이용한 시스템을 향상하기 위하여 오류 특징점을 제거하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘을 이용하므로써 특징점을 정확하게 추출할 수 있었고 인식율도 증가할 수 있었다.제안 알고리즘의 검증을 위한 실험 대상은 잡음을 부분적, 그리고 전체적으로 추가한 화상과, 절단한 화상등 3그룹을 이용하였다. 그 결과 부분적 잡음이나, 전체적 잡음이 있고, 절단된 화상일 경우 제안한 알고리 즘을 적용하였을 때 각각 97.7%, 97.7%, 95% 의 인식율을 보였다. 따라서 제안한 알 고리즘을 적용한 후 인식하는게 타당하리라 사료된다.

본 연구는 할리우드의 최근 로맨틱 코미디 영화인 <프로포즈(2009)>를 대상으로 하여 미국 할리우드 로맨틱 코미디 영화의 장르적 관습이 관객에게 수용되는 데 있어 관객의 국적이나 젠더가 그 수용 양상의 차이에 어떤 영향을 끼치고 있는가 하는 문제를 실증적으로 확인하고자 시도하였다. 할리우드 로맨틱 코미디 장르는 대부분 남녀 배우가 드러내는 매력을 중심으로 하여, 이들이 만나고 헤어지는 어느 정도 관습화된 플롯 위에 전개하는 특징을 갖고 있다. 영화 <프로포즈> 역시 이러한 관습화된 플롯 구조를 한편으로는 따르면서, 한편으로는 변주하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영화 <프로포즈>에 등장하는 '배우'와 '등장인물'이라는 요소와, 할리우드의 일반적인 로맨틱 코미디 플롯에서 '사랑의 완성'으로 제시되는 '결혼식'과 '프로포즈'라는 요소가 한국과 미국이라는 국적과, 남성과 여성이라는 젠더에 따라서 어떤 다른 선호가 나타나는가 하는 바를 관객 반응을 묻는 설문조사와 통계를 통해 살펴보았고, 관객이 지향하는 가치들 사이의 상관성 분석을 통해 드러나는 의미를 해명하였다.

제스처는 빠르고 간편하게 명령을 수행 할 수 있어서 스마트폰과 태블릿PC, 웹브라우저를 비롯한 수많은 어플리케이션에서 사용되고 있다. 어플리케이션에 제스처를 적용하기 위해서는 제스처를 디자인해야하는데 사용자와 시스템 두 가지 측면을 모두 고려하여 디자인해야 한다. 이러한 제스처 디자인을 도와주고자 몇몇 툴들이 개발되어왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고 제스처를 디자인하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 어려움이 남아있다. 첫째, 모든 제스처를 사람이 직접 디자인해야 한다. 둘째, 디자인한 제스처를 인식기가 올바르게 인식할 수 있도록 반복적인 트레이닝 작업을 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 보다 간편한 제스처 디자인 환경을 제공해 주고자 자동화 트레이닝, 제스처 제안, 제스처 생성을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 제스처를 트레이닝 시킬 필요가 없어졌고 생성된 제스처와 수집된 제스처의 마할라노비스 거리를 계산하여 이 중 인식이 잘 될 가능성이 높은 순서대로 제스처들을 제안해 줌으로서 모든 제스처를 직접 디자인해야 하는 노력을 줄일 수 있게 되었다.

본 연구는 자연과학분야 연구자들이 펀딩을 획득하기 위해 연구계획서를 작성할 때 발생하는 정보요구 및 정보추구행동과 이러한 정보행동에 영향을 미치는 요소를 파악하는 것을 목표로 한다. 정보행동의 하위분야인 과업중심 정보추구행동을 바탕으로, 질적연구방법인 심층면담과 다이어리 연구를 통해 연구자들의 정보행동에 대해 조사하였다. 연구결과로 자연과학분야 연구자들의 연구계획서 작성과 관련된 구체적인 하위업무가 드러났는데 커뮤니케이션 관련 업무가 제일 활발히 수행되었다. 그리고 펀딩 지원 관련, 연구 설계 관련 정보요구가 발생하였고 정보요구 해결을 위해 인적자원, 문서, 온라인 데이터베이스, 웹사이트가 주된 정보원으로 이용되었다. 이러한 정보행동에는 개인적 요소, 과업관련 요소, 사회문화적 요소가 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구의 결과는 연구자의 펀딩 확보 활동에 관련된 정보행동에 대한 이해를 높이고 연구자의 펀딩 지원을 돕기 위한 정보서비스 전략 수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Even though Godel's theorem is remarkable to mathematics teachers, it is not simple to understand the proof in detail. It would be useful for us to understand the basic ideas and the proving process of the proof. In this note, we suggest a proposal for the purpose.

The study has been initiated on the background of rapidly changing environment, and from the perspectives that new ecological systems are continuously generated accordingly in various fields. Recently, ICT platform, which is the platform related to information communication, has drawn much attention, and many tools are being made that can design and implement documents in a specific on-line space by utilizing UI/UX authoring tools for on-line contents sharing platforms which are public platforms for industrial and educational uses. Following these trends, actual building environment for 'XElF', a newly developed on-line contents sharing platform, and actual design proposal for UI/UX authoring tools will be described according to the sequences of building the platform. Before this design proposal is actually utilized in the future, opinions have been collected from related persons through an actual survey. Efforts are being made to reduce problems, which can be generated in the future in the actual on-line contents education environment, through the results of the study so that the platform can be produced without errors. The final results for this matter are planned to be posted by papers in the future.
