The hospital is characterized by it's remarkable labor industry and human resources input by unit. Recently, the administrative personnel are recognized as an important staff to provide a hospital guidance to consumer and also easiness for consumer's visit to hospital. The purpose of this study is to find the organizational effectiveness of the administrative personnel in hospitals. The survey data involved in the study was derived from 229 personnels working in 3 medium and small sized hospitals and 1 university hospital in Inchon area. The major finding are as follows; 1. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the general characteristics of subjects in order of over 31 years of age, university graduates, long-term tenure and high position is higher, whereas, in as much as wage and well trained personnels in are higher, general hospital's organizational efficiency is higher in comparison with those of university hospital. 2. The organizational efficiency in accordance with satisfaction and the psychological motive contributional factors is higher as much as the high satisfactory level in every hospitals in general. 3. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of job characteristics is higher in as much as difficulty of the jobs is lesser, however there was not statically significance. In as much as job standard level is higher and the more job responsibility the higher organizational efficiency. It was obvious that the higher professional expertise as well as the training and application level are improving the organizational efficiency. 4. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of structural characteristics was higher in as much as the intercommunication was smooth and the structural formalization level are higher, however there was not statically significance between the participation level of decision making and the organizational efficiency. 5. In as much as older age, management of organization and the job level are satisfied, the higher structural formalization level, the smooth intercommunication have affected as major influence factors of organizational efficiency. 6. In the university hospitals is satisfied in the management and job level of hospital organization as there are no difficult jobs while the level of hospital's organizational formality is high and the intercommunication is smooth, which are improving the organizational efficiency. In the general hospitals is also satisfied the management and job level of hospital organization and psychological motive contributional factors is higher, it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is higher in as much as the level of job standardization is high and the intercommunication is smooth. As a result of this study, in order for improving the organizational efficiency of administrative personnel in hospitals, the management and job level as well as personal relation are preferably satisfied, whereas formalization of organization, intercommunication and etc. should be satisfied, and, therefore, it is advisable to buildup discriminated organizational management and environment for different division on the basis above factors. Since this study is carried on four hospitals in Inchon area, there is a certain limit to generalize its result to all domestic hospitals, nevertheless the gallop poll was made by developing the questionnaires with reasonability and reliability. Especially. as the study was carried by analyzing the comparison of influence factors' difference of organizational efficiency in accordance with the divisional characteristics of the university and general hospitals.
This study was conducted to explain the capacity building policy of local public officials. Especially, it is to derive the policy task that can increase the efficiency within the limit of limited resources. The results of the study are as follows. First, local government officials' job management was the most important policy task in the largest framework to strengthen the capacity of local public officials. Next, the evaluation was in the order of recruitment management of local public officials and personnel management of local public officials. Second, the results of the evaluation of detailed policies. Among the local government officials 'job management, the introduction of the local government officials' rest period was evaluated as the most important. Regarding recruitment management of local public officials, reform of the public official exam courses was evaluated as the most important. In the personnel management of the local public officials, the job training of the elected officials was the most important. The results of this study will help to explain the policy development for strengthening the capacity of local public officials in realistic aspect. In order to strengthen the capacity of local public servants in future, it is necessary to analyze the measurement variables more.
From Jan. 1 2009 to Mar. 31 2009, a study surveyed 295 national clinic medical institutions that was newly enrolled in Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service to identify the factors depending on whether the administrative personnel influences on the management of the clinic medical institutions. The survey showed that the medical institutions with administrative personnels affected more adjustments than those without administrative personnels and it appeared to be statistically significant except one time(p<0.01). The result of the survey tells whether the administrative personnel is or not in medical institutions has important effects on the reduction. So, it is considered that the placement of administrative specialists in the hospital is very important for medical institutions.
Early generations of products had little to no inherent capability to test themselves. The technologies involved often required only visual inspection and limited probing to troubleshoot the system once it was turned over to maintenance personnel. However, as the complexity of military and commercial systems grew, symptoms of failure became less noticeable to the operator. Therefore, the procedure to access, inspect, repair and replace a component became complicated, the requirements for personnel skill and testing equipment increased. and it took too long of a time to maintain a system. Meanwhile, the need for availability became more mission-critical and maintenance become very expensive. The obvious solution was to design in-system circuits or devices to self-test the primary system, the Built-In-Test(BIT) was born. This approach has continued right on up through present systems and is an integral part of systems now being designed. The object of this paper is to present a state-of-the-art research for filtering out the BIT diagnosis mistakes using Bayesian analysis and develop the algorithm for Redundant systems with BIT to improve BIT diagnosis.

Domestic aviation law stipulates methods and matters for safe and efficient navigation in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Convention. Following the International Civil Aviation Convention is very important for aviation safety because it not only presents domestic standards but also ensures that the safety standards presented by ICAO are implemented. If the above criteria are not met, it is a very important regulation as well as domestic legal effect as other member countries can be directly or indirectly affected by intensive monitoring by ICAO even without direct legal sanctions. Domestic aviation safety management conducts safety management evaluation according to USOAP and is considered to have the highest implementation rate among countries that have received USOAP so far. In this paper, we would like to ways to improve by comparing and analyzing how domestic aircraft reflect the contents of Annex 1 based on ICAO Annex 1: Personnel Licensing among the annexes of the ICAO.

This study clarified the fact that the existing 'manpower supply and demand plans', preceding studies, theoretical researches of the past cannot satisfy the multi-goals of organizations, instead, the existing plans focused on only the number of customers and total amount of service. Next, a necessity of more proper manpower plans that consider comprehensive goals of the organizations is suggested then, this study tried to make the countermeasures. As for studying methods, a priority sequence in the organizations' manpower management's goals is set by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), a business administrative scientific skill. Proper manpower policies of the food service enterprises, which satisfy the organizations' multi-goals, are established by GP(Goal Programming). Based on it, mid and short term 'manpower supply and demand plans' are established. For the purpose of increasing the study's efficiency, example studies are conducted in one family restaurant. The limit of this study is that inner personnel management details such as promotion, new personnel appointments, unemployment, retirement were not considerately considered. Therefore, the future studies should think over those limits and research the labor-force supply from the outside also.

This research suggests construction processes and security solutions for security control center as management measures for security management improvement in domestic electronic security companies. Security control center (SCC) is the central nerve of electronic security service, and no matter how well the on-site response system has been built, if SCC ceases to work due to an incident or disaster or security control personnel are harmed, the electronic security system cannot perform its proper functions. It is divided to a spatial structure, the infrastructure, control equipment, control solutions and operating structure in a construction process in the security control center. And a solution can be presented for physical security, information security, and personnel security in the way to security solutions.

The purpose of this study was to verify the influences among job stress, stress-coping style and job satisfaction of the elementary school teachers. An objective of study is 256 elementary school teachers. After choosing 7 schools located in Busan, 283 teachers participated in this study. The measurements used in this study were the teachers' job stress scale, coping ability scale against stress, and the Korea Teacher Opinionnaire Test. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 14.0 program. For handling data, correlations and Multiple Regression Analysis was conducted. Major findings were summarized as follows: First, it is found that reward & personnel management in sub-variables of job stress and control method in sub-variables of stress-coping style has significantly predicted job satisfaction level. Second, in sub-variables of job satisfaction, reward & personnel management, control method, management system, learning establishments has significantly predicted duties, increase of specialty, human relationships, and work atmosphere, respectively. Finally, the limitation of this study and suggestion for further research are presented.
Purpose: This study was to figure out relationships of perceived Technology Readiness Index(TRI), usefulness, acceptance intension, and the recognition of substitute employment of medical personnel on the artificial intelligence (AI) and internet of things (IoT) among main technologies. Methodology: To achieve the purpose, this study utilized structured survey tools to conduct a questionnaire survey of nursing, administrative and medical technology professionals at six university hospitals in Korea metropolitan area. A PLS(Partial Least Square) Path analysis was utilized To analyze the material. Findings: In the relation with the technology readiness and perceived usefulness, it had a positive influence to the perceived usefulness when the optimism and innovativeness were higher and the discomfort was lower. In the relation with the technology readiness and acceptance intension, it showed a positive influence when the innovativeness was higher and the discomfort was lower. In the relation with the perceived usefulness and acceptance intension, it had a positive influence to the acceptance intension when the perceived usefulness was higher. In the relation with the acceptance intension and the recognition of substitute employment, it showed a positive influence to the recognition of substitute employment when the acceptance intension was higher. Practical Implications: Judging based on the above study results and reference reviews, it confirmed that it is necessary to prepare in the level of hospital organization in the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. They should increase the efficiency of human resources through the technological factors or changes of employment types for the additional demands of human resources to handle increasing medical demands or induce to secure necessary abilities which are changing at the right time by performing the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution related re-training continuously to develop the value of existing human resources.

With the recent increase in the proportion of single-person households, starting in 2016, the domestic shared personnel mobility market such as electric kickboards and electric wheels has grown rapidly. Personal transportation means such as electric kickboards are power devices using electricity and are eco-friendly, lightweight, and do not occupy a separate parking space. Above all, it has the advantage of being convenient to travel short and medium distances, so it has been able to obtain a lot of demand from younger users who pursue reasonable consumption, and accordingly, the related market has grown rapidly. However, as absence of the charging station for electric kickboards, electric kickboards are left everywhere on the road, and are emerging as a threat to safety as well as aesthetics. Therefore, this paper aims to research and propose a new IoT management system for efficient recovery of shared electric kickboards. Through this system, it is expected that the high recovery rate of the electric kickboard can be maintained, and in conclusion, the safety of the user and the surrounding environment can be improved.
