액션러닝을 활용한 취업캠프 개선방안 : P대학 학습공동체 사례를 중심으로 (Improvement Plan of Employment Camp using Action Learning : based on the case of learning community in P university)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the action learning lesson about the improvement process of the job support program of P university students. As a research method, we applied the related classes during the semester to the students who took courses in the course of 'Human Resource Development', which is a subject of P university, and analyzed the learner's reflection journal, interview data. As a result of the research, we went through the problem selection stage, the team construction and the team building stage. And then we searched for the root cause of the problem, clarified the problem, derived the possible solution, determined the priority and created the action plan. There are 10 solutions to the practical problems of poor job camps. Through two interviews with field experts it offered final solutions focused on promoting employment and Camp students participate in the management of post-employment into six camps. According to the first rank, job board integration, vendor selection upon student feedback, reflecting improved late questionnaire, public relations utilizing KakaoTalk, recruiting additional selection criteria, the camp provides recorded images in order. The results of this study suggest that the university's employment support program will strengthen the competitiveness of students' employment and become the basic data for the customized employment support program.

충남 광역생태네트워크 자연녹지의 훼손 인자 및 원인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Damage Factors and Causes of Natural Forest in Regional Ecological Network at Chungnam Province)

  • This study aimed to classify damaged lands, to find what are the damage factors affecting the studied area, and to present a prescription in order to provide some benefit for the restoration of Regional Ecological Network at Chungnam province. Finally we classified damaged lands from 1st to 4th damaged lands according to relative intensity of damage. The main damage factors for the First Damage Lands were humus horizon, soil hardness and plant species richness. In the Second Damage Lands, those were soil hardness, plant species richness, number of plants and dominant plant species. In the Third Damage Lands, those were humus horizon, soil hardness, plant species richness, number of plants and dominant plant species. In the Fourth Damage Lands, those were humus horizon, organic matter, soil hardness, EC, T-N content, plant species richness, number of plants and dominant plant species. In every cases, the damage of soil and vegetation was originated due to development carried out by human being. The changes in soil condition were not big enough for it to affect plant growth, however, degradation of vegetation was still severe.

다문화가족지원센터 종사자의 가족영역 지원 사업 인식 및 가족생활주기별 다문화가족 프로그램 필요도에 관한 연구 (Multicultural Family Support Center Staff's Perceptions on Family Programs and Needs of Multicultural Family Programs based on the Family Life Cycle)

  • Multicultural Family Support Centers (MFSC) have provided five program areas including family, gender equality, human rights, social integration, and counseling since 2015. It is important to examine the MFSC staff's perceptions of the family programs and program needs for multicultural families to improve the effectiveness of these programs. In this study, we aim to explore the staff's perceptions of the family programs and to assess multicultural family program needs based on the family life cycle. A total of 130 MFSC staff were recruited through 128 MFSCs across Korea. Descriptive statistics were conducted for data analysis. Our findings revealed that MFSC staff have increasingly recognized that their target audiences are not only marriage immigrants and their families but also foreign workers' families and families from North Korea. In addition, the MFSC staff identified the importance of family programs instead of only programs for individual family members and multicultural families' different program needs based on their family life cycle. Contrary to the positive perception of the family programs, they described challenges of the family programs including a shortage of funds, difficulty recruiting family member combinations (e.g., couples, parent-child) for family programs, a lack of a program manual, and a heavy workload. This study provides insights into the family programs including their development and delivery.

문화지능이 이문화 적응, 해외 체류만족과 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 국제경험의 조절효과 (Linking Cultural Intelligence to Satisfaction with Staying in the Host Country and Performance: the Moderating Effect of International Experience)

  • 본 연구에서는 문화지능과 이문화 적응, 체류만족과 직무성과 간의 상관관계를 규명하기 위한 연구모형과 가설을 도출하고 한국에서 연수 또는 근무하는 중국인 근로자 188명을 대상으로 검증하였다. 결과적으로 문화지능은 이문화 적응에 긍정적 관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 이문화 적응과 체류만족, 직무성과 간의 관계에 대한 경험분석에서는 문화지능이 높을수록, 그리고 이문화 적응을 잘할수록 체류만족이 높고 직무성과도 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 문화지능과 이문화 적응 간의 관계에서 국제경험의 조절효과를 분석하였는데, 국제경험이 많을수록 이문화 적응이 더욱 잘 되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구 결과는 글로벌 기업에서 해외 파견근로자의 체류만족과 직무성과를 높이기 위해서는 해외파견근로자를 선발할 때 문화지능이 높은 사람들을 우선 고려하고, 그들의 이문화 적응 수준을 향상시켜야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다.

ASCL2 Gene Expression Analysis and Its Association with Carcass Traits in Pigs

  • Achaete-scute like 2 (ASCL2) gene encodes a member of the basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor which is essential for the maintenance of proliferating trophoblasts during placental development. ASCL2 gene preferentially expresses the maternal allele in the mouse. However, it escapes genomic imprinting in the human. In this study, the complete open reading frame consisting of 193 amino acids of ASCL2 gene was obtained. Sequence analysis indicated that a C-G mutation existed in the 3' region between Meishan and Large White pigs. The polymorphism was used to determine the monoallelic or biallelic expression with RT-PCR-RFLP in pigs of Large $White{\times}Meishan$ $F_1$ hybrids. Imprinting analysis indicated that the ASCL2 gene expression was biallelic in all the tested tissues (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach, small intestine, skeletal muscle, fat, uterus, ovary and pituitary). PCR-RFLP was used to detect the polymorphism in 270 pigs of the "$Large\;White{\times}Meishan$" $F_2$ resource population. The statistical results showed highly significant associations of the genotypes and fat meat percentage (FMP), lean meat percentage (LMP) and ratio of lean to fat (RLF) (p<0.01), and significant associations of the genotypes and loin eye area (LEA) and internal fat rate (IFR) (p<0.05).

CEO의 내·외부 활동이 혁신과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Effects of Innovation and Business Performance of CEO's Internal and External Activities)

  • 본 연구는 기업에서 CEO의 내 외부 활동(정보, 지식경영, 학습조직)이 혁신활동(활용적, 탐색적)과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 국내 기업의 CEO 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 토대로 통계분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 정보와 학습조직 활동은 활용적 혁신활동과 탐색적 혁신활동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 지식경영 활동은 탐색적 혁신활동에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼치지 못하였다. 또한, CEO 내 외부 활동에서 정보, 지식경영, 학습조직 활동의 영향을 받은 활용적, 탐색적 혁신활동은 기업의 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 영향력의 세기는 차이를 보였다. 따라서 기업의 경영에서 CEO의 내 외부 활동 중에서 정보, 지식경영, 학습조직 활동에 의한 활용적 혁신과 탐색적 혁신활동 발현으로 경영성과를 극대화시키기 위한 모색은 선행 연구에서 지각된 활동을 기반으로 하여 기업의 경영 환경을 고려하여 유리한 활동을 추출하고 이를 경영 전략에 반영하는 것이 기업에서 최상의 경영성과 목표달성에 유리함을 본 연구결과에서 시사하고 있다.

상하수도 서비스 평가지표 개발 및 적용: 상수도 분야를 중심으로 (Development and Application of Performance Indicators to Estimate the Service Activities Relating with Water and Wastewater Works: Focus on Water Works Parts)

  • To improve Service quality for water and wastewater works, most water and wastewater utility effort to develop not only facility construction but also operation optimization. The operation is optimized by accurate estimation for ongoing situation. And from the accurate estimation, utility operator gain a information about their service quality and problems, So we developed a evaluation tool (Performance Indicators: PI) for service activity of water and wastewater works. The PI was developed in many countries and some international organizations (World Bank, IWA etc.) for service benchmarking. And ISO (international organization for standardization) just has been making a service standard for water and wastewater system (So called ISO/C224). This proceeding for making a service standard is ongoing now and will be launched in 2007. In our study, PI was composed of 6 parts (A human resource, facility management, operation, service quality, finance and environment). To evaluate water utilities, performance indicators for water was consisted of 100 items. Each 2 water utilities were estimated by this performance indicator. From the study, we just know that the performance indicator was a very useful tool to estimate utility service quality. And from the result, it is possible to know the strong and weak point of estimated utilities.

건강증진이 기반한 주요 원칙과 가치: 오타와 헌장 및 세계보건기구 관련 문헌 등을 중심으로 (The principles and values of health promotion: building upon the Ottawa charter and related WHO documents)

  • Objectives: This paper reviews the main principles and values underlying health promotion and reflects upon recent health promotion efforts in Korea. Methods: The essay approaches these issues through the framework of the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion (WHO, 1986) and other related (WHO) documents. The Ottawa Charter has been an important basis for health promotion worldwide over the last three decades since 1986. Emphasizing the instrumental value of health and the prerequisites for health, it provides the definition of health promotion and elaborates the strategies for health promotion as well as the main health promotion actions. Results: Beyond the values of health as both a fundamental human right and a resource for everyday life, the values and principles related to health promotion shown in WHO documents and other literature include holism, social justice and equity, public and community participation, autonomy, empowerment, socioecological approaches to health, sustainability, intersectoral collaboration, partnership-building, responsibility for health, and so on. Conclusions: Reflecting, subjectively, on health promotion efforts in Korea, some values, including holism in terms of target population, equity, public and community participation, empowerment, and socio-ecological approaches have been realized to some extent, while other values like intersectoral collaboration and partnership have not been considered sincerely in public efforts relating to health promotion. Therefore, future health promotion efforts in Korea should concentrate on incorporating these critical values and principles-based approaches into health promotion activities.

단위학교 자율역량 향상 방안 모색 (Exploring Ways that Improve School-Level Autonomy Capacity)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 단위학교 자율역량에 대한 개념을 정의하고 이에 관한 교원들의 인식 분석을 통해 단위학교 자율역량을 향상하기 위한 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 초 중등학교 교원 260명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 결과, 단위학교 자율역량에 관한 교원들의 인식은 직급별, 경력별에 따른 유의미한 차이가 큰 것으로 나타난 반면, 학교특성별에 따른 유의미한 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과를 통해서 도출된 단위학교 자율역량 향상 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단위학교 자율역량 중 전략적 역량을 신장하기 위해서는 단위학교 차원으로 학교자율화를 위한 권한을 보다 확대하고 이양할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 단위학교 자율역량 중 인적자본 역량을 신장하기 위해서는 학교구성원들의 전문적 능력을 최대한 발휘할 수 있는 여건을 조성해야 한다. 셋째, 단위학교 자율역량 중 조직운영 역량을 신장하기 위해서는 단위학교 조직문화에 대한 변혁적이고 창조적인 재구조화가 요구된다.

성격특성과 셀프리더십이 직무열의와 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 심리적 주인의식의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of Personality Characteristics and Self Leadership on Job Engagement and Turnover Intention: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Psychological Ownership)

  • 4차 산업혁명과 융복합 환경에서 본 연구는 심리적 주인의식의 매개적 역할에 주목하여, 개인의 성격특성과 셀프리더십이 직무열의와 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 개인의 성격특성은 직무열의에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 반면, 이직의도에는 심리적 주인의식을 매개로 한 간접효과만 나타난 점에서 심리적 주인의식의 중요성을 확인하였다. 셀프리더십은 직무열의에 직간접적 영향을 미치고 있었고, 이직의도에는 직접적인 정적 영향과 더불어 심리적 주인의식을 매개로 한 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 또한 심리적 주인의식은 직무열의를 높이고, 이직의도를 감소시키는 영향을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업의 인적자원개발과 조직 관리 차원에서 실무적인 의의를 갖는다.
