  • The objective of this study is to activate dining facilities by integrating the factors of space marketing. In this study, It extracts the factors of space marketing applied in the real space on the basis of precedent studies. The selection standard of precedent studies focused on the planning and strategy of space marketing conducted after 2000, and 28 factors in total 16 precedent studies were extracted. We extracted only the factors of space marketing which is applicable to dining facilities by merging and reestablishing them. The extracted 12 factors included. In this way, we conducted a survey on the factors of space marketing as well as utilization and satisfaction considered to be needed for the activation of dining facilities based on H university dining facility in Seoul. Accordingly, I collected a total of 215 copies and analyzed them by SPSS program. According to the result, it indicated that there were many students who primarily used the outside dining facilities rather than university dining facilities regarding the utilization of university dining facilities, and unsatisfactory factors included the design and size of the entrance, quality of the serving space, quality and noise of the dining space, other facilities, size and quality of the rest space and drinking fountain, snack bar, and cafe regarding the satisfaction of each space. It also indicated that the factors which influent the image of university dinning facilities the most included the marketing factors considered to activate university dining facilities such as spatial factors, sensuous factors, and environment friendly factors in order. Therefore, we can consider the interacting operation system that students primarily decorate, improve and use the spaces of the outside dining facilities and other university dining facilities. In conclusion, it's need to consider activating university dining facilities which have been responsible for only basic parts by integrating the marketing factors in common with the outside dining facilities.

  • In recent years, market access is expected to become more important in logistics location selection. In addition, it is necessary to support logistics functions for small and medium-sized enterprises. In this study, we propose a location suitability evaluation system for public rental logistics spaces. The location selection and evaluation system of the public rental logistics space proposed in this study is composed of large (5), medium (10), and small (20) indicators. The 1st class were five factors: market factors, economic factors, transportation factors, site factors, policy and social factors, and the 2nd classifications per the 1st class, and the 3rd class for each 2nd class. After deriving the relative importance of each indicator through AHP for experts, it was verified by utilizing GIS analysis for virtual candidates in the metropolitan area. As a result of the trial application, it was evaluated that it could be applied with realistic results. In addition, it was confirmed that it is possible to apply evaluation indicators using spatial data constructed in Korea, and to use the evaluation indicators, it is necessary to perform various spatial analysis and processing tasks on raw data.

A large number of researches have been done on the topic of success factors of information systems implementation, but a few on the topics of hospital information systems. Thus in this study, the success factors of the military hospital information systems implementation was analysed. To this end, a number of previous researches were reviewed and about 71 items of success factors were deduced. For doing empirical analysis, a questionnaire with 71 items was prepared and sent to proper organizations. The statistical analysis such as factor analysis was applied to about 400 of them returned. The six success factors and 20 sub success factors were resulted from factor analysis. The six success factors include systems management factor, technology and organization factor, the efficiency of IT department factor, technology application factor, outsourcing factor and environment factors. • Competitiveness of service industry in Korea is relatively lower than OECD countries'. Korean government, therefore, has been trying to improve the competitiveness of service industry by accelerating information technology (IT) adoption. Even though most of factors of IT can be contributed to improve the financial performance, it may be affected differently among various industry types and life cycles of companies. Therefore, it is one of very important research issues to analyze the influential effect of IT considering industry types and organizational life cycles in service industries. The purpose of this study is to find out critical success factors of IT which influence financial performance considering different types and life cycles of service industries. We developed the model and identified key success factors of IT adoption as IT system quality, Information quality, IT maintenance, CEO support, IT education of organization, and IT competence of user. Additional analysis of moderating effect by organizational life-cycle and types of service industry are conducted. For data sampling 856 companies are participated and total 2,000 questionnaires are collected. Structural equation modeling method is conducted for statistical analysis. The results show that the model is valid and most of success factors of it are very useful for improving financial performance of service industries except organizational IT education. Moderating effect of industry types and organizational life cycles is valid but partially accepted. The results might be able to provide useful directions and guide lines of IT acceleration in service industries.

  • Service Providers need to monitor the level of consumer's satisfaction on service they provide continuously and they use appropriate method to measure their operating status. They have to make a plan on their resource and infrastructure to provide their service in the right place at the right time whenever they need. Most previous studies on IT service quality are mainly focused on criteria or levels of quality measurement even though those criteria and levels should be set by considering consumer's needs. And considering for consumer's needs with managerial factors was not found on those studies. So, we suggest deducing quality factors for continuous improvement of IT service management system in this paper as identify the relative priority using QFD method which consider consumers' voices and managerial factors when decide quality factors of IT service management system introduced SLA. We also confirm that our suggestion is practicable and applicable for current operation by case study.
