정보기술동화의 결정요인 및 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 혁신확산이론의 관점 (The Determinants of IT Assimilation and Its Effect on Organizational Performance : An Innovation Diffusion Theory Perspective)

  • Many organizations have introduced information technology (IT) as an innovation to gain competitive advantages as business environments have become increasingly complex and rapidly changing. Despite the large investment of IT, there have been mixed results about whether IT creates business values. Considering that IT assimilation may play an important role in explaining IT productivity paradox, this study examines the formation of IT assimilation and its effect on the organizational performance. To do so, this study suggests a research model based on Innovation Diffusion Theory by incorporating organization system, communication channel, change acceptability, and innovation factors, and then attempts to empirically explore the role of IT assimilation for enhanced organizational performance using data collected at the organizational level. Structural equation analysis using AMOS provides significant support for part of proposed relationships. Specifically, we have found encouraging results on the role of IT assimilation by identifying its mediating effect on the organizational performance. Theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed accordingly.

  • Chloride diffusion effect of cement paste, freezing and thawing test, carbonation of concrete specimen were carried out using inorganic coating material. According to the chloride ions diffusion test, it is elucidated that permeability and diffusion coefficient of Cl ̄ ions and apparent coefficient of coated cement paste is smaller than plain cement paste. A durability of coated concrete specimen was enhanced by the experiment result of concrete carbonation and freezing thawing test.

  • This paper treats the conditions for the existence and stability properties of stationary solutions of reaction-diffusion equations of Gierer-Meinhardt type, subject to Neumann boundary data. The domains in which diffusion takes place are of three types: a regular hexagon, a rectangle and an isosceles rectangular triangle. Considering one of the relevant features of the domains as a bifurcation parameter it will be shown that at a certain critical value a diffusion driven instability occurs and Turing bifurcation takes place: a pattern emerges.

  • The diffusion of oxygen atoms on tungsten (110) surface is studied by comparison of experiment results and recent calculations. It has been suggested that the thermodynamic factor which is inversely proportional to be compressibility has strong temperature dependence which may cause non-Arrhenius behavior of diffusion coefficient. Recent experiments, however, indicate effectively no temperature dependence of this factor and support the view that non-Arrhenius behavior originates from the dynamic factor rather than the thermodynamic factor. Discrepancies in coverage dependence of physical quantities between theory and experiment are discussed.

Viscosity and Volume Effects on Convective Flows in PGSE-NMR Self-Diffusion Measurements at High Temperature

  • The effects of the sample viscosity and volume on the convective flows induced by temperature gradient in PGSE-NMR self-diffusion measurements at high temperature have been investigated. The experimental results showed that the viscosity of the liquid sample strongly affects the magnitude of the convective flows as well as the diffusion coefficient itself. It was also found that the convective flows increase as the sample volume increase.

시공간패턴분석기법을 이용한 젠트리피케이션 발생지역의 상업용도 확산지역 도출 - 서울시 북촌 사례를 중심으로 - (Using Space-Time Pattern Analysis to Detect Commercial Diffusion Area in Gentrified Area - Focused on the Case of Bukchon in Seoul -)

  • In recent years, there has been a proliferation of commercial uses in the area where Gentrification occurs. In order to cope with such a diffusion phenomenon, it is necessary to derive the diffusion area accurately. Gentrification has a feature that occurs locally in a short time. Therefore, this study used the space-time pattern analysis to derive the diffusion area of commercial uses in Bukchon, a typical gentrified area in Seoul. Among the space-time pattern analysis, space time permutation statistics used in this study can derive the convergence phenomenon of time and space in a particular case with only the location information. The results confirmed that there has been three proliferation area in Bukchon, one started in 2007, other in 2013 and the other in 2014. In the earliest area, independent shops were the most popular, and the majority of them were restaurants. However in latter areas, there has been more chain stores and clothing stores than earlier area. The findings of this study indicate that space time pattern analysis can be used as a tool to analyze the proliferation by gentrification because it can derive accurate location and timing of the diffusion.

확산텐서영상을 이용한 확산 주축의 고유치 영상 재구성 (Image Reconstruction of Eigenvalue of Diffusion Principal Axis Using Diffusion Tensor Imaging)

  • 목적: 확산텐서자기공명영상(DT-MRI: Diffusion Tensor Image)을 이용하여 확산의 주축을 구성하는 세 성분에 대한 고유치 (eigefvalue)의 영상을 구현해 보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 고유치 영상을 구현하기 위해서 3.0 테슬러 MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)를 이용하여 확산텐서영상을 얻었으며, Moore-Penrose pseudo-inverse 방법과 SVD(single value decomposition) 방법을 이용하여 확산 주축을 계산하였다. 이 과정을 픽셀단위로 반복적으로 계산하여 새로운 확산 주축 영상들을 만들었으며, 이 확산 주축 영상들과 분할 비등방성 영상의 관계를 조사하였다. 결과: 확산텐서영상 기법으로 얻어진 확산텐서영상을 이용하여, 세 방향의 확산 주축에 대한 고유치 영상을 구성하였으며, 고유치 영상들과 분할 비등방성 영상을 함께 분석함으로써, 뇌의 해부학적 구조물에 따른 분할 비등방성 값의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 확산 주축에 대한 고유치의 변화에 대한 컴퓨터 모의실험에서, 변화하는 고유치에 따른 분할 비등방성 값의 변동 추이를 알아볼 수 있었다. 그리고 확산 주축의 크기가 비등방성을 좌우하는 것이 아니라, 세 확산 주축의 조합으로 비등방성의 정도를 표현한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 확산 주축 방향의 고유치들을 분리하여 영상화 함으로써, 뇌의 병변에 의한 비등방성의 변화의 원인이 확산 주축의 어떠한 변화에 의해 발생하는 것인지 확인할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Bass Diffusion 모델을 활용한 스마트폰 시장의 성장 규모 예측: 몽골 사례 (Forecasting the Growth of Smartphone Market in Mongolia Using Bass Diffusion Model)

  • 1969년에 처음 고안되어 확산에 대한 마케팅 연구를 이끈 Bass Diffusion Model은 일반적으로 마케팅 연구 및 경영 과학에서 가장 성공적인 모델 중 하나다. 본 연구는 휴대전화 가입 확산을 토대로 Bass 확산 모델의 사용을 설명하며 Bass 확산 모델을 3대 선진국 시장인 한국, 일본, 중국과 신흥시장인 베트남, 태국, 카자흐스탄, 몽골에 적용했다. 실험에서는 비선형 최소자승법을 사용하여 Bass확산 모델의 매개변수를 추정하였고 휴대전화 가입의 확산은 모든 경우에 S 곡선을 따른다. m, p 및 q 매개변수를 획득한 후 국가를 세 그룹으로 그룹화하기 위해 k-평균 클러스터 분석을 사용했으며 국가를 클러스터링함으로써 확산 속도와 패턴이 유사하며 신흥시장이 있는 국가가 선진국의 발자취를 따를 수 있음을 제안한다. 연구의 목적은 시장 성숙도의 시기와 규모를 예측하고 데이터가 Bass 모델의 혁신의 일반적인 확산 곡선을 따르는지 여부를 판단하는 것이다.

예혼합 및 대향류확산 화염에서 NO의 생성에 미치는 소반응의 역할 (Roles of Key Elementary Reaction for NO Formation in Premixed Flame and Counterflow Diffusion Flame)

  • In this paper it is investigated the roles of key elementary reactions for NO formation in methane-air one-dimensional premixed flame and counterflow diffusion flame, which were studied numerically by using NO kinetics and $C_{2}$ -chemistry complied by Miller and Bowman. The spatial distributions of the reaction rates of 9 main elementary reactions directly related to NO formation and destruction were calculated. Integration of the rates of all reactions in the NO formation across the flame yields the quantitative reaction path diagram, which shows clearly relative importance of each reaction path in NO formation and how it changes with the type and parameters of the flame. The results show that the thermal and Fenimore mechanisms are dominant respectively for learn and rich premixed flames, and the latter is dominant for diffusion flames. In addition, it was found that the HCN recycle route is important for diffusion flame, and that the routes of mutual transformation between NO and NO$^{2}$, and between NO and HNO do not contribute to the net NO formation.

The vacancy diffusion and the formation of dislocation in graphene : Tight-binding molecular dynamics simulation

  • Vacancy defects in graphene can be created by electron or ion irradiation and those induce ripples which can change the electronic properties of graphene. Recently, the formation of defect structures such as vacancy defects and non-hexagonal rings has been reported in the high resolution transmission electron microscope (HR-TEM) of reduced graphene oxide [1]. In those HR-TEM images, it is noticed that the dislocations with pentagon-heptagon (5-7) pairs are formed and diffuses. Interestingly, it is also observed that two 5-7 pairs are separated and diffuse far away from each other. The separation of 5-7 pairs has been known to be due to their self-diffusion. However, from our tight-binding molecular dynamics simulation, it is found that the separation of 5-7 pairs is due to the diffusion of single vacancy defects and coalescence with 5-7 pairs. The diffusion and coalescence of single vacancy defects is too fast to be observed even in HR-TEM. We also implemented Van der Waals interaction in our tight-binding carbon model to describe correctly bi-layer and multi-layer graphene. The compressibility of graphite along c-axis in our tight-binding calculation is found to be in excellent agreement with experiment. We also discuss the difference between single layer and bi-layer graphene about vacancy diffusion and reconstruction.
