늘어나는 CT 조영제 주입 검사만큼이나 환자의 심리적 불안감은 물론 검사자인 방사선사 또한 조영제 부작용과 혈관 외 유출에 대한 불안감이 커지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 조영증강 CT 검사 시에 무선신호기를 사용하여 조영제 사용에 대한 환자와 방사선사의 불안감과 두려움 등의 심리적 불안해소에 얼마나 도움이 되는지 알아보고자 CT 검사 후에 무선신호기에 대한 환자와 방사선사의 만족도조사를 설문을 통해 실시하였다. 또한 무선신호기를 사용함으로써 CT 검사 시 발생할 수 있는 조영제 부작용에 대한 방사선사의 신속한 대처와 혈관 외 유출 예방에 도움이 되고자 한다. 실험대상은 2017년 8월~11월 4개월간 전남에 소재한 C대학병원을 방문하여 CT를 시행한 20세 이상의 환자를 대상으로 하였고, CT 검사 시행 후 연구에 동의하는 환자 90명을 설문조사하였다. 그 중 남자 57, 여자 33명이다. 방사선사는 CT실에서 근무하며 무선신호기를 사용한 경험이 있는 15명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 무선신호기를 사용 전 환자 만족도는 $6.01{\pm}0.88$, 사용 후 환자 만족도는 $8.20{\pm}1.06$으로 사용 전보다 만족도가 높아진 것을 알 수 있었다. 사용 후 방사선사 만족도는 $8.46{\pm}1.06$으로 환자만족도 평균과 큰 차이를 보이지 않았고, 두군 모두 만족도가 8점 이상으로 높게 나타났다. 무선신호기 사용에 따른 심리적 안정 기여도는 과거 부작용 유경험자에서 $8.98{\pm}0.65$, 무경험자 $8.00{\pm}1.21$로 나타났다. 결론적으로 무선신호기의 호출로 방사선사의 신속한 대처를 하는데 도움을 주고 환자와 방사선사에게도 불안감으로부터 심리적 안정을 주어 검사만족도 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있다고 사료된다.

Baby boomers who have rebuilt the Korean economy over the last half a century are now transitioning into a silver generation who are over 65 years of age. New silver consumers are qualitatively and quantitatively different from the previous generation and are considered to be 'the single most consumption-leading generation.' The number of new silver consumers using department stores and traditional markets has increased. SPSS ver. 21.0 was used with the methods of frequency analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), device master record test, and regression analysis. This research studies consumer satisfaction of new silver consumers on department stores and traditional markets among retailing. The improvement of the parking environment is the most urgent issue for traditional markets because the long-term assessments of parking areas indicate that it is necessary to provide improved convenience for consumers. Salesman satisfaction has improved and consumer satisfaction ranks salesman satisfaction high for traditional markets; however, price satisfaction is low and the distribution system should be improved to supply products at a lower price. Salesman and price satisfaction should be improved at depart stores. Traditional markets should also promote consumer satisfaction through consistent management to make consumers trust information in regards to quality control and production and distribution; in addition, department stores should increase consumer satisfaction by maintaining store systems such as product diversification and display, cleanness, and atmosphere.

The computer system validation consulting industry is growing as domestic GMP companies' overseas exports or advancements increase, and computer system validation has been mandatory in Korea since the 2010s, but domestic CSV consulting companies are small in size and have a short history, revealing many shortcomings in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction when conducting consulting. Research related to consulting has been mainly focused on management consulting and IT consulting, and research related to computer system validation is very insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of consultant competency and service quality on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract when performing computer system validation through empirical research on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry. As a result, it was confirmed that consultant competency and service quality had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract. In addition, it was confirmed that the reputation and expertise of consulting companies had a moderating effect on the relationship between consultant competency and consulting performance.

An interface in smart device environment is changing to TUI(touch user interface) environment where a system is being controlled by physical touch, differently from a system controlled through conventional mouse and keyboard. What is more important than anything else in this TUI environment is to implement interface in consideration of learn ability and cognitive constructivism according to user's experience. Therefore, now is the time when it is necessary to carry out various studies on smart content design process going a step farther together with discussing the details of user's experience factor. Hence, this study was intended to look into what effect a user's experiential traits had on the production of contents for the purpose of measures for improving TUI user satisfaction in order to effectively realize contents in smart environment. Results were yielded by using a statistical empirical analysis such as cross-tabulation analysis according to important variable and user, paired t-test, multiple response analysis, and preference frequency analysis of user preference on the basis of a survey. As a result, a system was presented for implementing DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) process. TUI experience factor can be divided into direct habitual experience, direct learning experience, indirect habitual experience, and indirect learning experience. And in the results of study, it was possible to find that the important variables of this study had a positive effect on the improvement of use satisfaction with contents on the whole according to the user convenience of smart contents. This study is expected to have a positive effect on efficient smart device-based contents production by providing objective information according to empirical analysis to smart media-based developer and designer and presenting a model for improving the changed TUI usability.

본 연구는 안드로이드용 태블릿 기반 AAC(Augmentative and Alternatice Communication) 애플리케이션 개발 후 그에 따른 기기에 대한 만족도 및 요구사항을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 태블릿 기반 AAC 기기의 만족도 및 요구사항을 평가하였다. 평가는 기기 및 서비스 변화 정도, 신체적 기능 변화 정도, 일상생활 및 사회생활의 변화 정도, 욕구 충족 정도를 측정하는 만족의 개념을 사용하는 보조공학평가도구(Korea Assistive Technology Assessment Tool, KAAT)를 사용하여 평가하였다. 태블릿 기반 스마트 AAC 기기의 만족도 평가 결과, 기기, 서비스, 일상생활을 비롯해 모든 항목에서 5점 척도에서 4점대 이상으로 만족하는 긍정적인 반응을 나타냈다. 그러나 그 중 효과성과 조작 및 편리성의 항목에서 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 기기의 개선사항으로는 상징소리 확대, 상징편집의 간결성 등의 의견이 조사되었다. 연구결과를 통해 스마트 AAC 기기의 지속적인 업데이트, 상징편집의 간결성, AAC 기기 활용 방법 및 교육이 반드시 개선되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구의 만족도 평가 결과 및 잠재적 사용자의 피드백은 기존 스마트 AAC 기기의 기능 개선과 보완을 위한 지침이 될 것이다.

Transarterial chemoembolization is one of the most representative procedures for puncture of the femoral artery. In addition, the same procedure is often repeatedly performed many times, and Hepatocellular carcinoma patients due to cancer is significantly lowered blood tests, regardless of platelet counts are not good enough to stop bleeding. More importantly, hepatocellular carcinoma has a high degree of complication and disease severity, which makes it less likely that the condition of the body will be relatively inferior to other patients. In order to prevent delayed hemorrhage of the femoral artery puncture site after the procedure, it is advised to absolutely stabilize the limb so that it does not bend the limb for 3 hours after climbing in the ward. Therefore, I have been complaining about inconvenience. In addition, in order to prevent delayed hemorrhage after hemostasis, balloon type hemostatic device was used instead of sand bag which was placed on hemostatic site. The results of this study were compared with the results of actual application. The use of a balloon-type hemostatic device to increase the effectiveness of continuous hemostasis and to minimize the inconvenience during the time of patient's absolute bed rest, rather than raising the sandbag to prevent primary delayed hemorrhage by various methods in transarterial chemoembolization. It can be used as a substitute for existing sand bags because it can alleviate pain, increase satisfaction, and can be used as a disposable one.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate sleep patterns in nursing students as measured by an automated wireless sleep tracker and self-reported sleep scales. Methods: Data were collected from October, 2011 to May, 2012. ZQ (a symbolic number that measures the quality and quantity of sleep) was calculated from the automated wireless sleep tracker. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index-Korean version, Sleep scale A, and sleep satisfaction were used as self-report sleep scales. Female nursing college students (n=37) were recruited by convenience sampling. Before going to bed, they were asked to put on a head-band type sleeping sensor and to move it the next morning. Every student slept 2~4 nights with the sleep tracker. Data were collected for 86 (91.4%) of 94 nights' sleep. The students were also requested to fill in the PSQI-K, sleep scale A, and sleep satisfaction. Results: The only statistically significant correlation was between ZQ and sleep satisfaction (r=.869, p=.026). The biggest obstacle in using this device was putting on the head-band type sensor. Conclusion: Validity of the wireless sleep tracker was verified in part. The usefulness of this device in nursing research and practice was identified. Further evaluation need to be conducted with various populations.

This study started from the practical need for a career experience program in the fashion major that is creative and responds to current methodologies. The purpose of this study is to propose a fashion work experience program that combines digital technology and practical experience. The research methods and procedures were as follows: fashion items and wearable devices were selected, the LED smart bag program was developed, and it was executed. A total of 123 students participated in the program, and a satisfaction survey was conducted after observation and oral evaluation. All of the participants completed the LED smart bag processes of design ideation, material selection, production, and styling using an eco-bag (one of the fashion items and as an LED wearable device). As a result of the participants' satisfaction (on a 5-point scale), most items showed a high level of satisfaction of 4.39 points or more. The smart bag program was evaluated to increase interest based on the time allotted and the students' level and to bolster their understanding of, and interest in, the fashion major. Therefore, this study is expected to be baseline to explore diversification of the fashion major work experience program, in order to create interest in the fashion major based on creative convergence competency.

This study developed and taught VR content to be used in clothing design and composition practice, which are practical subjects for home education students at the College of Education, and examined the learning effects on students who participated in VR experiences. First, after experiencing classes using VR content, students' perceptions of classes were examined considering participation, class level, expectations, and satisfaction through a survey. As a result of examining the experience of learning sewing machines in classes using VR content and changes in perception of classes, it was found that the class level, class expectations, and satisfaction were affected. As a result of comparative analysis of VR experiences and the perception of VR classes prior to experiencing VR content related to sewing machines developed for practical subjects, VR experiences affected class participation, class level, expectations, but satisfaction was not affected. The advantages of the VR class that students mentioned in the subjective evaluation included interest in the class, the degree of participation, the VR experience, and the use of VR. As for the disadvantages, difficulties in using the device, dizziness, frustration when using the device, and limitations of the program were mentioned.

정보시스템을 사용하는 이용자들의 만족지수를 측정함으로써 시스템 투자 대비 효과를 정성적으로 측정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 향후 시스템의 효율성 및 시스템 개선노력을 위한 방안도 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 이용자만족지수 모델을 제안하고 대표적인 정보시스템들의 이용자만족지수를 측정함으로써 이들 시스템 운영자 및 관리자들에게 시스템 만족도 제고 및 효율성 향상을 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해 대표적인 정보시스템들을 대상으로 웹 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석결과를 바탕으로 만족지수를 산출하고 Matrix 분석을 통해 시스템 개선방안을 도출하였다.
