The purposes of this dissertation are to identify various factors affecting the outcomes of feasibility analysis and investment decision makings of new IT project plans and empirically analysis the relationships among them. 9 variables which have been drawn from prior studies and industry practices are the amount of the necessary resource such as development budget and time, the expect financial benefits, the degree of alignments between IT projects and the business strategy, the estimated risk, and the investment priority as the dependent variable. Data from 125 IT projects of K bank, the leading commercial bank in Korea, have been collected and Regression Analysis and ANOVA have been performed. As results, 5 out of 8 hypothesis have been accepted partially or totally.

The development project usually aims to get a certain amount of return for its investment in land and capital. The success of such project is dependent on the accurate analysis of the feasibility and for casting. It is, however, very difficult to predict due to various environmental factors. For this, it is necessary to constitute a systematic and objective method of analysis. However, there is no method of analysis for numerous qualitative factors, such as legal, environmental, marketability. Moreover, conventional methods have some limitations because they are processed without all the scope of analysis items and any evaluation criteria. Therefore, this study will provide computerization model for feasibility study focusing on the apartment development project by a pre-sall method. This research does casestudies to assess the feasibility analysis by the computerization model and compares to the results of the conventional methods. It showed that the evaluation results for the qualitative analysis were proportional to actual sale result. This implies that qualitative subjective factors have high correlation with sale rate and sale prices.

The purpose of this research is to identify the major evaluation criteria of IT investment projects and establish the importance weights of criteria through AHP analysis. Seven evaluation criteria which have been drawn from prior studies and industry practices are direct costs, indirect costs, financial benefits, strategic value, risk, technical necessity, and political considerations. Data have been collected from 95 IT projects in 40 public organizations and private firms in Korea. After having applied the data reliability test, 79 projects have been selected. The results of AHP analysis show the importance weights and priorities of seven evaluation criteria as follows: financial benefits 25.2%, strategic value 22.36%, direct costs 14.34%, risk 12.10%, technical necessity 11.55%, political considerations 8.3%, and indirect costs 6.48%. And the weights of seven criteria shows considerable differences among three different IT project types such as transactional, informational, and infrastructural.

Construction development work invents profit as those finalize object, and a make or break success of project depends on correct analysis and forecast business feasibility at project early. Business feasibility study would be decision-making under precarious situation because is connoting uncertainty that is future. estimate at present visual point essentially. Under uncertainty, a decision-making method is based on probability theory of statistics, but business feasibility study had applied with not feasibility study by probabilistic decision method but it by determinism derision method so far. Therefore in this study doing decision-making by a probability theory method for successful project at early business feasibility study, it present a probabilistic study method that use simulation that can supply a little more correct and reliable data to decision-maker As result, a probabilistic study method is more suitable than deterministic study method as technique for a financial feasibility study of construction development work. Making good use of this probabilistic study method at important business or careful decision-making, because efficient Judgment that is based accuracy and authoritativeness may become available.

Feasibility study on large scale projects like an investment on infrastructure development is very important because it provides fundamental data which determine the total investment size and duration. However, previous feasibility studies have a few problems of ambiguous estimation standards, unsystematical estimation methods, and so on. Accordingly, this study intends to regulate tile problems on economic feasibility as well as financial feasibility study which have been considered more critical in recent time, subsequently presents a reform measure. Also, this study identifies predictable risks during the feasibility study, presents a scheme which lets investor and owner control the risk themselves through a process which uses theoretical and political management plans.

Risk Management is one of the most important factors in web design project management. The purpose of risk management is to identify reasons of risk to avoid risky situation and successfully achieve final goal of the project. This paper first describes concept of the web design project management and its processes. Secondly this study presents planning principles for systematic risk management process. Also it suggests a model of risk management. Finally this paper demonstrates utility of the risk management model through case studies based on the suggested risk management model.

Nowadays national research and development fund is continuously increased. And the evaluation on the feasibility of R&D budget investment was carried out. Through this study it was possible that a business feasibility evaluation of large scale research project. Also the benefit of research project about large scale plant(A plant) is $2.67{\sim}3.76$ times of research funds, and the R&D fund pay-back period is $6{\sim}8$ years. And also there is employment effect as $1,200{\sim}2,200$ every year, and $22,000{\sim}35,000$ within 20 years after research project.

Activity Pattern Analysis(APA) is the methodology to Design the functions of information systems, to Estimate the monetary value of IS based on Activity Based Costing, to Acquire feasibility of IT Project. This study shows APA case in Health Check-up Service Organization (G-Center) and the Utility of APA. G-Center had acquired Five Outcomes through APA: (1) IT Strategy, (2) IT Project Goals, (3) Transformed Business Process, (4) Functional Blueprint of Information Systems, (5) IT Project budget and its feasibility. APA consists of three analysis processes; Activity Separation, Activity Rearrangement, Activity Costing. APA is flexible in determinating the range and the time of analysis, and is able to expand the Actors(as analysis objects) based on the purpose of analysis by researcher. Eventually APA can be used to do internal IT Management effectively.

Currently, vocational high schools are trying to learn through project learning and similar courses. This is to nurture talented students who can be directly involved in the industrial field. In this study, we modified the existing ADDIE model, designed the model for the class, and operated the actual augmented reality programming class to verify the validity. As a result of the operation, the learners' satisfaction and achievement were high, and the ability to solve the problem was improved as it was developed in the actual field. In this study, it is meaningful to develop a teaching model closely related to the field through the project learning using the augmented reality programming.

Green Building Certification Program, which was first introduced to residential buildings in Korea in 2002, has been put on track. This program is expected to bring about the effect in the economic viewpoint that was based on a life-cycle-cost analysis, not to mention the environmental viewpoint. However, given the fact that the existing model for feasibility analysis focusing on early investment cost can hardly be applicable to the green buildings because of lacking the life-cycle-cost reduction factor, it remains still difficult to conduct an objective evaluation. The study thus was intended to identify the factors that should be additionally considered in conducting the feasibility study to be implemented through the analysis of the certification items of green buildings as a preliminary study in structuring the evaluation model for feasibility analysis of green buildings.
