In accordance with the industrial convergence regulation sandbox decision promoted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the "machine tool sharing service in the factory" applied for by MyMaker Co., Ltd., an industry-academia cooperation company, was granted a demonstration exception. While implementing this, in a situation where the ordering service part had to be developed as software, the company's domain problems were identified and analyzed, procedures were established, and a system was designed that met the related requirements. As a joint research and development project to solve the difficulties of the LINC+ industry, the order-to-order system was finally developed for shared factory services. In accordance with the procedure and requirements analysis, the planning, design, prototyping, and implementation production stages were carried out. Finally, it was confirmed that the final development contents were well implemented according to the requirements, and the resolution of the difficulties was confirmed through functional verification demonstrations.

Due to COVID-19, organizations are rapidly changing the way they work by providing telecommuting and flexible work, and by expanding Smart Work spaces. In a Smart Work situation, workers have improved their job autonomy to choose their work methods, hours, and places. However, previous studies do not reflect the Smart Work situation and there are limitations to still using the previous job autonomy concept and measurements. To overcome these problems, this study derived job autonomy types such as methods, scheduling, criteria, time, and place applicable to Smart Work environments and verified that the five types of job autonomy have a statistically significant positive effect on Smart Workers' creative behavior. This study is meaningful in that it categorized job autonomy into five types applicable to Smart Work by adding temporal and spatial flexibility to the traditional job autonomy concept such as method, scheduling, and criteria autonomy and provided the basis for subdividing and evaluating the operation performance of Smart Work through multi-dimensional job autonomy verification.

This study was conducted as a part of long-term project on the development of a set of design guidelines for a crutch as mobility aids for the handicapped in the lower extremity and the suggestion a practical solution for a crutch design. The purpose of this study is to develop a design of a crutch and a set of prototypes that reflects the characteristics of crutch-gait and has a realistic possibility for mass production-based industry. TOGO, a axillary crutch as the result of this study, shows a number of characteristics distinguished from ordinary crutches. These are (1)Minimize the shock associated with planting of the crutch tips by improving the form and structure of crutch tip and axillary pad, (2)Ergonomically designed crutch in accordance with users' body movement while walking on crutches, (3)Easy length control to maximize mobility and maneuverability by changing the cross section of the crutch revolutionary, (4)Minimize possibilities of safety hazards, and (5)Attractive shape of the crutch to keep user self-esteem. The revolutionary crutch derived from this study results has been patented, and the company is seeking to mass-produce and find ways to commercialize it after reviewing the potential problems that may arise in the mass production environment.

In the context of integration of culture and tourism, the effective application of folk art in cultural creative products is of great significance to the development of local cultural industry. Xuzhou paper-cutting is the only world-class intangible cultural heritage project in the northern Jiangsu region of China. Its high humanistic value and artistic characteristics are widely used in modern art design. The application of cultural and creative products relative to paper-cutting in Xuzhou mainly focuses on two-dimensional decorative and ornamental products, which is short of diversity in form and not practical. In addition, it doesn't meet the aesthetic needs of living of modern people, This article studies paper-cut works by Wang Guiying and proposes principles for the design of cultural and creative products relative to paper-cutting by analyzing the typical "goose" pattern in Wang's paper cutting handcrafts. By exploring the application value of Xuzhou paper-cutting in cultural and creative product design and demonstrating the feasibility of the design principles via visiting experts, this article hopes to provide some reference for the modern inheritance and innovative development of paper-cutting culture.

Amphibians, sensitive to external environmental changes, serve as bioindicator species for assessing alterations or disturbances in local ecosystems. It is known that one-third of amphibian species within the order Anura are at risk of extinction due to anthropogenic threats such as habitat destruction and fragmentation caused by urbanization. To develop effective protection and conservation strategies for anuran amphibians, species surveys that account for population characteristics are essential. This study aimed to investigate the potential for citizen participation in ecological monitoring using the mating calls of anura species. We also proposed suitable quality control measures to mitigate errors and biases, ensuring the extraction of reliable species occurrence data. The Citizen Science project was carried out nationwide from April 1 to August 31, 2022, targeting 12 species of anura amphibians in Korea. Citizens voluntarily participated in voice signal monitoring, where they listened to anura species' mating calls and recorded them using a mobile application. Additionally, we established a quality control process to extract reliable species occurrence data, categorizing errors and biases from citizen-collected data into three levels: omission, commission, and incorrect identification. A total of 6,808 observations were collected during the citizen participation in anura species vocalization monitoring. Through the quality control process, errors and biases were identified in 1,944 (28.55%) of the 6,808 data. The most common type of error was omission, accounting for 922 cases (47.43%), followed by incorrect identification with 540 cases (27.78%), and commission with 482 cases (24.79%). During the Citizen Science project, we successfully recorded the mating calls of 10 out of the 12 anuran amphibian species in Korea, excluding the Asian toads (Bufo gargarizans Cantor), Korean brown frog (Rana coreana). Difficulties in collecting mating calls were primarily attributed to challenges in observing due to population decline or discrepancies between the breeding season of non-emergent individuals and the timing of the citizen science project. This study represents the first investigation of distribution status and species emergence data collection through mating calls of anura species in Korea based on citizen participation. It can serve as a foundation for designing future bioacoustic monitoring that incorporates citizen science and quality control measures for citizen science data.

One of the most noteworthy topics in recent corporate management is ESG(Environmental, Social, Governance). Although there are many companies that have declared ESG management, KT has declared full-fledged ESG management in 2021 and is sharing its sustainable management strategy with stakeholders. In addition, KT is strengthening ESG management by issuing ESG bonds for the first time in the domestic ICT industry. At a time when the information technology industry became more important due to COVID-19, this study attempted to examine KT's ESG management goals and strategies by dividing them into environmental, social, and governance areas. KT was aiming to achieve environmental integrity through 'environmental management', 'green competence', 'energy resources', and 'eco-friendly projects' in the environmental field. In addition, in the social field, genuine creating social value was pursued through 'social contribution', 'co-growth', and 'human rights management'. Finally, in the governance area, it was aiming for a transparent corporate management system to pursue economic reliability through 'ethics and compliance' and 'risk management'. In particular, KT was promoting its own ESG management by promoting strategies to solve environmental and social problems using AI and BigData technologies based on the characteristics of a digital platform company. This study aims to derive implications for ESG strategy establishment and ESG management development direction through KT's ESG management case in relation to ESG management, which has emerged as a hot topic.

The importance of the national reseach and development project has been increased since the global financial crisis for overcoming the world economic recession and responding the threatens of the global competitiveness. As the budgets are increased and the size of the tasks is enormous, the government often requests high-level audits and data for the transparent management of research expenses. As a result, the researchers who have to concentrate on the original research work spend much time in administrative processing, government audit, and responding to the demand data than the time to concentrate on the research work. It is absolutely necessary to have a system that can integrally manage R & D projects from a company-wide point of view in order for researchers to work efficiently and concentrate on the original research. Korean government has increased the investment for the national R&D, and therefore the size of R&D projects has become more larger. Therefore, this study attempts to present a standardized management process and system establishment direction for the efficient management of research and development project and to study the success factor of system establishment for the successful execution of project and the project management plan by the case study.

Recently in information business, managing and auditing are getting more difficult because of enlargement, intellectualization and convergence. In addition, ordering organizations have been having a difficult time choosing a service because not only there is a huge overlap between information audit system and PMO but also the work boundaries of those two are not clear enough. As the demand that a business managing and auditing frame work need to be more developed in terms of independence, quality, economic feasibility and responsibility has been increased, the Korea Association Of Information Systems Audit has been attempting to improve business management and audit system by proposing Unified Project Management Framework whose process is approximately constructed. This study introduces Unified Project Management Framework which is all-encompassing from the ordering at the very beginning of business to the operating in the post-processing step and then verifies its work scope through a comparative analysis with existing management systems. Also, this thesis examines the necessity of unification of audit system and PMO by analysing existing similar systems. At the end, this study, analyses the suitability of Unified Project Management Framework by evaluating it with IT goal frame of COBIT5 which is constructed based on BSC performance management index. The result of the analysis is expected to help people in charge understanding the features of Unified Project Management Framework before they apply it to practical business.

This research was performed of high school science classes. These science classes progressed by using Scratch, and surveyed students' perception after finishing each class. This research was conducted of male students who want to choose department of natural science in the next grade. Those classes are consisted of four classes. This study produced a journal, and contained expressions of their thinking and feeling based on experiences during attending classes and projects. Consequently, that journal was analyzed in view of understanding and perception of Scratch using science classes, and it was also included of utilizing Scratch program. Research shows following three conclusions. First, students preferred Scratch using class to general one. They attend more active with high interest, and they felt senses of accomplishment while they make output by themselves. Second, their studies passed through three stages. These are problem perception, problem solving, and producing. Problem solving stage is especially complicated and difficult stage to students. This stage is consisted of Scratch side and Science side. Scratch side has Design and applying process, and Science side has data gathering and analyzing. Students' comprehension of scientific knowledge is increased and is preserved long time through this stage. Last, students had a hard time using Scratch. Because, it is the first time to them to use that program. Therefore, we deemed that they needed to start this kind of experience at lower grade than they are now, such as middle school stage. It is expected that this type of classes are getting more expanded and more populated as a part of students' core ability.

In this study, we reviewed the main strategies and contents of the work style innovation promoted by the Moon Jae-in government, and analyzed the contents and success factors of the work innovation based on the case of a specific local government. In particular, this study analyzes the case of innovation in the way of working through simplification of work, and the local governments, which were the subject of the study, received excellent evaluation in the government innovation evaluation of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security in 2019. In this study, we conducted in-depth interviews with employees of local governments to examine the problems, achievements, and success factors related to business simplification. First, it was found that it is very important to form consensus so that the members of the organization can participate in the change in order to simplify the task. Second, incentives, such as HR, were needed to induce active participation of members in the innovation project called Simplification of Work. Third, in order to induce and support organizational change, it was found that the interest and support of middle managers and directors were the most important factors. The results of this study will help to prepare the policy for innovation in the public sector's working style.
