The purpose of this study is to examine how SMEs' perception of organizational support affects turnover intention, and to investigate the moderating effect of abusive supervisionin the relationship between organizational support perception and turnover intention. As a result of the analysis of the study, First, it was confirmed that organizational support perception had a negative (-) effect on turnover intention. Second, the higher the organizational support awareness, the lower the turnover intention, but when the abusive supervision in intervened, it was found that the organizational support perception offsets the effect that reduces the turnover intention again. That is, emotional support, turnover intention still appeared even if the abusive supervisionin was involved, but instrumental support had no effect on turnover intention when the abusive supervisionin was involved. This study is meaningful in that it expanded the scope of manufacturing services, semiconductors, and IT industries of SMEs with high turnover intentions.

본 논문은 철강산업의 R&D 역량강화를 위해 IT 부문이 지원할 수 있는 정책을 모색하고 이에 대한 타당성을 검증한 사례연구이다. 기술추격형에서 기술선도형의 전환기에 놓여있는 국내 철강산업이 R&D 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 개별 철강사뿐만 아니라 대학, 연구소 등 외부와의 개방형 R&D 연계체제를 적극 추진해야 한다. 이러한 상황하에서 IT가 R&D 역량 강화를 효과적으로 지원하는 역할을 수행해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 목적을 갖는 IT 분야의 지원정책들을 개발하고 우선순위 분석, 수요분석 등을 통해 제안된 정책들의 타당성을 검토하며, Triple Helix관점에서 정부, 기업, 학계의 역할을 논의한다.

2030년대는 BT시장이 활짝 열리는 시대로 고도화된 IT기술, 데이터 해석기술, 집적회로 개발기술, 생화학기술 등 모든 영역의 기술이 필요할 것이며, 앞으로의 기술개발은 융합을 전제로 하여 IT와 BT의 융합이 관건이 될 것으로 기술개발의 시너지를 내기 위해서는 관련 산업과 대학이 물리적으로 적정한 위치에 임해야 할 것이다. 우리나라에는 2009년 말 현재 819개의 산업클러스터가 만들어졌으며, 한국산업단지공단이 집적화 된 산업단지에 여러 가지 지원시설, 지원제도 등을 제공하고 있으나 기술융합을 위한 지식재산서비스에 관한 지원제도는 미미하거나 거의 없는 실정에 있다. 이를 위해 우리나라 산업단지의 현재 기능을 살펴보고 문제점을 분석하여 산업클러스터 내의 기업들이 서로 유기적인 협력을 통하여 융합기술 개발의 시너지 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 길을 모색하며, 특히 한국산업단지공단에 꼭 필요하다고 판단하는 지식재산 관련 지원제도(지식재산지원본부)의 기능과 조직구성에 대한 개념과 산업클러스터 내의 기업에게 지식재산전략 수립을 지원할 수 있는 Flow를 제안하여 산업클러스터의 지식재산서비스 지원방안을 제시하였다.

This study aims to explore the significance of homework help service as a library program to support young people in the community and investigate the characteristics of homework help services in U.S. public libraries. It reviews the previous literature on the cases and trend of homework help services in U.S. public libraries. It also investigates the practice and characteristics of homework help services using an email survey targeting public libraries that offer the services. The results are analyzed in terms of the user, collection, space, public relations and human resources of homework help services. This study may contribute to eliciting the service plan on homework help service in its planning and implementation stage in public libraries.

웹 2.0이 등장하면서, 인터넷은 데이터에 대찬 효과적 표현을 위할 시맨틱웹 정보화 사용자 중심의 정보 표현에 대한 패러다임이 등장하면서, 유투브, 세컨드라이프 등의 서비스 모델이 등장하기 시작하였다. UCI는 인터넷에서 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 식별 체계 기능을 하며, 다양한 콘텐츠 유통 모델을 지원하는 체계로 2003년부터 본격적인 서비스를 시작하였다. UCI는 URN을 기반으로 서비스 체계를 완성하여 2007년 현재 15개 RA와 15백만개 이상의 콘텐츠에 대한 서비스를 제공하는 커다란 데이터 운명을 지원하고 있다. 웹 2.0의 다양한 메쉬업 서비스를 지원하기 위하여 UCI는 2가지 측면의 기술적 보완이 이루어졌는데, 하나는 UCL의 등장이며, 또 다른 하나는 콘텐츠 추적에 대한 BM을 제공하는 것이다. UCL은 UCC와 같이 사용자 중심의 인터넷 서비스를 쉽게 제공하기 위한 UCI 콘텐츠 인덱싱 정보를 콘텐츠 저작 도구를 통하며 제공함으로써, 쉽고 생산적인 콘텐츠 생성을 지원하는 것이다. 콘텐츠 추적은 콘텐츠를 분야별 엔티티를 통한 서비스 체계를 지원하는 BM의 특성들 가진 것으로, 콘텐츠 레파지토리의 프레임에 UCI를 제공하여 콘텐츠에 대한 일관된 관리 및 추적을 제공하는 것이다. UCI는 지속적으로 새로운 패러다임에 맞는 BM을 제공할 수 있는 기술들 개발하고 있으며, 콘텐츠 유통 체계의 인프라 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 감리인들의 행태적 능력과 전문성 등의 특성이 SI 프로젝트에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 43 개 중앙행정기관의 정보화담당 공무원 58 명을 대상으로 연구한 결과, 감리인들의 행태적 능력과 전문성이 개발프로세스지원, 프로젝트관리 그리고 프로젝트 지원영역에 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 이중 행태적 능력이 개발프로세스지원, 프로젝트관리 그리고 프로젝트지원 영역에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 감리인들의 특성을 2 개 집단으로 구분하여 수행한 차이검증 결과 모든 영역에 대해 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 프로젝트 지원 부분에 대해서는 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

This paper deals with a case which is focused on the policy development connected with IT, and verify its validity to enhance R&D capability for Korean steel industry. Korean steel industry, which is at a turning point from technological catch-up to technological frontier, should go ahead with open R&D system to be able to connect with other steel companies, universities and laboratories for its capability buildup. To meet such a challenge, IT should act a critical part in R&D capability enhancement. In this study we discuss not only IT-related support policies and validity of proposed policies through priority analysis, but also the role of government, company and academia within the framework of Triple Helix.

Korean Government Budget Supports for startups have been spiked and resulted in increasing the number and scaling up Startup Accelerating managers. It have skyrocketed the strong demand for their qualified roles. However, unclear role description and gap between required role and their capability have discouraged startup manager's self-efficacy resulted in declining their full commitment and causing poor role performance. The focus of this research falls on empirical analysis to the effect of startup accelerating manager's capability characteristics on their full commitment and performance to start-up support groups. This research is expected to deliver diverse policy alternatives to build up manager's core competencies to accelerate their self-efficacy leading their full role commitments and finally pushing up policy performance. In addition, this research will found more strong literature review for the following researches in this emerging fields. This research is brought four highlighting results with respect to four research problems. First, it propose proper concept of startup accelerating manager based upon its legal entitlement. Second, it drive required core competencies of manager for successful their accountability. Third, it analyze the unique features of startup accelerating manger's capabilities against business incubation manger. Fourth, it empirically analyze in coming with government startup funding, the effect of self-efficacy including employment status, job environment, etc. on their organizational commitment and job performance. This research reveal the required unique core competencies of manger into founder sourcing ability, project managing ability, startup proving and pivoting ability, consulting ability for successful investment raising. As of this empirical research results, First, manager's ability have positively effect on their job performance, full commitment, and self-efficacy. Second, self-efficacy have a mediating effect on manager's ability, job performance, full commitment. This research derive key policy implication of requiring to build up more accelerating ability, of manager from the basics to advance level by customized and algorithm based traing program. This accelerating ability buildup program will not only surge self-efficacy of manger resulting in making full commitment and better job performance, but also devote to categorizing the unique new feature and position of manger as seed investment and supporter.

This paper introduces the group performance model, types of group process, and characteristics of group. Then, it presents a survey of current groupware and meeting support systems. Especially, it discusses functional requirements for a group support system in order to improve the performance of new product development teams. The group support system should provide functions for all team members to collaborate anytime and anyplace. The system should guarantee individual thinking, parallelism, and anonymity, when necessary. The system should support both individual task and group task, and the whole process of group meeting so that it facilitates the creativity of participants and complements the weakness of the group.

Temporal databases support time-varying events so that conventional aggregate functions are extended to be processed with time for temporal aggregate functions. In the previous approach, it is done repeatedly to find time intervals and is calculated the result of each interval whenever target events are different. This paper proposes a method which processes temporal aggregate function queries using time point sequence. We can make time point sequence storing the start time and the end time of events in temporal databases in advance. It is also needed to update time point sequence due to insertion or deletion of events in temporal databases. Because time point sequence maintains the information of time intervals, it is more efficient than the previous approach when temporal aggregate function queries are continuously requested, which have different target events.
