  • 본 논문은 다자간 interaction (소셜네트워킹 서비스)과 이미지 map(지도 서비스)이 지원되는 위치 기반 서비스(LBS: Location Based System)를 안드로이드 기반 스마트폰 애플리케이션으로 구현한다. 현대의 스마트폰 응용 서비스는 다양한 서비스가 합쳐져 새로운 서비스를 제공하는 매쉬업(mash-up)방식이 주를 이루고 있다. 본 연구가 목표로 하는 위치기반서비스(LBS)와 소셜네트워킹 서비스(SNS)의 결합은 현재 사용자가 위치한 주변에서 개인취향에 가장 적합한 음식점을 자동으로 추천해주는 등의 서비스를 실현하는 것이 가능하다. 본 연구는 2010년 한이음 IT멘토링 지원사업을 통해 진행된 산업체 멘토, 교수, 그리고 학생간 프로젝트 협업을 통해 학생들의 실무경험을 확대하고, 창의력과 현장 적응력을 증진하는데 목적을 두었다.

  • Korea is not permitting the foreigner emigration officially. But to domestic the foreigner dwells in the form which is various and it is living. These people are slept, the industrial workers and married a person of different nationality and kosians. In 2005 October 27th a rase riot raised by the immigration and stay sleeping group in France. It observes the width eastern possibility due to foreigner immigration and stay which dwell even inside instruction making Korea which will reach sleeping group the reporter it does.

  • e-비지니스환경에서의 SCM의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 우선 e-business 전략과 Supply Chain 관리 전략의 상하 연계, 조직측면에 있어서의 경영자의 변화에 대한 혁신 능력과 리더쉽, 조직 구성원들과의 비전 공유, 저보기술(IT)을 활용한 보다 차별화된 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 본 연구는 C기업의 사례로 통해, 기존의 SCM 기법에서 정보기술(IT)의 급속한 발달과 인터넷의 급속한 보급, 그리고 e-비지니스의 등장으로 인하여 경영환경의 변화라는 새로운 패러다임 하에서 다수의 경쟁기업, 정보 네트워크시스템 기반에서 보다 효과적으로 기업과 고객에게 대응하기 위한 기업의 구체적이고 실무적인 전략 측면에서 다루어 보았다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 소비재, 생활용품에 있어서 보다 빠른 납기, 보다 전문적이고 다양화되고 있는 고객의 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 제조기업 측면에서 어떻게 기존의 조직구조 및 업무 프로세스를 혁신 할 것인가를 실제 사례를 통하여 연구함으로써 동종 산업체나 또는 기업의 실무자들에게 있어 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

  • 정부에서는 정보통신기술개발을 위해 1993년부터 정보화 촉진기금을 설치하고 "정보통신연구개발사업"을 통해 이를 집중 지원하여 왔는데 정보통신 산업발전 및 정보화촉진을 위해 $1993{\sim}2001$년간 총 5조 8,252억원을 투입하였고 출연사업으로는 3조 1,012억원을 투입하였다. 정보통신연구개발사업 중 출연사업은 정보통신분야의 기술진흥과 정보통신산업 발전을 선도하기 위한 선도기술개발사업과 IT 신시장 창출 및 IT 산업경쟁력 제고를 위하여 산업체를 대상으로 지원하는 산업기술개발사업, 정보통신분야기 우수한 신기술을 보유하고도 자금부족 등으로 사업화를 못하는 개인 또는 중소기업에게 시제품개발 또는 산업화에 소요되는 사업비를 지원하는 우수신기술지정지원사업, 그리고 표준화사업과 연구기반조성사업 등이 대표적인 정보통신연구개발사업으로 사업별 지원 내용을 살펴보았다. 또한 인력양성을 제외한 정보통신연구개발 출연사업에 $1993{\sim}2001$년간 총 2조 1,755억원을 투자하여 매출이 28조원 이상 발생하는 등의 각종 성과가 있었는데 사업별 성과를 살펴보고 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • It is necessary to make efforts to resolve complaints such as the mismatch of the labor market and the re-education costs for the new employees by acting as the higher vocational education center of the university. This course introduces the case of developing a practical curriculum based on the competency units presented in the curriculum of the application system that meets the demands of the human resources development and the industrial field demands of the machinery area corresponding to the demand of the industrial society. By analyzing the job duties of industry, it is necessary to develop the new curriculum after grasping the level of demand according to the area, and the importance of the ability to equip as a professional technical manpower and to create high performance is increased. It will help to improve the employment rate of students through the development of field-oriented curriculum.

A Study on the Development Planning for Physical Therapy Curriculum According to the Demands of the Medical Institution (의료산업체 수요맞춤형 물리치료교육과정 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose : This research has been studied physical therapy curriculum according to the demands of the medical institution. Methods : The subjects of this study were 88 physical therapists. The subjects were divided by OS(n=41) and NS(n=47) group. The results of research were analyzed using independent t-test with average and standard deviations as the statistical methods for data analysis. Results : the results of the study were as follow : First, it was needed on the development planning for physical therapy curriculum according to the demands of the medical institution. Second, tests of independent t-test were a statistically significant difference between OS and NS group on the demands of the medical institution. Third, it was needed that time tables on physical therapy curriculum were partially regulated by the demands of the medical institution. Conclusion : We suggest to change the curriculum of physical therapy. It is more accurately reflected the rigor of the high-quality education preparation needed for current and future practice.

  • The customized cosmetics preparation management qualification system was implemented in March 2020, and it served to create jobs by developing professionals and vitalizing the cosmetics business. However, various problems such as high examination fees, suitability of questions, and utilization in industries are emerging. This paper attempts to prevent disputes that the system can cause and suggest ways to improve it by researching customized cosmetics, the industry status, and comparing foreign cosmetics laws. There is a kind of opinion that laws should be eased for this industry and the other opinion that expertise is necessary in this field because of safety. The system now has adverse effects due to a failure to adjust the difficulty of the exam. Cosmetics are not prescription-based, so they are routinely used. However, some toxic ingredients can cause side effects if they do not conform with certain standards. Also, it is difficult for a case to lead to lawsuits because most consumer damages related to cosmetics are individual. In addition, as e-commerce develops, there is a growing possibility of seeing more consumer damages. If safety and distribution issues, which experts are concerned about, escalate, the private dispute settlement system (among the ADR systems) should be activated as a resolution method.

Comparative analysis of status of safety accidents and importance-performance analysis (IPA) about precautions of safety accidents by employment type of industry foodservices in Jeonbuk area (전북지역 산업체급식소 조리종사자의 고용형태에 따른 안전사고 실태 및 안전사고 예방관리에 대한 중요도와 수행도 분석)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to evaluate the status of safety accidents and importance-performance analysis (IPA) between regular and non-regular employees in industry foodservices. Methods: The participants were regular employees (n = 119) and non-regular employees (n = 163) in industry foodservices in the Jeonbuk area. Demographic characteristics, status of safety accidents, safety education, and importance and performance status were assessed using a self-administered questionnaire. Results: Approximately 66.4% of regular employees and 53.4% of non-regular employees experienced safety accidents (p < 0.05). Types of safety accidents of regular and non-regular employees were mostly burns, and causes were mostly from their own negligence. Approximately 98.3% of regular employees and 95.1% of non-regular employees experienced safety education. Approximately 88.9% of regular employees and 96.8% of non-regular employees received safety education from dietitians. Approximately 41.9% of regular employees and 50.0% of non-regular employees had difficulty applying the contents of safety education due to lack of time during work. As a result of IPA, regular and non-regular employees were aware of the importance of the following and performed them well: 'Clean the floor of the work place', 'Arrange in the work area', 'Wear safety shoes', 'Check for heater cord', and 'Safety cooking when using oil'. On the other hand, they were not aware of the importance of the following and performed them insufficiently: 'Check for the MSDS', 'Aware of chemical signs', 'Wear protection gloves etc.', 'Do stretching exercise', and 'Using ancillary tools'. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to improve the consciousness of dietitians for effective application of safety education contents, development of contents, especially MSDS, and related things.

A Study on the Characteristics of Waste Heat from the Industrial Complexes for Residential and Commercial Sectors (가정.상업부문 이용을 위한 산업체 폐열특성 연구)

  • The characteristics of waste heat effluents from 11 industrial complexes of 7 areas were analyzed to investigate the possibility of waste heat recovery of huge amount of waste heat producing from various industrial complexes. This study presents a part of the research work for the industrial waste heat for development of energy integrated network system in broad city area, which will utilize industrial waste heat for residential and commercial areas, where they are located at some distances from the complexes. The amount of waste heat from the investigated complexes was detected as 148,913 TOE/year. However, It was analyzed 83% of the waste heat was analyzed the temperature range from 0$^{\circ}C$ to 200$^{\circ}C$. Also, it was evaluated that 82% of waste heat was exhausted by flue gases. Especially, the characteristics of waste heat for the areas where most heat concentrated, such as Tae-gu industrial complex, Ul-san petrochemitry complex, Yio-chun petrochemistry complex, and Chun-ju industrial complex were investigated more precisely. Total amount of waste heat discharged from these four areas were analyzed 114,402 TOE/year, which was occupied as 77% of the total waste heat for the studied areas, and 87% of the waste heat from the industries was exhausted by flue gaseous phase and temperature range was from 0$^{\circ}C$ to 200$^{\circ}C$ 18.1 million TOE/year waste heat was released from the fossil fuel power plants, however 95% of waste heat was analyzed as cooling water from surface condensers at power plants. The temperature range was measured from 27$^{\circ}C$ to 34$^{\circ}C$, which are unable to utilize due to its low temperature. Otherwise, 5% (894,800 TOE/year) waste heat released from power plants were observed as flue gas, which temperature ranged from 90$^{\circ}C$ to 170$^{\circ}C$.

  • This article introduces a recent innovation in Korea's human resources development policy in the SW sector. Facing serious problems in cultivating SW engineers such as a mismatch in supply and demand of SW workers, shortage of globally competitive SW professionals, and insufficient education and training of university graduates, the Korean government has decided to adopt a new paradigm in national SW engineering education, based on supply chain management (SCM) in manufacturing. SCM has been a major component of the corporate competitive strategy, enhancing organizational productiveness and responsiveness in a highly competitive environment. It weighs improving competitiveness of the supply chain as a whole via long-term commitment to supply chain relationships and a cooperative, integrated approach to business processes. These characteristics of SCM are believed to provide insight into a more effective IT education and university-industry collaboration. On the basis of the SCM literature, a framework for industry-oriented SW human resources development is designed, and then applied in the case of nurturing computer-software engineers in Korea. This approach is expected to fumish valuable implications not only to Korean policy makers, but also to other countries making similar efforts to enhance the effectiveness and flexibility in human resources development. The construction of SCM-based SW HRD model is first trial to apply SCM into SW HRD field. The model is divided into three kinds of primary activities and two kinds of supportive activities in the field of value chain such as SW HRD Council, SW demand and supply plan establishment and the integration of SW engineering capabilities that contribute the reduction of the skill and job matching through SW HR demand and supply collaboration.
