GIS를 이용하여 교차로를 고려한 도로선형 최적화 모델링 (The Road Alignment Optimization Modelling of Intersection Based on GIS)

  • This study develops modeling processes for alignment optimization considering characteristics of intersections using genetic algorithms and GIS for road alignment optimization. Since existing highway alignment optimization models have neglected the characteristics of intersections, they have shown serious weaknesses for real applications. In this paper, intersection costs include earthwork, right-of-way, pavement, accident, delay and fuel consumption costs that are sensitive and dominating to alignments. Also, local optimization of intersections for saving good alignment alternatives is developed and embedded. A highway alignment is described by parametric representation in space and vector manipulation is used to find the coordinates of intersections and other interesting points. The developed intersection cost estimation model is sufficiently precise for estimating intersection costs and eventually enhancing the performance of highway alignment optimization models. Also, local optimization of intersections can be used for improving search flexibility, thus allowing more effective intersections. It also provides a basis for extending the alignment optimization from single highways to networks. The presented two artificial examples show that the total intersection costs are substantial and sensitive to highway alignments.

데오도라이트를 이용한 위성체 얼라인먼트 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Spacecraft Alignment Measurement with Theodolite)

  • A measurement of spacecraft alignment is an important process of spacecraft assembly, integration and test because it is necessary that a ground station controls the precise positions of on-orbit spacecraft by using the alignment data of attitude orbit control sensors(AOCS) on spacecraft. In addition, accuracy of spacecraft alignment requirement is about $0.1^{\circ}$~$0.7^{\circ}$. The spacecraft alignment is measured by autocollimation of theodolite. This paper describes the measurement principle and method of spacecraft alignment. The result shows that all of the AOCS on the spacecraft are aligned within the tolerance required through the alignment measurement.

  • This paper presents the automatic alignment measuring system for improving the accuracy and working time of alignment of large vertical hydraulic pump turbine. It is general practice that rotating shaft should run within acceptable vibration limit. In order to obtain better run-out data of multi-stage rotor, careful and accurate alignment approach must be established. Generally, present alignment procedure are required several iterative works and so many manpower. Therefore, the new system has been developed using a vector calculation algorithm, laser sensor and data acquisition devices. As a result of appling to actual machines, it is confirmed that manpower is saved up to an average 90%.

  • In this paper, we theoretically analyzed the self-alignment/navigation performance in the accelerometer resonance state generated by dither motion of ring laser gyroscope in LINS and verified it through simulation. As a result of analysis, it is confirmed that the amplitude of the accelerometer measurement amplified in the accelerometer resonance state is decreased in the process of sampling per the navigation calculation period and that frequency is changed by the aliasing effect too. It was also analysed that the attitude error in self-alignment is determined by the amplitude/frequency of the accelerometer measurement, the gain of the self-alignment loop, and the velocity and position error in the navigation is determined by the amplitude/frequency/phase error of the accelerometer measurement. This analysis and simulation results show that the self-alignment and navigation performance is not be degraded only when the amplification factor of the accelerometer measurement in the accelerometer resonance state is 3 or less

  • This paper presents the measurement and correction method of PCB alignment errors for PCB screen printer. Electronic equipment is getting smaller and yet must satisfy high performance standard. Therefore, there is a great demand for PCB with high density. However conventional PCB screen printer doesn't have enough accuracy to accommodate the demand fur high-resolution circuit pattern and high-density mounting capacity of electronic chips. It is because the alignment errors of PCB occur when it is loaded to the screen printer. Therefore, this study focuses on the development of the system which is able to measure and correct alignment errors with high-accuracy. An automatic optical inspection part measures the PCB alignment errors using machine vision, and the high-accuracy 3-axis stage makes correction for these errors. This system used two CCD cameras to get images of two fiducial marks of PCB. The geometrical relationship between PCB, cameras, and xy$\theta$ stage is derived, and analytical equations for alignment errors are also obtained. The unknown parameters including camera declining angles and etc. can be obtained by initialization process. Finally, the proposed algorithm is verified by experiments by using test bench.

UKF를 적용한 레이저 관성항법장치의 외란에 대한 초기정렬 성능분석 (Performance Analysis in Disturbance on Initial Alignment of Laser Inertial Navigation System Using Unscented Kalman Filter)

  • RLG(Ring Laser Gyroscope) is a main device of LINS(Laser Inertial Navigation System). RLG has the lock-in region in which there is no output signal. To alleviate the lock-in problem, a mechanical oscillation, the dither motion, is applied on RLG. A LPF(Low Pass Filter) is usually used on the output of RLG and accelerometer to remove the noise that is made by the dither motion. When the LINS is induced the disturbance during the initial alignment, it takes more time on alignment due to the use of the LPF and a fixed gain controller. In this paper, an initial alignment using UKF(Unscented Kalman Filter) is designed and analysed. Analysis include comparison between conventional initial alignment loop using fixed gain type controller and proposed initial alignment using UKF. Moreover, Disturbance inducing test results are demonstrated.

생산기술 첨단화에 따른 관리회계정보시스템 전략적 연계가 생산성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of MAIS Strategic Alignment on Production Performance: The Consideration of AMT)

  • Purpose This study empirically examined the causal relationships among the level of advanced manufacturing technology(AMT), facilitation of alignment, the degrees of strategic alignment of management accounting information systems(MAIS), and the improvement of production performance. Design/methodology/approach Data for this study were drawn from a survey of the current status of AMT used in Korean manufacturing firms. At the beginning, 131 organizations responded to the request for information. However, during the survey, 5 firms withdrew from the survey, and as a result, 126 manufacturing firms were included in the research. In order to collect data, this study administered questionnaires with the participating firms. The survey was conducted during a 4-month period between November 2015 and March 2016. Findings The results showed that the level of AMT has a significant impact on alignment facilitation. A significant causal relationship between alignment facilitation and MAIS strategic alignment was also found. It was shown that under high degrees of MAIS strategic alignment, MAIS must provide broad-scope and integrated types of information. The causal relationships between MAIS strategic alignment and organizational performance were significant and positive. Thus, it is concluded that under high levels of AMT, a high degree of MAIS strategic alignment positively contributes to the improvement of a firm's production performance.

e-Transformation을 위한 풀무원의 전략적 연계 사례연구 (A Case Study on Strategic Alignment for e-Transformation of Pulmuone)

  • 본 연구는 전통적인 오프라인 기업인 (주)풀무원의 정보기술을 이용한 조직변환에 관한 사례 분석을 통해 e-비즈니스 환경 하에서의 전략적 조직변환, 즉 e-Transformation을 위한 전략적 연계(strategic alignment model) 방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 e-Transformation을 위한 경영과 정보기술의 전략적 연계 방안은 경영전략, 정보기술전략,정보기술기반구조 및 프로세스, 조직기반구조 및 프로세스의 4가지 영역간의 연계를 중심으로 하고 있으며, 다음과 같은 순서로 진행된다. 1) 경영전략을 수행하기 위한 정보기술전략 수립; 2) 정보기술전략을 수행하기 위한 정보기술기반구조 및 프로세스 구축; 3) 정보기술기반구조 및 프로세스를 근간으로 한 조직기반구조 및 프로세스 변화 본 연구의 결과는 이론적으로는 Henderson and Venkatraman(1994)이 제시한 전략적 연계모형(Strategic Alignment Model)을 근간으로 e-Transformation 수행을 위한 전략적 연계방안을 사례를 통해 실증적으로 제시한 점이며, 실무적으로는 전통기업이 e-Transformation 추진을 위한 실행 가능한(feasible) 하나의 접근방안을 제시한 점이다.

전달정렬의 측정치 시간지연 오차보상 기법 (Measurement Time-Delay Error Compensation for Transfer Alignment)

  • This paper is concerned with a transfer alignment method for the SDINS under ship motions. Major error sources of transfer alignment are data transfer time-delay, lever-arm velocity and ship body flexure. Specifically, to reduce alignment errors induced by measurement time-delay effects, the error compensation method through delay state augmentation is suggested. A linearized error model for the velocity and attitude matching transfer alignment system is first derived by linearizing the nonliner measurement equation with respect to its time delay and augmenting the delay state into the conventional linear state equations. And then it is shown via observability analysis and computer simulations that the delay state can be estimated and compensated during ship motions resulting in considerably less alignment errors.

동적 GPS 관측에 의한 도로의 평면선형 분석 (A Analysis of Highway′s Horizontal Alignment Using Kinematic GPS Surveying)

  • 장래 도로설계는 첨단정보이용이 편리해야하고, 자동차 항법체계(CNS : Car Navigation System)에 맞추어 차량유도기능을 극대화 할 수 있는 선형설계가 필요하다. 이렇게 되면 기존도로의 개량설계를 위하여 기존 도로의 선형을 정확히 분석할 필요가 있으며, 기존 도로의 설계도와 주요점의 좌표가 필요하게 된다. 기존 도로의 선형을 분석하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 동적(Kinematic) GPS측량으로 도로선형 Data를 짧은 시간에 손쉽게 취득하였고, 이 Data를 이용하여 도로의 평면선형을 분석하였다. 연구결과 관측된 도로선형 Data는 실용적인 오차범위 내에 포함되었으며, 선형분석도 실용성이 있음을 알 수 있었다.
