LRIs are identifier schemes for reliable information access. To achieve more reliable access to resource this study used existing bibliographic numbers, ISBN, ISSN, NBN as URM. For the purpose of this study, 10 study standards from the RUN requirement of function capability. coding capability, and URM framework were set. Under the standards examined existing bibliographic numbers can be used as URN and so URN resolution systems using existing bibliographic numbers were desisted.

Das Ziel dieser Arbeit liegt darin, den Bestand der wissenschaftlichen Web-Publikationen in der deutschen Linguistik darzustellen. Das Internet bietet heute $f\"{u}r$ die Forschung bereits zwei der wichtigsten produktiven $M\"{o}glichkeiten;n\"{a}mlich$ Information und Kommunikation. Akademische Kreise haben diverse Homepages entwickelt. Der schnelle Zugang zu aktuellen bibliographischen Daten und Forschungsergebnissen hat $f\"{u}r$ koreanische Germanisten einen besonders hohen Stellenwert. Wissenschaftliches Publizieren in Form von Fachzeitschriften ist ein gutes Modell $daf\"{u}r$. Fachzeitschriften erscheinen weltweit und relativ schnell, erreichen aber nur geringe Auflagen. Der Leserkreis ist fast identisch mit der Gruppe der potentiellen Autoren und Herausgeber. Ein Vorteil des elektronischen Publizierens ist die M\"{o}glichkeit$ multimeiale Dokumente und $weiterf\"{u}hrende$ Hyperlinks zu integrieren. Aber die $Qualit\"{a}t\;der\;Aufs\"{a}tze$ kann man kaum objektiv ermitteln und nur schwer beurteilen. Elektronische Zeitschriften $k\"{o}nnen$ sich in der Wissenschaft nur dann etablieren, wenn es gelingt, als wissenschaftliche Arbeiten von den wissenschaftlichen Kreisen oder von der Univerwaltung anerkannt zu werden. ISO/TC46 is the International Organization for Standardization of practices relating to libraries, documentation and information centers, indexing and abstracting services, archives, information science and publishing. This study analyzes current trend of ISO/TC46 and the 4 subcommittees, considering recent matters in regard with identification and description of information resources: ISBN, ISSN, ISMN, ISRN, ISRC, ISAN, ISTC, etc. This research discusses also the question of how international standard numbers system are managed: endowment identifying numbers for electronic resources, component parts, and works.

With the development of modern society, we are all living in a world where information is shared through mass media and environment. Just as there was an identifier for the approach of information in the past analog environment, there is a demand for the continuous development and research of an original identifier for each and every digital contents of the changing digital environment. In order to present the need for standardization of effective construction concerning digital contents, this study examines the identifiers system structure of ISBN and ISSN of the analog environment and URL, URN, URC, which are under the URI system of the digital environment. After analyzing the problems of different URL identifiers construction in each university library's OPAC system, this study presents a standard device of effective identifiers patterns.

본고는 Cataloging & Classification Quartery(Vol. 12 No. 2 1990 : ISSN:0163-9374)에 수록된 M.P. Satija의 ‘A Critical Introduction to the 7th Edition (1987) of the Colon Classification'을 번역한 것이다. 이 Colon 분류법 제7판은 국내에는 아직 소개되지 않은 것으로 보이는데, 논제에서 보는 바와 같이 이 글은 비평적인 소개로서 Colon 분류법 제7판을 이해하는데 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

정보자원을 식별하는 식별기호는 관련분야 내에서와 관련분야간의 커뮤니케이션에 필수적인 도구가 된다. 이미 국제표준도서번호(ISBN)나 국제표준연속간행물번호(ISSN)는 도서와 연속간행물에 대한 식별 기호로서 널리 사용되고 있으며 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 네트워크 환경이 일반화되고 인터넷상에 존재하는 정보자원의 식별이 중요한 이슈로 떠오르면서 URI, RUN, URL, URC 등으로 이어지는 URx가 인터넷 정보자원의 식별과 검색을 위한 메타데이터로 활용되고 있다.

In accordance with the recent expansion of collection operation of independent publications through public libraries, this study conducted a status analysis on independent publications collection in public libraries and in-depth interviews with staff in charge of independent publications in order to suggest ways to effectively manage independent publications. As a result, it was deduced that the measures needed for effective management of independent publications are construction of joint cataloging system for building and sharing independent publications catalog in public libraries; platform for collecting various information of independent publications; support for ISBN, ISSN, CIP issuance of independent publications; and improvement of distribution system.

필자들은 96년 8월 19일부터 8월 25일까지 6박 7일간 중국의 상해와 광주에 있는 식품연구소와 업체를 방문하여 중국내 최근연구현황 조사 및 연구과제를 탐색하였다. 또한 홍콩에서 개최된 제7차 Food Expo에 참석하여 식품에 관련된 신제품의 개발 현황을 살펴보았다. 수집한 정보중 싱해에서 발간된 95년도 중국식품공업지(ISSN 1004-471X)에 나타난 주요 제목을 분야별로 나누어 언급하고자 하며, 식품공업지의 권, 호와 페이지를 생략했음을 양지하여 주길 바라는 마음이다.
