현장 실무자 대상 조사에 의한 건설공사 품질관리 관련 만족도에 관한 고찰 (Satisfaction Level of Construction Quality Management by Survey of The Field Staffs)

  • 우리나라 건설공사의 품질관리체계는 관련법에 근거한 규정의 조합과 시공자가 구축한 ISO/KS A 9001에 의한 품질경영 시스템의 운용에 의한 방법의 혼합형이다. 이 두 가지의 품질확보체계는 상호 보완적이며 통합된 체계로 운영되어야 하나, 시공자의 품질경영시스템을 활용하지 못하고 법에서 정한 기준과 방법, 절차 등의 규정에 따라 모든 공사에 있어서 일상화된 품질관리업무가 수행되고 있다. 이러한 현상은 ISO규격이 도입된 이래 지난 10여 년간 계속된 문제점으로 개선이 요구되고 있다. 품질관리의 철저를 목표로 고객 만족을 위한 예방적 품질관리사고를 정착하는 일은 건설산업의 당면과제이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건설현장 의 실무자를 대상으로 품질관리 관련 의식에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 토대로 건설공사 품질관리 체계의 운용에 대한 만족도를 정리하고, 나아가 향후의 개선방안에 대한 논점을 제시하고자 한다.

국방 품질경영시스템 인증제도의 효과 (The Effectiveness on the Certification of the Defense Quality System)

  • The objective of this paper is to analyze the effect of the defense quality certification system on the military user's dissatisfaction. In this paper, an empirical research is performed to compare the effectiveness of ISO 9000 : 2000 and Korea Defense Quality Certification system 0050-9000. The research result shows that (1) the Defense Quality system is better than ISO 9000 : 2000 to reduce the military user's dissatisfaction level. (2) the Quality Assurance types 4, 5 have more user's dissatisfaction than types 2, 3. (3) small and medium sized companies have more user's dissatisfaction than large companies.

  • ISO 9001 국제품질경영시스템은 조직의 품질관리시스템을 개발하기 위한 국제적인 표준이 되었다. 효과적인 품질관리 시스템은 기업의 제품 또는 서비스가 언제든지 고객의 요구를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 이에 한국과학기술정보연구원은 2003년에 과학기술 정보 유통 및 서비스 분야에서 최초로 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템 인증을 받았고, 현재까지 성공적으로 운영하고 있다. 효율적인 품질경영을 위해 웹 기반의 온라인 시스템인 KQMS를 구축하여 품질경영 업무를 수행함으로서, 고객 만족도 증가, 업무의 효율성 증대 및 업무처리 시간 단축 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • ISO 9000 is an efficient quality system for the customer's confidence and satisfaction. Of late years, the revised edition of ISO 9000 duality management system may give lots of positive business values to companies running ISO 9000 system Despite its tremendous popularity, there is some critisism against the effect and performance or ISO 9000 certification. This research explores the performances and effects of ISO 9000 quality system in small & medium size industrial companies. For this research, 202 companies certified by ISO 9000 standard and 67 companies not certified as contrast group were selected. The related data were collected by web-Poll survey. The major analyses are focused on the effect and performance or the ISO 9000 certification. and we established various hypotheses to verify the effect and performance or quality system. Results or statistical analyses show that total performance or qualify system is significantly different between certified companies and not certified.

  • The Slovenian management have already for a while been intensely trying to catch up the West. We can not generalize this movement yet, though it can be observed in many companies. According to the latest data, already 30% of all employees in Slovenia are participating in the project of quality. More than 400 companies have ISO 900x certified quality systems (in 1999). Our interest as quality consultants, researchers and auditors is the research of the added value given by the ISO 900x certification process to company. This article shows only some result of the research The influence of ISO 9000 certificate on organisation's competitiveness. The research was conducted in 1998 for Slovenian companies.

  • Many 6-sigma innovation companies are obtaining ISO9000 series or ISO/TS16949 certifications. However, not many of them have considered the integrated management of ISO/TS16949 at the time of 6-sigma introduction. ISO/TS16949 focuses on the process of an overall company. In particular, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) requires that from the beginning all the planning should have a clear quality planning business process. Each company can decide the best course of action to suit its individual needs. Lean DFSS in 6-sigma offers the concrete development steps of the product development process. And if analyses of Input, Output, Target, Process, KSF, KPI, and FMEA is done in each process and clearly defined in APQP, mutual organic and effective systems can be initially achieved.

  • In this era of globally competitive world market, many business firms have been using ISO 9000 quality management system, whose principles are leadership, customer focus, people involvement, etc., which are expected and desired to be attained for the various long/short term goals of the business firms. This paper studies whether and how those principles are implemented in the areas of service, manufacturing, etc., and researches the regression relations between business firm's performance and those principles. Using hypothesis testing, we found and showed results which can be referenced for the higher performance of business firms and those can be added to the pool of knowledge about the ISO principles implementation in service and manufacturing industries.

안전경영 우수기업을 위한 KS A ISO 2859-2 및 2859-3에 대한 고찰 (- A Study on KS A ISO 2859-2 and 2859-3 for the Best Companies in Safety management -)

  • The growing importance of product quality is becoming more and more daily apparent as we enter the age of globalization around the world. And the product safety is getting more focus as well as product quality. As a result, many domestic companies are putting a lot of emphasis on safety measures and management activities and these companies' products are mainly superior to other companies' product. When we separate the product quality procedure into 3 steps, i.e. quality secure-quality confirm-quality guarantee, of course the 1st step is the most important, but also End step of product quality confirm process is important. And in mass production environment, sampling inspection is more desirable than the 100 % inspection procedure. As a part of globalization trend, KS system is also being revised and reestablished based on ISO, IEC, etc. which are based on international standard. Conventional KS sampling inspection standards were in many areas quite different from ISO sampling standards, only KS A 3102, 3104, 3151 are left and the rest become obsolete, and even the ones that are still around are planned to the gone step by step. It has been already 3 years since the new KS A ISO 2859-0-3 sampling inspection process has been established which the abolition of the popular KS A 3101, KS A 3105, KS A 3109, yet the implementation rate is very slow. This study will attempt to analyze the new KS A ISO 2859-2 and KS A ISO 2859-3, and try to understand the difference as that the new standard can be easily understood and used widely among companies, by using examples. Our attempt is to help implement with the companies with active safety involvement but the final result can be spread among other companies as well in the near future.

In this paper, we investigate standards for quality management, dependability management and risk management. We also suggest an integrated and comprehensive system of quality(ISO/TS16949), dependability (IEC60300)and risk(JIS Q2001).
