M-ISMS 모델 기반의 군(軍) 보안감사 설계에 관한 연구 (The Design of Military Security Audit based on the M-ISMS Model)

  • 본 논문에서는 군 특수성을 고려한 정보보호 관리체계를 기존 ISMS를 기반으로 개선된 M(Military)-ISMS 모델을 제시한다. 이는 ISMS에서 논의 되지 않은 군 특수성을 고려한 '내부 보안감사'와 '대외활동 관리'부분이 주요 연구대상이다. 내부 보안감사 부분은 민간에서 중요하게 다루는 가용성보다 기밀성이 중요하기 때문에 기밀성과 관련된 보안감사의 6가지 통제항목을 추가하였다. 또한 대외활동 관리부분은 해당 군사자료가 비밀로서 가치가 사라졌을 경우 보안관리 기준 수립과 수준유지에 관한 통제항목 등을 추가하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 M-ISMS는 기존의 ISMS에서 제공하는 다양한 장점들과 민간 침해사고 사례를 활용하여 군의 특수성을 고려한 신속하고 미래지향적인 보안 침해사고를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 안전관리가 연안해운기업경영에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 기존의 연구들과 구조화모형의 이론적 고찰을 통해 문제점을 정립하고 연구의 방향을 설정하였다. 연안해운기업의 경영에 영향을 미치는 안전관리의 요인을 추출하고 요인간의 중요도 및 우선순위를 파악할 수 있는 분석방법인 ISM을 이용하여 안전관리 구성요소들의 계층을 분석하였다. 본 논문은 지속가능한 경영을 위한 안전관리의 고도화에 필요한 요소들 간의 관계 및 구조를 파악한 기초적인 연구로서 향후 안전관리 정책에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • In recent years, risks associated with mixed used development in urban regeneration projects which have actively been implemented have been on the rise due to uncertainties and complexities of those projects. Thus, risk management is needed to effectively manage those risks that may occur during the process of a project. Many studies have contributed to deal with risk management of those projects. These studies, however, have focused main on identification stage and deriving the main risk factors and have limitations on presenting the relationship among those risk factors. Since many risks are interdependent and have multiple effects, the purpose of this study is to present a way(ISM method) to provide a hierarchical structural framework of risks in Urban Regeneration. The structural of risks can helps decision makers to trace the actual source of these risks.

  • A series of internatinoal standards in connection with safety of ships, safety management and operation of company, and pollution prevention at sea has been provided in ISM. And that Cheapter IX has been adopted in SOLAS with ISM as its annex gives this code mandatory effect On the eve of the implementation of ISM by IMO. Administrations, classifications, other maritime industry organizations as well as all shipping companies assessmentand evalution have been made inthis paper to thedevelopment of marine safety culture through the discussion of the general recognition of safety culture by IMO and her Contracting States, thenecessity for establishing unity of benefit and safety in a shipping company, the development of scientific safety managment systems and new reflections of safety culture in internation shipping industries.

  • This study aims to provide basic data for establishing strategies for asset management in the future through priorities and influence of the asset management items of public facilities in Korea. To this end, 4 upper items and 20 lower items in priority were selected based on existing literature. The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the importance of each of the selected items, and the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) technique was used to examine the relationships among the 20 lower items. On this basis, directions for the efficient asset management of public facilities were suggested.

ISM Application Tool, A Contribution to Address the Barrier of Information Security Management System Implementation

  • Information-security management systems (ISMSs) are becoming very important, even for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, implementing an ISMS is not an easy task. Many obstacles must be overcome, e.g., complexity, document tracking, competency management, and even changing cultures. The objective of our study is to provide ISMS application tools, based on ISO 27001:2013 ISM frameworks. The application was developed on the Odoo Open Enterprise Resource Planning platform. To validate its feasibility for future improvement, the application was implemented by an MSME company. For this implementation, information-security-related users gave their feedback through a questionnaire. The distributed feedback questionnaire consists of nine assessment parameters, covering topics from the application's technical aspects to users' experiences. Based on the questionnaire feedback, all users of the application were satisfied with its performance.

지능형 주차검지센서용 안테나 개발 (Design of Antenna for Intelligent Detection Sensor)

  • 본 논문에서는 지능형 주차검지센서에 장착하기 위한 ISM-대역(중심주파수 447 MHz) 소형화된 역 F 안테나를 제안하였다. 먼저 제한된 크기를 가진 지능형 주차검지센서 모듈(72 mm × 70 mm)내에 안테나를 내장하기 위해, ISM-대역의 낮은 주파수 447 MHz(파장 λ : 670mm)에서 폴디드 형태의 역 F 안테나를 설계하였다. 그 결과, ISM 대역(중심주파수 447 MHz)에서 공진하며, -10 dB 대역폭 13 MHz(2.9%)로 적합한 특성을 얻었다. 또한, 수직·수평소자에 의한 H-plane 패턴은 null point가 제거된 전방향성 패턴을 나타내며, E-plane은 특정 방향으로 지향성을 가지므로, 주차장에서의 차량 관리용 안테나로써 적합함을 확인하였다.

  • There is a new evolution in technological advancement taking place called the Internet of Things (IoT), The IoT enables physical world objects in our surrounding to be connected to the Internet. ISM (Industrial Scientific Medical) band that is 2.4GHz band authorized free of charge is being widely used for smart devices. Accordingly studies have been continuously conducted on the possibility of coexistence among nodes using ISM band. In particular, the interference of IEEE 802.11b based Wi-Fi devices using overlapping channel during communication among IEEE 802.15.4 based wireless sensor nodes suitable for low-power, low-speed communication using ISM band. Because serious network performance deterioration of wireless sensor networks. In this paper, we will propose an algorithm that identifies the possibility of using more accurate channels by mixing utilization of interference signal and RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) Min/Max/Activity of Interference signal by wireless sensor nodes. In addition, it will verify our algorithm by using OPNET Network verification simulator.

An Integrated Simulation Method to Support Virtual Factory Engineering

  • This paper presents a structure and architecture of an integrated simulation method (ISM) to meet the requirements of virtual factory engineering (VFE). Combining CAD, VR and discrete event simulation techniques, the ISM provides static and dynamic simulation functions for implementation of VFE throughout the lifecycle. The static simulation can be used to evaluate the factory layout. The dynamic simulation enables us to evaluate ergonomics of factory, process performance of production system, feasibility of production plan and operation of factory, and to train operators safely, which cover the whole VFE lifecycle. The principles of the key techniques of VFE, including virtual factory data management system (VFDMS), static and dynamic simulation, are also discussed. To demonstrate and validate the ISM, a case study has been carried out in an assembly factory.
