The Development of Ergonomics Cockpit Design Program Based on the Military Aircraft (군용기 조종실 설계 프로그램 개발)

  • One of the most important works in the development of military aircraft is to construct and utilize the various technical data and information needed in the design, analysis and evaluation under integrated system structure. A vast and various data in oder to optimize cockpit design is needed in geometric & arrangement design, vision analysis and escape system design. In addition, the application of ergonomics cockpit design concept based on the sorts of human elements and anthropometric data as design consideration for pilots is required. To accomplish above these activities, the data gathered and formed through the aircraft development program was become database and developed by tool to be able to support ergonomics cockpit design work.

  • Recently, IT-based environment is changing rapidly as changing in web services platform, evolution of cloud computing environments and expanding the base of a smart market. Accordingly, monitoring development of environment is changing quickly. So a customizable SaaS-based monitoring tool is required to provide monitoring services. It has to support a variety of environmental monitoring and a resource managers with requested information, and by an enhanced monitoring framework in clouding environment of management system. In this paper, the 3D viewer for the management of sensor node management system was designed and built. Through the 3D viewer by enhancing the accessibility and visibility, the sensor network will allow resources to be used efficiently.

A New Technique for the General and Simple Design of MAXFLAT FIR filters (MAXFLAT FIR 필터의 일반적이고 간편한 설계를 위한 새로운 기술)

  • In this paper, a general and explicit technique is presented for determining the filter coefficients of maximally flat (MAXFLAT) FIR filter with the magnitude response exactly passing through a prescribed cutoff point. This technique is based on a general formula (i.e. impulse response) with an arbitrary cutoff point and permits direct computation of the coefficients of this filter type with a specified cutoff point. The technique provides an explicit method for choosing the order of flatness of the filter with the specified cutoff point. Also, in the paper, it is shown to give a computationally efficient and accurate solution to the design of the filters with the desired cutoff point.

  • Currently, the domestic nursing information system software products are being developed competitively with the participation of many companies, generating quantitative development with high value added. However, it is true that the study that concurrently adds qualitative enhancements to such quantitative development has been inadequate. In order to secure international competitiveness in the field of nursing information system software, it is necessary to establish quality requirements on this system, and along with it, establish an evaluation system on the nursing information system software products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the accompaniment and technology of the nursing information system, and by identifying the requirements, establish test and evaluation system of the said system.

  • The high intercept probability depends on optimization of the system, which consists of target detection, tracking system, missile system and so on. To reduce the complexity of global optimization of the system performance, simplification of the relative dependances of each sub-system is done and design parameters for DACS configuration are identified. The conceptual design process is addressed based on the requirement of the design parameters and new methodology is suggested for higher performance.

  • Recently, base stations composed of digital unit (DU) and radio unit (RU) have been widely used in 4G mobile networks. To connect DU and RU, CPRI (common public radio interface) is usually used as the interface standard. This CPRI link is considered as one of the application markets for WDM-PON. In this paper, we analyzed the required specification of WDM-PON for the CPRI link of the 4G LTE-Advanced base station composed of DU and RU. This analysis is important to set a target goal of the development of WDM-PON system for 4G mobile networks.

  • Time synchronization is essential for a number of network applications such as high speed communication and parallel/distribution processing systems. As the era of ubiquitous computing is ushered in, the high precise time synchronization in wireless networks have been required in. This paper presents the design ana the implementation of the high precision time synchronization in wireless networks using ZigBee. To achieve high precision requirements, we have tried to analyze and reduce error factors such as the latency and jitters of a protocol stack on wireless environments. In addition, this paper includes some experiments and performance evaluations of our system. The result is that we established for nodes in a network to maintain their elects to within a 50 nanosecond offset from the reference clock.

  • Recently, many research works are focusing on DVC (Distributed Video Coding) system for low complexity encoder. However the feedback channel-based parity bit control is a major cause of the high decoding time latency. Spatial and temporal correlation is high in video and, therefore, the statistical property can be applied for the parity bit request of LDPCA frame. By introducing frame adaptive parity bit request estimation method, this paper proposes a new method for reducing the decoding time latency. Through computer simulations, it is shown that the proposed method achieves about 80% of complexity reduction, compared to the conventional no-estimation method.

  • This paper proposes a UQoSM (User Qualify of Service Middleware) framework for multimedia application systems. UQoSM system is extended the existing event service model added to the event monitoring, reflective event filtering and event dispatcher for supporting multimedia application systems. Especially, this paper is concentrated on providing suitable reflective event filtering function for multimedia application service system in order to meet various user requirements under inter-based environment. It means this system provides high QoS to users. In addition, it results in decreasing network traffic as unnecessary event information is filtered from network.

  • It is important matter that inflect well allocated frequency resource in cellular network and is still more serious element in environment that provide multimedia services. This paper describes model and algorithm that increase two elements that is frequency allocation and job scheduling that consider multimedia service traffic special quality by emphasis that do mapping present in CDMA cellular system. We proposed the model composed three parts (channel allocation algorithm, mapping algorithm and scheduling algorithm) and simulation results.
