  • In this paper, it is proposed that RSVP and WFQ must be a good way of a better service for the better quality for Mobile If Network. For the Performance Analysis of working it was composed of Mobile IP and VoIP Network model, and further more test of the postpone and QoS was implemented. The results of the test is as follows, Before the movement of mobile agent was 2ms, after that, 3ms, And before QoS was adapted the value was 30ms, after being adapted, analyzed as 10ms. This research that the problem of put off was improved by adaping QoS in the mobile IP Network.

  • In this paper, the design and implementation of the long-distance wireless transmission technology of high-definition video using domestic wireless communication technology for the existing wired-based CCTV surveillance system and IP camera system was evaluated for performance. The interworking test between the wireless multi-IP camera transmission terminal device and the wireless communication RF module, and the wireless multi-IP camera-based video transmission system integration interworking test confirm the module interworking suitability during video transmission.

  • The Ubiquitous/Unified Communication Platform supports various multimedia communication tools such as VoIP, Email, Unified Messaging, Instant Messaging, Web Conferencing, Audio/Video Communication etc. In this paper we introduced the main functions and architecture of the Unified Communication Platform and we researched on the function analysis and design of the VoIP System that supports PC-to-PBX/PSTN Phone and PBX/PSTN Phone-to-PC communications through the connectivity and interoperation with PSTN.

  • In this raper we researched on the development methods and design of the B-ISDN protocol embedded IP-PBX System with the computers interconnected by the Internet for the previous telephone exchange and communication. We designed the structure of the user terminal and exchange sewer of the IP-PBX System, defined message and data structure for call control, and designed call control state transition and call control message flows for user's communication. And we researched on the message flows for supplementary services and the call control for multiple calls.

  • VoIP는 유무선 인터넷의 IP 망을 기반으로 차세대 유비쿼터스형 전화로 부각될 가능성이 있으며 유선 부문의 VoIP는 특화된 서비스 모델을 바탕으로 급격한 시장확산이 진행되고 있다. 인터넷 전화인 VoIP는 저렴한 비용으로 고품질의 음성 및 화상 서비스를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 데이터 서비스와의 융합을 통해 이용자에게 다양한 편익을 제공한다는 측면에서 향후 성장잠재력이 높을 것으로 전망되고 있다. 특히, 기업에서는 VoIP를 통해 비용을 절감할 뿐만 아니라 VPN 또는 기업 데이터형 솔루션과 결합하여 새로운 경쟁무기로 활용할 유인이 있어 일반인에 비해 적극적인 수용태도를 형성하고 있다. 그런데, 국내 기업의 VoIP 수용현황 및 특성을 분석한 보고서가 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 글에서는 국내 기업에 대한 조사결과를 바탕으로 VoIP 서비스 이용률, 이용방식, 만족 및 불만족 요인, 비이용기업의 잠재적 수요특성을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 결론적으로 국내 기업에서 VoIP 서비스가 활성화되기 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

  • VoIP 서비스는 패킷 데이터 망을 기존의 전화망처럼 이용하기 위한 서비스이다. VoIP 에서 디바이스간 통화를 위해 SIP 프로토콜을 사용 한다. 현재 패킷 데이터 망을 이용하는 디바이스들이 많아지면서 IP 주소 부족 현상이 나타났다. 이 현상을 해결하기 위해 NAT 기술이 고안 되었고 NAT 는 패킷 헤더의 IP 주소를 변환하는 동작을 한다. 이러한 동작은 SIP 를 이용한 VoIP 서비스에서 NAT Traversal 을 일으키게 된다. NAT Traversal 은 NAT 가 패킷 헤더의 IP 주소만을 변경하기 때문에 SIP 처럼 어플리케이션 헤더의 IP 주소를 참고하는 프로토콜에서 목적지를 찾아가지 못하는 경우를 말한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 기술들의 종류와 장단점을 살펴보고 NAT Traversal에 효과적인 기술인 ICE를 VoIP 서비스에 적용 하고 중복된 과정을 최소화한 개선된 호 설정 과정을 제안한다.

Identifying Effective Dispute Resolution Mechanisms for Intellectual Property Disputes in the International Context

  • This paper addresses the question of what kinds of dispute resolution choices can effectively handle complex intellectual property disputes, given the rising importance of IP, the increasing frequency and complexity of IP disputes, and the lack of research on dispute resolution strategies. For this analysis, the study adopted the analytic hierarchy process approach, which covers complex, multi-criteria decision problems, to quantify the expert's judgments on IP dispute resolution choice. Its results show that the effectiveness of resolution methods differs, depending on the type of IP dispute classified into seven issues, which are (i) requirement for validity of IP right, (ii) range and duration of IP right, (iii) transfer of IP right, (iv) licensing, (v) use of IP right, (vi) declaration of IP infringement, and (vii) estimation of damage. The disputes over IPR ownership and IP infringement remain challenging issues in due to strong requirement of the cross-border enforcement. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR), especially arbitration, is determined to be a more effective method to deal with international IP disputes, but various advanced types of ADR techniques should be further developed to deal with the increasing complexity of IP disputes.
