개별진공압이 적용된 연약지반의 응력과 변형 특성 (Characteristic of stress and strain of soft ground applied individual vacuum pressure)

  • Individual vacuum pressure method is soft ground improvement technique, in which a vacuum pressure can be directly applied to the vertical drain board to promote consolidation and strengthening the soft ground. This method does not require a surcharge load, different to embankment or pre-loading method. In this study, given the inner displacement of the ground where the individual vacuum pressure is applied, this dissertation aimed to reproduce the state of stress in the ground that is subject to the constraints created by the depth of improvement area. Modified Cam Clay theory which made it possible to take into account the isotropic displacement of the ground was applied to the NAP-IVP used simulation; the conception of equivalent permeability proposed by Hird was also applied so that the 3-dimensional real construction effect of drain materials could be reflected in the analysis.

  • 본 논문은 수면과 관련된 행동에 대한 연구로서 수면과 연관된 사람의 행동유형을 구별함으로써 궁극적으로는 수면과 관련된 행동 로그를 추적하고자 한다. 이러한 목적하에 침대에서 수면 전후 또는 수면 중 행동들을 판단하기 위하여, 행동로그를 정의하고, 사람의 행동유형들에 대해 보다 단순화된 특정벡터를 추출하였다. 그 다음, 특정조건들의 기준값을 토대로 개인별 행동유형 판단 알고리즘을 적용하는 실험을 하였다. 이러한 실험으로부터 얻은 중요한 결과들은 개인별 행동 특성을 반영한 방식이 기존의 단일집단 방식보다 유용함을 의미한다.

초등학교 과학 수업에 적용한 협동학습 전략에서 보상구조의 효과 (The Effects of Reward Structure in Cooperative Learning Strategies Applied to Elementary School Science Class)

  • Although the reward based on group accomplishment in cooperative learning has a merit to emphasize interdependency, it may have some undesirable side effects such as free rider effect and sucker effect. For the purpose of reducing these side effects, this study examined how the adjustment of the reward structure affected the scholastic achievement, the perception of learning environments, and the attitude toward science class by adding individual reward to group reward. We selected 2 classes of sixth grade in an elementary school, and taught on oxygen and carbon dioxide for 13 class hours in cooperative learning strategies. Group reward was applied to one class, and both group and individual rewards were applied to the other class. Analysis of the results indicated that the achievement scores of the students under the group and individual rewards were significantly higher than those under the group reward. In addition, they had more difficulty in science class and felt less satisfied. The upper level students under the group and individual rewards were also found to exhibit more competition. Educational implications were discussed.

  • 개인을 고객으로 하는 각종 포탈 사이트들이 많이 생성됨에 따라 고객 개인을 위한 고객화된 정보가 매우 중요한 하나의 컨텐츠로 자용하고 있다. 하지만, 현재 국내외 전자상거래를 주목적으로 하는 포탈 사이트의 시스템들은 고객에 관한 정보를 단순한 개인 프로파일로 활용하고 있을 뿐 고객 정보를 이용하여 더 많은 개인화된 새로운 정보를 창출하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 고객에 대한 정보를 세분화하고 분석하여 제3의 개인화 정보를 생성하여 자동으로 각 개댈 고객에게 개인화된 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. 고객의 이메일 오픈율과 마우스 이벤트 정보를 분석 및 계산하여 개별 고객에게 고객의 관심정보 및 관심 컴포넌트를 생성한 후 관심정보와 관심 컴포넌트를 이용하여 개별 호객의 관심 정보를 고객이 선호하는 이메일 규격 및 양식에 맞게 에이전트를 통해 자동으로 재구성하여 푸쉬해 주는 개인화 메일 자동 생성 에이전트 시스템을 개발하고자 함이 본 논문의 목적이다.

개인차를 고려한 웹 기반 코스웨어 개발 (A Development of a Web-based Instruction Prototype System Considering Individual Differences)

  • 웹 기반 코스웨어들이 많이 개발되고 있다. 그러나, 기존에 개발된 대부분 웹 기반 코스웨어들은 학습자들에게 항상 같은 교수 방법을 제공하므로 학습자들의 다양한 요구를 수용하는데 부족한 면이 있다. 학습자들이 개별적으로 가장 적합한 교수 방법으로 학습한다면 학습 효율을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 학습자의 개인차를 고려하면서 다양한 학습 방법을 제공하고, 교수 시스템은 교수 방법 중에서도 학습자에게 효율성이 높다고 생각되는 교수 방법을 학습자에게 추천하도록 하고, 학습자는 선호하는 방법을 선택하여 학습하도록 하였다. 평가모듈은 개개인의 응답에 대하여 개별적인 피드백을 주었다. 그리고 이 프로토타입 시스템을 대학1학년을 대상으로 적용하여 본 시스템의 교육적 효과를 입증하였다.

작은도서관 운영자의 직무특성과 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (Analytical Study on the Job Characteristics and Job Satisfaction of Administrators in Small Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 작은도서관 운영자를 대상으로 그들이 지각하고 있는 직무특성과 직무만족도를 조사하고자 한다. 또한 작은도서관 운영자들의 개인적인 차이를 파악하고 특정 직무를 지각하는 개인적인 특성과 직무만족도를 고려한 작은도서관 운영자의 선발과 충원, 직무배치로 조직의 운영과 정보서비스 제공에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하자고 하였다. 본 연구결과 결혼관계, 성별, 연령 등의 개인적 특성은 직무특성에 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 자격증과 고용형태는 직무특성에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 직무만족에 있어서는 결혼관계, 성별, 연령, 고용형태 등의 개인적 특성이 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.

자가 면역 (Autoimmunity)

  • Self/non-self discrimination and unresponsiveness to self is the fundamental properties of the immune system. Self-tolerance is a state in which the individual is incapable of developing an immune response to an individual's own antigens and it underlies the ability to remain tolerant of individual's own tissue components. Several mechanisms have been postulated to explain the tolerant state. They can be broadly classified into two groups: central tolerance and peripheral tolerance. Several mechanisms exist, some of which are shared between T cells and B cells. In central tolerance, the recognition of self-antigen by lymphocytes in bone marrow or thymus during development is required, resulting in receptor editing (revision), clonal deletion, anergy or generation of regulatory T cells. Not all self-reactive B or T cells are centrally purged from the repertoire. Additional mechanisms of peripheral tolerance are required, such as anergy, suppression, deletion or clonal ignorance. Tolerance is antigen specific. Generating and maintaining the self-tolerance for T cells and B cells are complex. Failure of self-tolerance results in immune responses against self-antigens. Such reactions are called autoimmunity and may give rise to autoimmune diseases. Development of autoimmune disease is affected by properties of the genes of the individual and the environment, both infectious and non-infectious. The host's genes affect its susceptibility to autoimmunity and the environmental factors promote the activation of self-reactive lymphocytes, developing the autoimmunity. The changes in participating antigens (epitope spreading), cells, cytokines or other inflammatory mediators contribute to the progress from initial activation to a chronic state of autoimmune diseases.

불충분 선호 정보하에서 처방적 그룹의사결정방법 지배 규칙에 관한 연구 (A Prescriptive Group Decision Making Method with Imprecise Preference Information)

  • This paper presents a prescriptive approach to group decision making with group members' imprecise preference information. This includes an alternative method to Salo's inventive approach for identifying group's preferred alternative when attribute weights, consequences, and possibly group members' importance weights are specified in imprecise ways. The imprecise additive group value function can be decomposed into individual group member's imprecise decision making problems, which are finally aggregated to identify group's preferred alternative. The proposed approach is intuitive and easy to implement, and has merits in a couple of points. First. it is possible to view individual group member's inclinations toward conflicting alternatives and the degree of discrepancies to each other. Second, we can observe how much previous decision results of individual decision maker are influenced during interaction since decisions usually are not made at a single step especially in presence of partial preference information. Finally, the individual group member's decision results can be utilized for further investigation of dominance relations among alternatives in a case that interactive questions and responses fail to give a convergent group consensus.

iHaplor: A Hybrid Method for Haplotype Reconstruction

  • This paper presents a novel method that can identify the individual's haplotype from the given genotypes. Because of the limitation of the conventional single-locus analysis, haplotypes have gained increasing attention in the mapping of complex-disease genes. Conventionally there are two approaches which resolve the individual's haplotypes. One is the molecular haplotypings which have many potential limitations in cost and convenience. The other is the in-silico haplotypings which phase the haplotypes from the diploid genotyped populations, and are cost effective and high-throughput method. In-silico haplotyping is divided into two sub-categories - statistical and computational method. The former computes the frequencies of the common haplotypes, and then resolves the individual's haplotypes. The latter directly resolves the individual's haplotypes using the perfect phylogeny model first proposed by Dan Gusfield [7]. Our method combines two approaches in order to increase the accuracy and the running time. The individuals' haplotypes are resolved by considering the MLE (Maximum Likelihood Estimation) in the process of computing the frequencies of the common haplotypes.

조선시대 복식에 나타난 자색계 색명의 연상적 의미 (The Associational Meaning of Purple-series Color Names in the Clothing of Joseon Dynasty Period)

  • In this study, the transition characteristics of purple series color names appearing in the clothing of the Joseon Dynasty were examined, and the associational meaning of each name were investigated through various methods. The results are as follows; First, Such characteristics as continuity, differentiation, substitution could be observed through the investigation of color names of purple-series appeared on the clothing in the Joseon Dynasty period. Secondly, the associational meaning could be subdivided into; social position symbolic meanings, usage meanings, economic meanings, and thought meanings. The social position symbolic meanings could be observed mainly in the single names which has been used since the ancient times, usage meanings could be observed in a wide variety according to the individual color names. The economic meanings could be observed by comparing the value of colored cloths and colored threads. The thought meanings were mainly related with the Confucianism. Thirdly, the associational semantic structure were established on the basis of associational meanings of purple-series color names. Individual color name on the social position symbolic semantic structure symbolizes [government official] and [servant]. Through usage semantic structure individual color names could be understood structurally according to the social position, sex distinction, wearing situation, items of clothing, and structure of clothing. Individual names on the economic semantic structure were segmented by the semantic components of the values in [high], [medium], [low] prices, kinds and quantity of dyes. The thought semantic structure could be subdivided [Confucianism] and [The Thought of Taeil] in its semantic structure.
