As time-variant reliability approaches become increasingly used for service life prediction of the aging infrastructure, the demand for computer solution methods continues to increase. Effcient computer techniques have become well established for the reliability analysis of structural systems. Thus far, however, this is largely limited to time-invariant reliability problems. Therefore, the requirements for time-variant reliability prediction of deteriorating structural systems under time-variant loads have remained incomplete. This study presents a computer program for $\underline{REL}$iability of $\underline{T}$ime-Variant $\underline{SYS}$tems, RELTSYS. This program uses a combined technique of adaptive importance sampling, numerical integration, and fault tree analysis to compute time-variant reliabilities of individual components and systems. Time-invariant quantities are generated using Monte Carlo simulation, whereas time-variant quantities are evaluated using numerical integration. Load distribution and post-failure redistribution are considered using fault tree analysis. The strengths and limitations of RELTSYS are presented via a numerical example.

To produce liquor and vinegar using potatoes needs to liquefy and sacchrify potatoes . So selecting the efficient fermenter for proceeding these process successfully is very important . This study was investigated several fermenter and crush types of potatoes for alcohol fermentation. Final sugar contents was high in pottoes saccharificatiion by nuruk or crude enzyme. But pure enzyme and blucoamylase ended liquefaction and saccharificatiion within short ime. So complex type fermenter mixed several fermenters was superior to single type fermenter. Complexfermenter III using crude enzyme and glucoamyulase saccharificed excellently potatoes with 150% of water contents by treatment of 3 hours. Through alcohol fermentation using pressure steamed potatoes (PSP), it could be obtained 6.4% , 150%, of alcohol content and yield. However to perform a series process efficiently , crush steamed pottoes (CSP) was suitable. When it was fermented after saccharification using crush steamed potatoes and complex fermenter III, it could be obtained 6.6% of alcohol and 6.7% of acidity.

교류에서의 전기저항값은 저항 elements 사이에서 나타나는 stray 전기용량과 elements의 길이에서 유도되는 인덕턴스의 영향으로 직류에서의 저항값과 차이를 보이게 된다. 이러한 직류와 교류에서의 저항값 차이가 대단히 작게 나면서 직류에서와 측정하는 교류에서의 저항값의 차이를 계산에 의해서 산출할 수 교류저항 표준기가 개발되었다. 개발된 교류저항표준기는 bi-filar 구조의 1 $k\Omega$로서, 1.6 kHz에서 직류/교류 저항값의 차이는 0.02 ${\mu}{\Omega}/{\Omega}$ 보다 작으며, 시정수는 1 kHz에서 $(8{\pm}2)\times10^{-10}$으로 측정되었다. 개발된 교류저항 표준기는 교류저항 국가표준에 최상급 표준기로 사용이 되어질 것이다.

Product quality of perishable food is significantly affected by the environment. Technological approaches for tracking and tracing such products have attracted increasing attentions in both research and practice. This paper studies how supermarket can maximize profits of selling perishable food through price adjustment based on real-ime product quality and values. This can be achieved by tracing the value of the perishable food based on an automatic product identification technology Radio Frequency Identification(RFID). With the support of the RFID, an optimization model can be developed to enable product tracking and tracing. The analysis of the model shows promising benefits of applying a dynamic pricing policy and obtains the optimal ordering decision in the respect of deterministic demand function.

A two dimensional finite element model was constructed to analyze the mechanical behavior of four unit fixed partial dentures (FPD) with a 2nd premolar abutment either employing a rigid or nonrigid connector and a 2nd molar abutment(Branemark implant, IMZ implants and natural tooth). Gap elements were used to model the clearance space of the nonrigid connectors and each components of implants. All FPDs with a implant abutment alter the patterns of stress distribution and displacement, but the magnitude of stress in the periodontium was not greater than that of the control. A FPD with rigid connectors induced the smaller stresses in the periodontium than a FPD with a nonrigid connector. A FPD with a Branemark implant exhibited the more desirable mechanical stress states as compared to the IMZ implants with IME or IMC.

현행 일본어 입력방법은 운영 체제 의존적 문자입력 방법을 채택하고 있다. 즉 운영 체제가 채택하는 문자입력방법과 문자 코드체계에 의존적이다. 특히 인터넷의 발전으로 세계 어느 곳에서나 인터넷을 이용하여 정보 검색이나 진자상거래와 같은 일을 할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 문자코드체계의 발전으로 일본어지원 운영체제가 아니더라도 일본어 폰트만 있으면 일본어로 된 웹사이트를 볼 수 있다. 그러나 일본어 입력은 운영체제의 문자입력기(IME : Input Method Editor)에 의존하기 때문에 일본어지원 운영 체제가 아니면 일본어를 입력 할 수가 없다. 이러한 이유로 웹에서 플랫폼에 상관없이 일본어를 입력 할 수 있는 기능이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문은 플랫폼 독립적인 환경에서 인터넷을 통한 일본어 입력방법의 필요성과 그것이 가지는 한계점을 검토하고 응용프로그램과 연동하는 일본어 입력방법을 제안하고 구현하였다.

DS1 transmission systems use framing bit errors, bipolar violations and code-detected errors to estimate the bit error rate when determining errored and severely errored seconds. Using the coefficient of variation under the memoryless binary symmetric channel assumption, a basic framework to evaluate these estimation schemes is proposed to provide a practical guideline in determining errored and severely errored seconds which are fundamental in monitoring the real-ime error performance of DS1 transmission systems carrying live traffic. To evaluate the performance of the cyclic redundancy check code (CRC), a computer simulation model is used. Several drawbacks of the superframe format in association with real time error performance monitoring are discussed. A few recommendations are suggested in measuring errored and severely errored seconds, and determining service limit alarms through the use of the superframe format. Furthermore, we propose a new robust scheme for determining service limit alarms which take into consideration the limitations of some estimation schemes for the time interval of one second.

IFLA의 국제목록규칙에 관한 목록전문가회의(IME ICC)에서 결정한 국제목록원칙(International Cataloguing Principles)을 반영하고, 서지레코드의 기능상의 요건(FRBR)에 제시된 목록의 개념 모형과 전거데이터의 기능상의 요건(FRAD)에 제시된 전거데이터의 개념 모형을 구현할 수 있는 새로운 목록규칙인 RDA(Resource Description and Access) 초안이 2008년 제시되었다. 이에 따라 RDA 규칙에 기반하여 MARC21 포맷에 신규 태그 및 필드를 추가시키고, RDA 및 FRBR을 실질적으로 구현하기 위한 프로토타입에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 국제적인 목록 환경의 변화에 따라 국내에서 RDA 규칙의 수용을 위해 목록규칙과 엔코딩 포맷인 KORMARC의 개정이 요구된다. 이를 위해 한성대학교 MARC 데이터에서 RDA 및 FRBR의 저작 및 표현형 요소의 입력 정도를 분석하여, RDA를 위한 현행 MARC 데이터의 한계를 파악하였다. 이러한 데이터 입력의 한계를 바탕으로, 국내 목록 환경에서 RDA 규칙을 접목하기 위한 목록규칙과 KORMARC 추가 태그 및 필드를 제시하였다. 고려할 목록 규칙 및 기술 원칙으로는 표현원칙, 기본표목 및 "rule of three", 채택서명, 내용/매체/수록매체 유형 적용 등이었다. 본 연구는 국내에서 RDA를 위한 목록규칙 및 KORMARC 개정의 방향을 제안하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 최근 많은 지방자치단체의 관심을 끌고 있는 해양레저이벤트의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하기 위해 B광역시에서 개최한 국제 해양레저이벤트 방문객 및 선수단에 대한 소비지출 현황조사와 이벤트개최도시의 투자지출 자료를 활용해 해양레저이벤트의 산업연관분석을 실시해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 해양레저이벤트의 방문객 및 선수단의 소비지출에 따른 직접효과는 3.87억원이었으며 이에 따른 생산유발효과는 5.91억원, 부가가치유발효과는 3.06억원 그리고 소득유발효과는 2.52억원이었다. 둘째, 해양레저이벤트 개최도시의 투자지출에 따른 경제적 파급효과는 생산유발효과는 8.25억원, 부가가치유발효과는 4.32억원 그리고 소득유발효과는 3.66억원이었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 해양레저이벤트 개최의 파급효과을 극대화하기 위한 마케팅 전략 및 정책 수립의 기초자료를 제공하고 있다.

In order to study the effect of Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer) components on acetic acid fermentation, ginseng extracts, sucrose, total can de saponins were added to the basal niedium respectively and surface culture was carried out at 30$^{\circ}C$. Lag ime, total acidity of the fermentation broth inhibitors and the degrees of inhibition were determined in tile course of fermentation . 1. Acetic acid fermentation was not inhibited by the addition of less than 1.93% of sucrose but the degree of inhibition was increased slightly by the addition of sucrose more than that. 2. Ginseng extract inhibited acetic acid fermentation slightly, and the degree of inhibition was similar to that of sucrose. Lag time was about 72 hours when a 20% of ginseng extract was added to the basal medium while that of the control was 22hours. 3. The free saponins inhibited acetic acid fermentation considerably, and the degree of inhibition of the saponins was about 400 folds of that of ginseng extracts. An increase of total acidity of the broth which contained 2.905% of the saponins was not observed even after one month. 4. It was presumed that some other components except saponins and sucrose in ginseng extracts counter the inbition effect of saponins on acetic acid fermentation
