In this paper, a substation HMI based on IEC 61850 is proposed that uses SCL to have all information in substation to include standard concept of IEC 61850. A proposed substation HMI using SCL based on IEC 61850 expresses different display by each substation structure and component device change in substation. A proposed substation HMI is designed by IEC 61850 standard, and it suits for future substation HMI based on IEC 61850. A proposed HMI is proved by a program that is made by Visual C++ to use SCL file based on XML.

Voltage variation caused by large loads such as arc furnace and large motors, which use the large and instantaneous currents, can cause the voltage flicker. The flicker irritates the human's eyes and also has an adverse effect on protection device, rotating machine and electronic device etc, therefore the flicker needs to be managed effectively. Recently, the Korea power quality standard has been established on the IEC standards. This paper presents the flicker management standard for distribution power system and suggests the flicker transfer coefficients for Korea power system based on the IEC 61000-3-7.

A conductor has been produced according to IEC standard and low voltage electrical facility has been installed according to IEC 60364. But because of many related and varied standards, it is difficult to apply to design and inspect for electrical equipment. We researched the necessity of design guide which is detailed and systematization from survey. For detailed design guide, we suggest application method and review items at calculations for voltage drop calculations on low voltage feeder by IEC 60364, BS 7671 standard and Consumer's Electrical Installation Guide.

This paper deals with the translation and terminology adjustment of international standard IEC 60050-551 for international electrotechnical vocabulary in the field of power electronics. The standard has been prepared by IEC Technical Committee 22 : Power Electroncis, under the responsibility of IEC Technical Committee 1 : Terminology and is consists of 9 sections with 221 terms. This paper contains the results for 150 terms among them.

AIS(Automatic Identification System) provides navigational information including identification, position, a ship's course and status to ground and other vessels. To obtain AIS Marine Equipment Approval Service, various requirements are required and meet the requirements International Standards. However, most of the requirements are to identify essential functions, response time, hardware requirements, and communication protocols of AIS. The requirements for the quality of SW are not sufficient or detailed, and the weight is relatively low. As role of SW grows and types become more diverse, AIS SW quality inspection is essential. In this paper, We apply eight-quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25023 standard to improve SW coverage quality of AIS. Suggest additional AIS SW requirements based on the eight quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25023 standard.

In this paper, we propose the protection coordination algorithm using communication methode based on IEC 61850. The communication protocol in power distribution management system has been issued by IEC standard, IEC61850 of them, which was made for substation automation system, has researched to apply into power distribution system, even though the standard is not a suitable for the system. In smart distribution management system' launched in 2009, the communication network based on the ethernet network for IEC 61850 has been designed to apply the self-healing concept, which is to perform the system protection through the communication between remote terminal units(RTU) according to the standard. However, it is first time to apply the scheme in the real. Thus, this paper proposed the protection algorithm and consideration for applying communication method and introduced the result of demonstration.

본 논문에서는 IEC 61131-3 국제표준언어에 근거한 PLC 프로그래밍 개발환경을 지원해 주는 임베디드 모션 제어기를 개발하였다. 이 모션제어기에는 모션시스템 개발자가 PC 개발환경은 물론, PLC 개발환경에서도 손쉽게 모션제어 프로그래밍이 가능하도록 IEC 61131-3 개발 도구인 CoDeSys가 탑재되었으며, 직선 및 원호보간 제어와 같은 다양한 모션제어 함수들이 PLCopen 표준에 부합되는 모션 펑션블록으로 구현되었다. 또한 실시간 운영체제하에서 이더넷 기반 원격제어 및 모션 프로그래머를 위한 모션 시뮬레이터가 구현되었다.

현재 라우드스피커 시스템은 다양한 입력 채널 및 앰프를 포함하는 액티브 스피커로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 액티브 스피커의 경우 기존 패시브 스피커 혹은 유닛 단품 측정 표준인 IEC 60268-5 만으로 측정이 불가능한 경우가 많다. 본 논문은 IEC한국 대표로 IEC60268-21 표준을 제정하면서 새롭게 정의한 아날로그, 디지털 입력 및 유선, 무선 입력 채널을 가지고 다양한 제어 기능을 가진 파워 앰프를 내장한 액티브 스피커 측정 표준에 대해 상세하게 알아보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) Standard 96-1에 규정된 RF 케이블의 표현전달 임피던스 측정법을 설명하고, 1 MHz ~ 30MHz 동작주파수범위에서 설계 제작된 triaxial fixture를 사용해 전압 및 산란계수를 측정하여 상용 RF 케이블의 표면전달 임피던스를 얻었다.

전력용 변압기 시험의 여러항목 중 소음은 변압기 자체의 설계 및 함께 사용되는 냉각장치들 관련 고려되는 항목들 중 하나로서 특히 그 설치장소와 관련이 되는 값이다. 전력용 변압기의 소음측정에 관한 표준으로서는 IEC 60076-10 및 IEC 60076-10-1이 있다. IEC TC14 기술위원회는 최근 IEC의 전력용변압기 표준들 중 IEC 60076-10 소음측정 및 IEC 60076-10-1 소음측정지침의 개정안을 완료하였으며 곧 발효할 예정이다. 본 글에서는 IEC 표준의 개정안의 내용에 대하여 고찰을 하였다.
