We investigate the structures and the formation energy of inversion domain boundaries (IDBs) using the Tersoff empirical potential. Four kinds of IDBs ( A and B types for IDB* and Holt ) are considered. The IDBs with A type are energetically favorable compared to B type with the structural instability. The IDB* is also more stable than the Holt type in spite of fourfold and eightfold rings of bonds. We calculate the atomic configurations of the Holt IDBs induced by the interactions of the IDB* with the stacking faults $I_1$ and $I_2$. The stacking fault $I_2$ interacted with $I_1$ on the IDB induces the structural transformation from IDB* to Holt type.

오픈소스와 16bit 마이컴을 활용하여 임베디드 기술 교육을 위한 통합개발보드(IDB)를 설계 및 개발하였다. 하드웨어는 일본 르네사스사의 16bit MCU인 H8/300H를 기반으로 하여 LED, LED Matrix, 모터, 센서 등 다양한 I/O 회로, SCI를 통한 컴퓨터와의 연결 및 $16{\times}2$ 캐릭터 LCD를 제어회로가 포함된 통합개발보드를 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 소프트웨어는 오픈소스로 제공되는 어셈블러와 H8-C 컴파일러로 개발환경을 구축하였다. 그리고 리얼타임 OS인 TRON 과 마이컴용 리눅스인 uClinux를 도입할 수 있도록 메모리 확장 등을 고려하였다. 개발된 보드의 검증을 위해서 PCB 설계와 PCB 가공기를 이용하여 통합개발보드를 제작하였고 기본적인 I/O 제어 프로그램을 통해 기능을 확인하였다.

Interleaved dual boost 컨버터는 전력분배 시스템에서 입력 전류 리플을 줄이고 스위칭 손실을 줄일 수 있고, 필터 없이 입력라인 고조파 성분을 줄일 수 있으며, 더불어 역률 개선의 효과를 이룰 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Interleaved Dual Boost(IDB) 컨버터를 운전하는 경우에 있어서 상태 공간 평균화법을 사용하여 소 신호 해석을 수행하였다. 그 해석 결과로 얻진 제어 전달 함수를 바탕으로 IDB 컨버터에 적합한 수 개의 제어기를 설계하였다. 시뮬레이션을 행한 결과로 얻어진 여러 가지 제어기 타입의 각 특성을 분석하고 그 중 IDB 컨버터로 가장 적절한 제어기를 제안하였다.

The influence of international organisms in education has already been documented by research; nevertheless it is necessary to study and deep in the different mechanisms used to direct the education policies in Latin America. At this point, this study describes and analyzes this phenomenon based in a review of the annual informs of the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) and the research realized by this financial instrument in the last decade. The article presents three parts: the first one, analyses the importance of the United States in the IDB's financial policy; the second one, describes the Bank loans to educational polities; and the third one, identifies the mechanisms uses this financial institution to intervene in education policies. Finally the article presents some conclusions.

Based on the application of an integrated dynamic brake (IDB) system that uses a PWM inverter fed-AC motor drive to operate the piston, a new active zero state PWM (AZSPWM) is proposed to improve the stability and reliability of the IDB system by suppressing the conducted electro-magnetic interference (EMI) noise under a wide range of load torque. The new AZSPWM reduces common-mode voltage (CMV) by one-third when compared to that of the conventional space vector PWM (CSVPWM). Although this method slightly increases the output current ripple by reducing the CMV, like the CSVPWM, it can be used within the full range of the load torque. Further, unlike other reduced common-mode voltage (RCMV) PWMs, it does not increase the switching power loss. A theoretical analysis is presented and experiments are performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.

Interleaved Dual Boost(IDB) converter can reduce current ripple, switching loss and harmonics without filter in input power line. Moreover, this improve power factor. In this paper, we will use the state average methode and small signal analysis at the Interleaved dual boost converter. 4-type controllers were designed by using control transfer function. The result of these controller simulations is analyzed and proposed a proper controller at IDB

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the actual use of interdental care products (ICPs), such as dental floss (DF) and interdental brushes (IDB), among Korean youth, confirm their relevance to periodontal health, and determine the factors that influence the use of each product. Methods: This study included 15,912 young adults aged 19-39 years and data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) (2007-2018). The usage rate of ICPs according to the characteristics of the subjects for each cycle of KNHANES was presented. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was performed to identify factors affecting the use of ICP. Results: The use rates of DF and IDB gradually increased until the 7th period, reaching 34.8% and 26.8%, respectively. The rate of using more than one ICP also showed a tendency to gradually increase from 25.2% in the 4th period to 50.0% in the 7th period. The use of interdental care products is related to gingivitis and periodontitis. Factors related to the use of ICP were gender, age, education level, frequency of brushing, and dental examination experience. Conclusions: The use of dental floss or interdental toothbrushes was related to periodontal health, but only half of the adults aged 19-39 years used ICP. Therefore, oral health experts should actively encourage the use of DF and IDB in young adults.

CALS 추진의 주요 목표는 수동적이고, 서류중심인 정보를 국제 공통표준으로 디지털화시켜 통합적이고 자동화된 기술정보 공유 및 전송과정의 전환이며, 이와 같이 자동화되고 통합된 모습은 통합 데이터베이스(IDB)가 될 것이다. 이러한 CALS추진에 대한 구조적인 접근은 하부구조 현대화, 업무과정 혁신, 디지털 자료 획득, 그리고 기업통합으로 나타낼 수 있다. CALS 전략의 실행은 산업활동의 전 순기를 통하여 크게 하부구조 현대화, 업무과정 혁신, 디지털자료획득, 기업통합 등 4가지 요소들을 설명함으로써 가능하다.
