  • We propose a Quantum Authentication and Key distribution protocol based on one-time n using one-way Hash function. The designated users can authenticate each other and the arbitrator using their one-time ID and distribute a quantum secret key using remained GHZ states after authentication procedure. Though the help of the arbitrator is needed in the process of authentication and key distribution, our protocol prevents the arbitrator from finding out the shared secret key even if the arbitrator becomes an active attacker. Unconditional security can be proved in our protocol as the other QKD protocols.

  • This paper proposes an ID-based entity-aunthentication and authenticated key exchange protocol with ECC via two-pass communications between two parties who airs registered to the trusted third-party KC in advance. The proposed protocol developed by applying ECDSA and Diffie-Hellman key exchange scheme to the ID-based key distribution scheme over ECC proposed by H. Sakazaki, E. Okamoto and M. Mambo(SOM scheme). The security of this protocol is based on the Elliptic Curve Discrete Logarithm Problem(ECDLP) and the Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman Problem(ECDHP). It is strong against unknown key share attack and it provides the perfect forward secrecy, which makes up for the weakness in SOM scheme,

  • It would be desirable in network to implement an efficient asymmetric key cryptosystem which can not only solve the public key authentication problem but also integrate digital signature and key distribution, We propose two ID-based key distribution systems integrated with digital signature, and analyze them in computation and implementation. The first is based on the EIGamal-typed signature scheme, and the second is based on the RSA scheme, Both can be employed in one-pass and interactive key distribution systems.

  • This paper pro poses a ley distribution system based on identification information. The system uses an indivdual user's identification instead of the public file used in the Diffie-Hellman sustem. It does not require any services of a center to distribute work keys and users to keep directory public file. We propose an identity-based key distribution system for generating a commom secret conference kdy for two or more users. We assume users are connected in a ring network. Message among users authenticated using each user's identification informa-tion. The security of the our proposed system is based on the difficulty of both factoring large numbers and computing discrete logarithms over large finite fields.

  • Recently, smartgrid has interested in enable to existing electrical grid to supplying stably and efficient energy management. Smartgrid environment using PLC is transmit PLC module collected electricity consumption information in each house from PLC module to server. This communication process can occurred security threats such as personal information leak of consumer, electrical grid paralysis. In this paper, we propose efficient electricity consumption information transmission protocol with ID-based key distribution method for respond to security threats.

  • A strong designated verifier signature scheme is a special type of signature scheme which provides signer anonymity by enabling the specified recipient, called a designated verifier, to simulate a signature which is indistinguishable from the signer's signature. It has many applications such as software distribution or electronic voting. In this paper, we consider two important security properties of strong designated verifier signature scheme - source hiding and security against key-compromise attack. We show that the two properties cannot be achieved at the same time. Finally, we present a new ID-based strong designated verifier signature scheme which is secure against key-compromise attack.

  • An ID-based scheme provides a very efficient solution to the key distribution problem, since it can solve bothe the authentication problem and the communication complexity problem in a public key scheme. Especilly, and ID-Based ndninterative key distribution system plays an crucial roie in the one-way communication environment such as secure electronic mail, owing to its noninteractiveness. This paper aims at analyzing the previously proposed scheme s and providing possible improvements. It also demonstraes that the Maurey-Yacobi's scheme presented in Eurocry'91 is not secure, and provikdes an countemeasure to overcome the security problem.

  • This paper proposes a session key distribution scheme on non-interactive key distribution algorithm of Identity-based cryptography in V2I of VANET. In the current VANET, IEEE 802.11i is used to provide secure data communication between the vehicle and infrastructure. However, since the 4-way handshake procedure reply when the vehicle handover to another RSU/AP, IEEE 802.11i increases the communication overhead and latency. The proposed scheme using non-interactive key distribution algorithm of Identity-based cryptography provided session key generation and exchange without message exchange and reduced communication overhead and latency than the IEEE 802.11i.
