  • Recently, according to era of Internet of Things was opened, various mobile devices connected to the internet using wireless communication. Many IoT devices have limited communication performance. Thus, these devices efficiently forward data using an abbreviated ID method. However, movement of devices causes abbreviated ID confliction, and These conflict degraded network performance. Therefore it is important management of ID conflict. In this paper, we proposed an abbreviated ID conflict management method to improve the efficiency of communication in the dynamic IoT network.

  • Zigbee, which was a representative standard technology for dealing low energy and mesh networks in large deployment area such as smart home, smart building, and massive sensor networks, has been developed and deployed for increasing communication area by using Ad hoc method. It has been originally developed based on IEEE 802.15.4 standard so every node needs 48bit unique address defined by IEEE. However, it is absolutely inefficient to assign an unique address to every communication node where it would be deployed through large-scale network area, e.g., smart lighting and massive sensor networks, because there could be variously multiple companies to deploy network infrastructure and they could have different policy to assign node ID. To prevent the problem, this paper proposes a method of dynamic PANID assignment in overall Personal Coordinators, and also proposes a method for addressing PANID conflict problem which could be derived from dynamic PANID assignment.

  • In the RFID system, the reader transmits a query message to tags in order to identify a unique ID of tags within its detection range. The procedures for arbitrating a collision is essential because the multiple tags can response simultaneously in the same to the query of the Reader. This procedure is known as conflict resolution algorithm and it is a key technology in the RFID system. In this paper, we proposed a variable bits M-ary QT algorithm based on Manchester coding techniques. The proposed algorithm use the location information of the collision bits in the reader and tags. The proposed algorithm can reduce the number of the query-response cycle because it is capable of recognizing discontinuous bits and a variable number of bits. From computer simulation, the proposed method give better performance than the conventional M-ary QT techniques in terms of response, recognition efficiency, communication overhead.

  • The spread of wireless Internet technology development and applications with location information in the form of location-based services are becoming more diverse. In particular, where you recognize the location of objects such as people and things and to provide valuable services based on the ubiquitous and location-based services are emerging as an important service. The collision between the vehicle position measurement in this thesis and offers related service system. Used in the proposed system, the GPS PACKET with information about the location and time of collision for the vehicle crash, the vehicle consists of a NodeID. Cause a conflict between these data at the vehicle, the vehicle through the gateway from the server to decide whether to go on to determine that an emergency situation, Emergency Center, the location information and giving information about whether the conflict is measured. Also, for such an emergency, such as a family on the outside of the wireless terminal related to Wireless (PDA, Phone) is to let me know. The server to want to save the crash information to the database of configuration. Additionally, the proposed U-LBS system to verify the validity of the experiment was performed.

  • The spread of wireless Internet technology development and applications with location information in the form of location-based services are more varied. In particular, where you recognize the location of objects such as people and things, and to provide valuable services based on ubiquitous, location-based services (Ubiquitous Location Based Services: u-LBS) is emerging as an important service. In this paper precise location data to the car crash through the location and offers related service system. In this paper the precise location tracking proposed by the concept of the Rail, road, to extract the location Data Matching Data and the current location is obtained. System used in GPS Packet and information about the location of the vehicle collision and the collision time, the vehicle consists of NodeID is about. Using these data, a packet is to be created when the conflict between vehicles in the vehicle will be sent to Gateway. Gateway to the packets that were sent from the Server to determine whether the conflict is that in an emergency situation, Emergency Center for location information and let me know whether or not the conflict will be measured. Also, for those on the outside of an emergency such as a family related to the wireless terminal wireless (PDA, cell phone) is to let me know. Server get into the conflict that was configured to store information on the Database. Additionally, the proposed u-LBS system to verify the validity of the experiment was performed.

  • It was emphasized that national electronic identification card system should be a prerequisite for the entire administrative services. Furthermore, the government so designed the plan on the assumption of national electronic identification card system that it could manage services for the public, elections, and most of decision-making processes. Nevertheless, national electronic identification card system has drifted for a fairly long time without being institutionalized. On the basis of the policy examples, this study tries to examine the process and discuss on what elements of conflict have been shown. Though it is all water under the bridge, it is thought that, when the new policy emerges in the future, recurrent failures can be reduced by a case study like this.

  • This study aims to explore the implications of the 2019 European Parliament elections. Existing studies show that European elections serve as secondary elections dominated by domestic issues. However, the 2019 European elections have highlighted pan-European issues such as the Brexit negotiations and the rise of far-right populism, with voter turnout also rising sharply to 50.62%, which is the highest record since the 2000s. There was also a significant change in the number of parliamentary seats held by each political group. First, the European People's Party(EPP) and the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats(S&D), which had hitherto led the European Parliament, failed to achieve a majority. Second, the number of seats won by Renew Europe, a new liberal-centrist group, was considerably high. Third, the far-right groups organized a full-fledged political force by rallying around the Identity and Democracy(ID) group. The rise of liberal-centrism can be explained as a reaction to the popularity of anti-European populism. Renew Europe's emphasis on open-market competition has created a different issue, especially since the center-left and center-right groups have stressed on the need for state intervention in employment, welfare, security and immigration control. Along with far-right populism, liberal centrism has also reshuffled Europe's political cleavage, and the conflict between 'liberalism' and 'protectionism' has become more evident in the European Parliament.
