A framework for supporting auto-configuration and integration of location sensors (센서들의 시스템으로의 통합과 자동설정을 지원하는 프레임워크)

  • 본 연구에서 소개하는 프레임워크는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 위치센서가 새롭게 배치 될 때, 그 위치센서를 위치관리자(location manager)에 통합시키고, 통합에 필요한 설정을 지원한다. 그 프레임워크는 (1) 사용자를 위해 설치 및 설정에 대한 복잡성을 줄여줘야 하며, (2) 통합에 필요한 여러 설정을 다루어야 하고, (3) 다양한 종류의 센서배치를 지원할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 프레임워크는 센서에서 최소한의 설정을 가지고 위치 관리자로의 통합을 지원한다. 또한 통합에 필요한 설정으로 변환행렬(transformation matrix)과 식별자(adapter ID)를 다룬다. 마지막으로 센서의 타입을 분류하여 그것에 맞는 설정 및 통합을 지원 한다.

  • The scope ID field of IPv6 multicast address indicates the zone of the destination for which a multicast traffic is intended. Without any further examination on the header field, the scope ID enables a router to determine whether the traffic will be forwarded to a subnet or not. For the graceful migration from IPv4 networks to IPv6 networks, various IPv6 applications working through IPv4 networks are indispensable during the migration period. This paper describes development of an interactive remote lecture system providing service integration on voice, image, and data of teaching materials. Access right to the network for dialog among multicast group members is controlled via additional TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) session. A jitter buffer algorithm was implemented to improve the voice communication jitters.

  • The importance of protection for data and information is increasing by the rapid development of information communication and network. And concern of the private-information protection is increasing for the requested user's demand. Analysis of unknown signal characteristics is importance for the safe system maintenance from hacker and cracker. Detected target of unknown signals is virus, inner invader and outer invader, etc. Because existed unknown signal detection method exist individually for the virus, inner invader and outer invader system performance is very lower and system cost is very much. Therefore, in this paper proposed merging IDS system performs detection for virus, inner intrusion and outer intrusion method. Design of the proposed system is used Synopsys Ver. 1999.10 and VHDL coding. The proposed IDS system is practical in the system performance and cost for the individually existed IDS, and proposed IDS system utilized a part of system resources.

  • 원자력 발전소 정보 관리 시스템인 GPM 시스템에서 원자력 발전소 유지보수 프로세스에서 발생하는 도면, 문서 등 데이터와 비즈니스 프로세스를 모델링한 데이터 모델을 범용 제품 모델 (GPM, Generic Product Model) 클래스 라이브러리에 통합하였다. 이를 통해 제시하는 표준 데이터 모델은 지능적 P&ID 시스템의 기본 데이터 모델로 사용될 수 있으며, 이를 기반으로 향후에는 지식화된 정보 서비스 제공이 가능하게 된다.

  • National Knowledge and Information Resources of KADO(Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity and Promotion) were distributed to the several data centers. The metadata for the resources was the conceptual level recommended standard. It was not for the integration, but the retrieval. So it is not easy to integrate to the central metadata DB or connect metadata among the data centers. In this paper, we analysed the metadata of the several data centers and provided the integrated standard model for the central metadata DB.

  • As digital environment rapidly changes, various identification infrastructures have been introduced. It inevitably caused the Interoperability issue between the identifiers. Especially, Interoperability issue between the same kinds of identifiers raised the problems such as decreasing usefulness and cost overhead for making bridge system. In this paper, we resolve this issue by suggesting ID mashup service based on XRI. Although both UCI and ICN are the dominant identification infrastructures in the soundsource domain, the modification of identifiers or the requirement of complex system are essential for Interoperability. The ID mashup service suggested in the paper is able to provide interoperable functions to outer world without modifying the structures and resolution service of both identification infrastructures.

  • This paper introduces technical methods to improve the accessibility and usability of a WebRTC video conference (VC) application. Simplified login is essential, by applying such as single sign-on (SSO) to improve the accessibility of VC applications. High usability and manageability are also necessary to attract more users, enhance user experiences, and save service management cost. The proposed VC application leverages SAML-based federated identity management (FIM) to enable higher service accessibility. Users can access the application with their organizational ID and SSO authentication. The FIM eases user ID management and indirectly strengthens privacy information protection. Proposed web application has high usability and manageability because users and/or administrators can easily create, join, monitor, or tear down VC sessions through RESTful web service (REST API). We verify the feasibility of the VC application after illustrating the SAML-based identity federation and the designed REST API.

  • CTI(Computer and Telephony Integration) 기술이 1970년대 처음 선 보인 이래, 정보통신 기술의 눈부신 발전과 함께 그 인기가 날로 높아져 가고 있다. 정보기술(Information Technology)의 발전으로 향상된 컴퓨터의 기능을 활용한 다양한 서비스가 출현하면서 고객과 기업간의 상호 접촉이 증가되고 있다. 과거의 CTI기술은 Inbound 위주의 Voice and Call Communication 만을 위한 소극적인 개념이었으나, 현재의 대 다수의 기업들은 좀더 발전된 CTI 기술을 활용하고 있다. 최근 들어 기업간의 경쟁이 치열해지고 고객에 대한 우위를 높이기 위해 새로운 돌파구가 필요했다. 이에 대한 경영 솔루션으로, 인터넷 환경을 통합한 CITI(Computer and Internet Telephony Integration)와 eCRM 개념을 활용한 시스템의 사용으로 질 높은 서비스와 매출증대, 경비절감 등과 같은 경쟁력을 개선시킬 수 있었다. 본 논문은 CTI 기술과 CRM 개념을 활용한 시스템을 설계 구현하였다 이는, 전화의 호 전송, 호수신, 호 전달 등의 기능과 CTI 와 사설교환기(PBX)의 링크를 통합한 시스템이다. 제안된 시스템은 콜센터(Call Center)나 기타 고객의 접촉이 집중된 기업에 응용 되도록 설계되었다.

A Study on the Information Modeling of Defense R&D Process Using IDEF Methodology (IDEF 방법론을 이용한 국방 연구개발 프로세스의 정보모델링 연구)

  • IDEF(Integrated Definition) method, a standard methodology of CALS process modelling, was applied to the weapon system R&D process to provide information modelling by analysing about goal, input, output and constraints in the R&D process. The information to be managed in R&D institutes was identified by using SmartER which is the automation program of IDEF1/1X and obtained information modelling for TO-BE model. The work process of weapon system R&D consists of the concept study phase, the exploration development phase, the system development phase, the prototype manufacturing phase, and the report writing of R&D results phase. The information modelling of weapon system R&D is the R&D work process with information sharing by means of IWSDB Since IDEF is suitable for large scale system development like weapon system R&D, further studies on IDEF would be required to achieve the goal of defense CALS.

A Study on Metadata Formats for Integration of Cultural Contents (문화콘텐츠 통합을 위한 메타데이터 포맷 연구)

  • Recently, the organizations related to cultural contents are gradually expanding access to cultural contents for general public through the distributed network. However, since cultural contents have different characteristics than general contents, the objects, the of cultural contents seldom contain the words generally used for organization and search of information. If the cultural contents system is created without any consideration of such differences. We cannot effectively identify and search resources. Moreover, because the names, expressions and meanings are different between metadata elements of various cultural contents, it is very difficult to interconnect or share information between different systems. In order to solve these problems, proper organization ad management of metadata is vital. In this studym we have comparatively analyzed the data elements of each format based on Dublin Core, EAD, VRA, CDWA, CIMI, and Object ID, the metadata formats approached from various aspects in the cultural contents area. Through this study, we tried to provide the basic materials for integration of cultural contents by securing interoperability of different metadata formats.
