Intelligent devices using ICT technology have been introduced in the field of construction machinery to improve productivity and stability. Among the intelligent devices, Machine Guidance is a device that provides real-time posture, location, and work range to drivers by installing various sensors, controllers, and satellite navigation systems on construction machines. Conversely, the efficiency of equipment that requires location information, such as machine guidance, will be greatly reduced in buildings, and tunnels in the GPS blind spots. Thus, the other high-precision positioning technologies are required in the GPS blind spot zone. In this study, we will develop a relative position measurement system that provides precise location information such as construction machinery and robots in a local area where the GPS reception is difficult. A relative position measurement system tracks a marker in the form of a sphere installed on a vehicle by using the image base tracking technology, and measures the distance and direction information to the marker to calculate a position.

Developing a machine learning model and putting it into production goes through a number of steps. Automated Machine Learning(AutoML) appeared to increase productivity and efficiency by automating inefficient tasks that occur while repeating this process whenever machine learning is applied. The high degree of automation of AutoML models allows non-experts to use machine learning models and techniques without the need to become machine learning experts. Automating the process of applying machine learning end-to-end with AutoML models has the added benefit of creating simpler solutions, generating these solutions faster, and often generating models that outperform hand-designed models. In this paper, the AutoML data is collected and AutoML's Color Petri net model is created and analyzed based on it.

A smart factory is defined as a cutting-edge, intelligent factory that integrates all production processes from product planning to sales with information and communication technology. Through these factories, each company produces customized products with minimal cost and time. The smart factory promotion project in Korea has produced positive results even in difficult environments such as the COVID-19 situation. Through the transition to a smart manufacturing production system, the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses has been greatly strengthened, including increased productivity and reduced costs. This study was based on surveyed data conducted by organizations related to smart factory promotion in 2020. Significant contents and major characteristics that emerged from the surveyed data were inferred and described. Since the meaningful contents reflect the reality of the company, more efficient promotion of smart factories will be possible in the future.

This study was conducted to derive the site index of forest productivity of Robinia pseudoacacia (honey plant) to characterize suitable planting sites and to investigate the effect of the site environmental factors on the site index using the quantification theory I method. The data used in the analysis were growth factors (stand age, dominant height, etc.) of the 6th national forest resources survey and various site environmental factors of a forest soil map (1:5,000). The average site index value of the R. pseudoacacia stand in Korea was 14 (range, 8 to 18). The environmental factors affecting the site index were parent rock, climatic zone, soil texture, local topography, and altitude. The accuracy of the estimation model using quantification theory I was only 33%. However, the correlation between the site index and the site environmental factors was statistically significant at the 1% level. Results of quantification analysis between site index and site environmental factors revealed that metamorphic and igneous rocks received high grades as parent rocks, climate zones received higher grades than central temperate zone, clay loam and silt loam received high grades in soil texture, and hillside received a high grade in local topography. Analysis of the partial correlation between site topographical factors and forest productivity (site index) found that soil class and altitude were partially correlated to x by 0.4129 and 0.4023, respectively, indicating that these factors are the most influential variables.
Using information and communication technologies, many firms have increased their productivity. In resource based view, practical use of information and communication technologies is a process of increasing competitive advantage in uncertain environment. However, use of new information and communication technologies does not surely improve the productivity and work efficiency, but sometimes could be a factor to hinder firm performance. Technostress means adverse effect occurring in which the user of new information and communication technologies does not adapt to environment of new technologies. That is, Technostress is a negative impact resulted from using information and communication technologies. This study investigated the effect of technostress on counter-productivity. Unlike the previous studies, this study was made with the survey for firm employees of Daegu region, and both counter-productive work behavior and innovation resistance were used in this study. The empirical result means that technostress positively affects both counter-productive work behavior and innovation resistance. Because technostress increases both counter-productive work behavior and innovation resistance, systematic management for firm employees is needed in time adopting information and communication technologies.

Plant factory was started in Europe in the 1960. Thanks to the development of seeds science, nutrient study, environment control technology and automated systems, it has developed into the form of full artificial light system. In recent years, productivity of plant factory has increased with the convergence of ICT. An interest in plant factory has increased with several outstanding achievements. However, the plant factory industry is still stuck at an introductory stage and government investment has been reduced. In order to verify the feasibility of the plant factory, we conducted a survey targeting experts in politics, R&D and business field. We analyze the feasibility of investment in plant factory and strategies to enhance the competitiveness of plant factory.

In the existing ICT technique, the mounted electronic devices on the printed circuit board are tested whether the devices are good or not by comparing and measuring the value of the devices after separating the devices to be tested from around it based on the guarding method. But, in case that resistance, inductor and capacitor are configured as a parallel circuit on the circuit pattern, values for each device can not be measured because the total impedance value of the parallel circuit is measured. Accordingly, it is impossible to test whether the parallel circuit is good or not in case that the measured impedance value is within the tolerance error. Also, it is difficult to identify that which device among R, L and C of the parallel circuit is bad in case that the measured impedance value is out of the tolerance error. Accordingly, this paper proposes a test method which can enhance the quality and productivity by separating and measuring accurately R, L and C components from the RLC parallel circuits on the device-mounted printed circuit board. First, the RLC parallel circuit to be test is separated electrically from around it using three-terminal guarding technique. And then R, L and C values are computed based on the total impedance values and phase angles between voltage and current of the parallel circuit measured from two AC input signals with other frequency, Finally, the availability and accuracy of the proposed test method is verified by reviewing the simulation results.

Recently, the industrial field has been changed to the smart factory system based on information and communication technology (ICT) in order to improve productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. The most important machine to realize the smart factory is the AGV(automatic guided vehicle) and the adoption of AGV is increasing. Generally, AGV is developed using general purpose PLC(Programmable Logic controller), but the price of AGV is expensive and its volume is large. On the other hand, the industrial field due to space constraints in the workplace is required the low cost AGV which can be minimization, expansion of function, and easily reconfiguration. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, this study is proposed a design method of AGV controller with built-in PLC, and evaluated its performance. In the results of the experimentation, it showed good performance (speed control error = 0.021[m/s], posture control error=2.1[mm]) for the speed and posture control. In this way, when applying the proposed AGV controller in this study to the industrial filed, it is possible to reduce the size and reconfigure at low cost.

Recently, manufacturing companies are introducing many intelligent production processes that apply IIoT/ICT to improve competitiveness, and a system that maintains availability, improves productivity, and optimizes management costs is needed as a preventive measure using environmental data generated from air ejectors. Therefore, in this study, a dedicated control board was developed and LoRa communication module was applied to remotely control it to collect and manage information about compressors from cloud servers and to ensure that all operators and administrators utilize common data in real time. This dramatically reduced M/S steps, increased system operational availability, and reduced local server operational burden. It dramatically reduced maintenance latency by sharing system failure conditions and dramatically improved cost and space problems by providing real-time status detection through wired and mobile utilization by maintenance personnel.
