The article highlights the educational potential of information and communication technologies in the study of philological disciplines in higher education institutions. The study aims to analyze the didactic potential of ICT in the study of philological disciplines, as well as to check the scientific hypothesis that the use of ICT in HEIs in the study of philological disciplines will intensify and enhance the effectiveness of the learning process. To confirm the validity of the hypothesis, experimental testing was carried out and the results are illustrated in the article. The above-mentioned goal of the study determined the use of theoretical and empirical methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, and systematization of pedagogical and scientific-methodological literature to clarify the state of research problem development and to identify pedagogical foundations on which the process of ICT use is based, comparison and prediction; questioning and testing of educational process participants to understand the effectiveness of ICT use in their training in HEIs. The research results showed positive changes in all analyzed criteria in the experimental group, which is due to the introduction of additional ICT tools into the educational process of the mentioned group. The scientific novelty of the study consists in highlighting the main characteristics and didactic functions of ICT in the learning process of philological students; in covering the classification of ICT, ICT tools, and typology of training sessions using ICT in the study of philological disciplines. In the conclusion it is summarized that the introduction of modern ICT in the educational process allows intensifying the learning process, implementation of a variety of ideas, increases the pace of classes and material assimilation, influencing the motivation for learning, increases the amount of independent work of students.

The Knowledge Transfer (KT) for higher education institutions (HEIs) is boundless. Still and all, the members of the staff affiliated with these institutions do recognize an array of hitches in relation to KT practices. The study in question underscores social interactions, training, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as the primary barriers and treats them as the independent variables of the study. The study posits that inadequate management of the above-mentioned barriers would impact effective KT unfavorably. Besides, putting forth some striking solutions needed to fix the obstructions that hamper the adequate management of the KT exercises is another aim of the study. For data collection purposes, the study picks out higher education institutions (public) of the Quetta district. The reckoned sample size is 317 subjects. The research type that has been used is cross-sectional research and, in this context, the cross-sectional explanatory sequential design has been used. Concerning the findings of the paper, the results of PLS-SEM show positive and significant relationships of social interaction and training with knowledge transfer, while ICT shows an insignificant positive relationship with the knowledge transfer. The most influencing factor for the knowledge transfer is social interaction as suggested by social interaction theory.

In the course of this article, the concept of "innovation" was considered and analyzed, which is considered not only as a subject, something new, but also as a process. The process of introducing something new into life, and in our case, into the educational process. Innovative educational technologies are varied and plentiful. In this article, the most commonly used. Among them: the use of ICT, game techniques, the portfolio method, personality-oriented, information support of the learning process, educational and health-saving technologies, and others.

Recently, Open Course Ware service area which offers free lecture materials has been steadily growing. This change comes from a paradigm shift of education service caused by the progress of ICT and a role change of consumers. Knowledge creation from higher educational institutions is slow compared to change of society. Therefore, consumers escape from one-sided education, and perform a new role of knowledge generation. Nevertheless, there is not much of academic research of Open Course Ware. Consequently, the paper is dedicated to empirical study on effect of perceived value, information system quality and brand trust on intention to continuous use. As implications for the research, as a practical point of view, the results-an economic side that offers contents for free of charge, a contents side that is fresh, various and substantial, a systematic side that makes customers to use the system easily, a service side which takes charge of customers support and brand trust affect satisfaction and intention to continuous use - can be used for establishment of executive strategies.

본 연구는 미국 온라인 대출 플랫폼의 고객 데이터를 분석하여 중저신용자가 금융시장 내에서 겪는 차별적 대우를 실증적으로 규명한다. 이 연구는 오픈소스 캐글(Kaggle) 플랫폼 내 랜딩 클럽 금융사의 2007~2020년 기간 약 293만 건의 금융 데이터를 사용하여, 특히 신용점수가 낮은 씬파일러 대출자들이 더 높은 이자율로 대출을 받고 있음을 밝혀냈다. 이러한 차별적 대우는 금융 포용성을 저하시키며 사회적 불평등을 심화시킬 가능성을 시사한다. 본 연구를 통해 금융시장에서의 불평등 문제를 실질적으로 드러낸 점이 중요한 의의로 주목되며, 분석결과를 바탕으로 모든 고객에게 합리적인 금융 접근성을 보장할 수 있을 것이다. 아울러 지속가능한 금융 포용성을 강화할 수 있는 구체적인 방안과 함께 금융기관의 사회적 책임을 강화하는 방향으로의 전환을 제안하였다.

전 세계적으로 COVID-19의 초유 사태로 온라인 교육은 언택트 시대의 필수 요소로 자리 잡았고 4차 산업혁명시대에 맞는 다양한 콘텐츠와 시스템 변화에 대한 중요성도 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 대학에서도 ICT 기술의 접목과 새로운 시스템 설계, 구현을 위해 노력하는 상황이지만 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템 구축 관련 인식과 분위기는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 업무 특성과 규모를 구분하여 "국내 사이버대학교 클라우드 컴퓨팀 시스템 구축"성공 요인의 중요도 분석을 조직 및 개인의 차원을 고려하여 중요도 우선순위를 도출하여 분석하고자한다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 관련 지식이 있는 전문가 설문을 통해 선행연구와 모형들 중에서 14개의 중요 요인을 도출하였다. AHP를 이용하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템 구축 성공 요인들에 대하여 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 성공 요인은 고등교육 기관뿐만 아니라 공공 정보시스템의 민간 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템 구축 성공을 위한 요인 도출에 목적을 두고 체계적인 전략 수립의 기반 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.
