최근 제조업 방식의 진화에 따라 다품종 대량 생산 방식의 디지털 제조(Digital Fabrication)가 새롭게 등장하였다. 디지털 제조의 등장 배경은 오픈소스 하드웨어의 등장, 온라인 커뮤니티의 활성화, 3D 프린터와 같은 디지털 제조 기계의 등장에 있으며, 선진국들을 중심으로 소비자의 구매력 향상과 자아실현 욕구의 상승 또한 주요한 배경이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털 제조의 핵심으로 떠오르고 있는 ICT DIY의 개념 및 주요 현황에 대한 국내외 기술 동향 등을 살피고 나아갈 ICT DIY 표준화 및 정책방향에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

지난 수십년간 의료기기는 비약적인 발전을 거듭하며 의료서비스에 이바지하여 왔다. 최근의 기술동향으로는ICT(Information and Communication Technology) 기술의 발전이 전통적인 진단과 치료 방법에서 새로운 의료서비스의 형태로 진화를 유도하고 있다. ICT 기술과 의료기기의 융합을 통하여 진단, 치료, 의료정보화 및 개인건강관리 분야에 이르기 까지 신속하고 정확하고 효율적인 의료서비스 개선을 추구하고 있다. 인구의 고령화, 만성질환자 증가, 의료비상승, 의료진의 부족이 예상되는 미래환경에서 ICT 기술의 기여도는 점점 더 커질 것이다. 전세계적인 정보통신망 인프라의 활성화와 개인용 스마트 디바이스의 보급으로 정보와 기기에 대한 접근성이 훨씬 용이해지고 웰빙에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 개인 건강관리에 대한 서비스 요구가 높아지고 있다. ICT 종주국으로서 의료기기 산업에서도 국내기업의 활약을 기대하며 ICT 융합 의료기기의 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

Convergence is now the trend of knowledge information society. Information technology and knowledge transfer are main sources of convergence. There are many articles which studied outcomes of convergence while there are few articles that try to study the process of convergence. The purpose of this study is to investigate how convergence is dynamically formalized. For the analysis, we used Institutional Analysis and Development(IAD) framework from the point of convergence. IAD framework could synthetically study the origin and the process of convergence. We investigated the case of sillicon valley whether or not dynamics of ICT convergence could be explicable by IAD framework. The results shows that ICT technology and knowledge could be the enabler for the formation of convergence. ICT technology accelerates convergence and knowledge convergence from information converge different technologies and industries. This article provides a theoretical foundation for future research to analyze dynamics of ICT convergence by the IAD framework. For the future work, it is recommended that a study is to be empirically analyzed the dynamics of ICT convergence.

2020년 5세대 이동통신 상용화를 목표로 중국, 일본, 유럽 등 주요국은 기술, 표준화, 시장 주도를 위해 경쟁적으로 연구 개발 및 투자를 본격화하고 있다. 우리나라도 국가 성장동력을 창출해온 이동통신분야에서 새로운 기술 진화 및 혁신으로 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 5G를 10대 ICT기술로 선정하고, 도전적 R&D 추진 계획을 수립하였다. 이에 본고에서는 이동통신 시장 및 표준화 현황을 살펴보고, 미래부의 'ICT R&D 중장기 전략' 및 '5G 이동통신 추진계획'에 따른 5G 중장기 목표 및 '14년도 신규과제 기획방향에 대해 알아본다.

현대인의 집밖 스마트 ICT 디바이스의 요구성능은 휴대 용이성, 끊김 없는 통신채널 확보, 저전력 소모, 편리한 UI, 다양한 기능의 통합제공, 필요한 기능의 손쉬운 추가 및 삭제 등이며, 이런 요구에 충족하기 위해서 HW는 경박단소, 고성능 및 저전력 소모 등으로, SW는 개방형 앱 스토어를 통한 기능추가로 진화하였고, 이를 포함하는 디바이스로는 스마트폰, 테블릿 PC가 대표적이다. 집안의 스마트 ICT 디바이스의 요구성능은 집밖 ICT 디바이스 성능을 포함하면서, 어떤 디바이스에서든 끊김없는 콘텐츠 및 데이터 수집과 이동성, 그리고 아직 정의되지 않은 미래 추가기능의 실행 가능성 등이며 이를 위해 STB(Set Top Box), IPTV, 미디어허브, SmarTV 등 다양한 디바이스가 혁신적인 변모를 준비하고 있다. 본고에서는 집안 ICT 디바이스 혁신의 결과물을 디지털 미디어 허브라 명명하고, 이를 지향하고 있는 후보군 디바이스 들의 동향을 살펴보며, 디지털 미디어 허브로의 신속한 변모를 위해 필요한 연구 개발 방안으로 플랫폼기반의 SW-SoC(System On a Chip) 개발 기술을 소개하고자 한다.

Nobody deny that Machine Tool has leaded to the development of mechanical technology as it is known for long time. According to this, it has always been changed newly by appling advanced technology. This paper introduces the evolution history of machine tools and describes how the ICT is applied to develop a new type of machine tool. For that, it has been shown what kind of elementary technologies are required. The future vision has also been concluded in this paper.

Recently information industry has developed from IT into ICT. Among ICT area, M2M is evolving into IoT. As progress is being made in the IoT industry, people continue to try converging the IoT and other industries. One good example of such convergence is with sports industry. In this paper, we perform information analysis centered at keyword as a basic research for development of advanced leisure sports industry integrated with the IoT.
