Implication analysis through exploring the current status of digital literacy education by country (국가별 디지털 리터러시 교육 현황 탐색 및 시사점 분석)

  • The 2022 revised curriculum emphasized basic literacy, which consists of language, numeracy, and digital literacy. This digital literacy is being presented in the curriculum as a goal for cultivating digital literacy in various countries. Therefore, this study looked at the curriculum of countries with high digital literacy among students. And PISA 2018 data analysis was conducted on ICT elements of students by country. Specifically, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed for each ICT element for country-by-country comparison. As a result, when organizing the curriculum related to digital literacy, it is necessary to organize it earlier than the present time. In addition, it was found that it was necessary to consider the contents to increase the usability in school.

  • ICT 교육의 소양교육과정 부분에서 초등학교 컴퓨터 용어교육이 절실히 요구된다. 초등학교 컴퓨터 용어교육은 ICT 소양교육의 바탕이기 때문이다. 특히, 기존의 컴퓨터 용어 사전은 성인들을 대상으로 한 것이어서 초등학생의 특성에 맞게 분류하고 정의한다. 초등학교 컴퓨터 용언의 분류는 제 7차 교육과정에서 정의하는 ICT 단계와 영역에 맞게 한다. 초등학교 컴퓨터 용어의 정의는 초등학생의 특성을 고려하여 구체성의 원리, 경험성의 원리, 현실성의 원리, 동기유발의 원리에 맞게 한다. 이에 따른 분류와 정의를 통해 몇 가지 용어를 예시적으로 정의한다. 이상과 같은 분류와 정의에 의해 초등학교 컴퓨터 용어는 초등학생들이 쉽게 이해하여 ICT 소양교육의 질은 저절로 높아질 것이다.

A Study on the Development of ICT Curriculum for Private Security Workers (민간경비 종사자의 ICT직무교육과정 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study developed the ICT curriculum focusing on apartment security guards and analyzed the actual application results. We developed the educational contents and it designed ICT job courseware for elder education by considering and that designed in consideration of the computer attitudes and physical and cognitive characteristics of the elderly. The educational program was applied to the experimental group and the satisfaction and the educational effect were analyzed through the pre and post test results. As a result of the analysis, the satisfaction level of the education program was higher than the average of 4.00 points. The elderly informal education program was examined by using the qualitative assessment test tool before and after the application of the education program. Internet self-efficacy of experiment group, improvement of internet utilization ability, usage of internet use, personal information willingness, life correction, elimination of conflict among generations, self-confidence, and internet stress increased statistically significantly. These results suggest that the "Private Expense ICT Job Training" program developed in this study can be effective for elderly informatization and can be applied to other elderly education programs and contribute to promotion.

  • 체계적인 교육과정의 부재로 인한 학교 현장의 파행적 운영과 컴퓨터를 타 교과의 효율적 학습을 위한 도구로만 인식하는 활용 위주의 컴퓨터 교육은 정보 소양을 등한시 하는 결과를 낳았다. 미국, 프랑스, 영국, 일본 등 교육 선진국은 활용을 위한 컴퓨터교육 뿐 아니라 체계적인 정보 소양 교육을 실시하고 있고 현재 많은 현장의 초등 교사들도 정보 소양 교육의 체계적인 교육 과정의 필요성을 느끼고 있으며 현장에서 초등학생들에게 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 컴퓨터 교육 내용을 원하고 있다. 정보화 사회에서 초등학생에 맞는 교육 내용의 구성은 컴퓨터의 바른 인식과 그 과정에서 얻어질 논리적인 사고력의 자연적 학습이 가능 할 것이며 정보화 시대의 요구에 부응하는 인간 형성에 기여 할 것이다. 그러므로 정보화 시대를 살아갈 우리 아동들에게 초등 컴퓨터 교육의 올바른 방향은 정보 소양 중심의 컴퓨터 교육 과정으로 체계적인 교육과정과 교과로서의 독립적인 운영과 초등 수준에 맞는 교육 내용의 구성이다.

Development and Application of ICT Teaching Learning Material for Physical Education Applied to the Inquiry Learning Model (탐구 학습 모형을 적용한 체육과 ICT활용 교수 학습 과정안 개발 및 적용)

  • This study proposes to develop an ICT teaching learning material for physical education based on the inquiry learning model, and to verify its efficiency by applying that material. Departing from the conventional simple applications of ICT, this paper studies ICT applications based on a 'learning model' with specific teaching-learning processes and methods in order to achieve the greatest effect for the final learning objective. This study reconstructed an inquiry-teaching-learning model for track and field and gymnastics lessons to fit ICT teaching-learning material, defined at each level with a process model; and developed a feasible curriculum. The developed material was applied to the 5th grade lessons. The result of this application indicated increased efficiency in the teaching-learning objectives, inducing interest in learning as well as in other technical or functional aspects.

  • The present study attempted to explore the possibility of improvement of the computer education curriculum in graduate school of education in Korea. This study compared the computer education curriculum in graduate school of education in Korea with the ICT PGCE in the UK. The results of the study are as follows: All 5graduate school of education regarded their role as producers of teachers and teacher re-trainers. It is necessary to identify characteristic educational curriculum by their different role. The courses for subject content were more important than those for subject pedagogy. The subject pedagogy such as teaching and learning theories related to the computer education should be selected more frequently as the subject content. The course mainly consisted of only four weeks field experience. For potential computer teachers, it should be emphasized to practice fields works in schools.

  • This study analyzes a phenomenon observed in the problem-solving process using ICT that field learners prioritize functional and logical fields. The purpose of this study is to anticipate the future direction of education utilizing ICT and to explore what effort is needed to increase balanced ability of utilizing ICT in the area of education. To analyze the patterns of ICT usage in education, students were asked to solve the problems including functional and logical requests by using the program of framing document. That results were marked in accordance with standards framed in both functional and logical fields. As a result, students utilized the ICT functional field more than logical one. Therefore, we confirm learning through ICT is more effective on functional sides than on logical sides. We also confirm the excellency of ICT's functional sides in such variables as major, grade, computer capability and qualification, etc.

  • Recently, many advanced countries have used original ICT tools in their educational courses. But Korea didn't have any effective origin ICT tools in our mathematical education, compared with other countries which have developed various tools, for examples, Web-Mathematica and HP Calculator. Although we have the advanced IT environment, the educational environments in mathematics using ICT seems to be not promising. In this paper, we suggest a new mathematics education tools in ICT and the internet environments in Korea, and a teaching and studyingmodel for the teachers, students and classrooms. It is based on the Sage-Math and RPG. Sage-Math which is the software based on the web and RPG(Random Problem Generator) will give a good answer for the future of Korean mathematics ICT education.

  • 본 연구에서는 제7차 교육과정에 의하여 발행된 수학I 교과서의 통계단원에 수록된 ICT 소재에 대하여 활용성 및 접근용이성의 측면에서 분석하였다. 즉 각 교과서에 소개된 모든 컴퓨터 프로그램을 실행 시켜 보았으며 그 내용 및 활용의 용이성을 분석하고 소개된 사이트의 폐쇄 여부와 학생들의 활용 가능성에 관하여 조사하였다. 이와 같은 교과서의 비교분석을 통하여 통계 단원의 보완점을 모색하고, 교육현장에서 기본 자료로서 활용하도록 하였다.

  • 2005년 12월 개정된 정보통신기술교육 지침에 따르면 컴퓨터의 과학적인 요소를 '정보처리이해' 단계에서 도입하였다. 자료구조와 알고리즘, 프로그래밍의 기초를 교육하도록 개정하였는데 현장 교사들이 그 내용을 잘 이해하지 못하고 있어 교육하기에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 '정보처리이해' 과정을 가르치는데 도움이 되는 구체적인 웹문서를 검색 수집 정리 분류하여 ICT교사들에게 제공한다. 또한 ICT교사들이 참조한 웹문서에 대해 활용도를 평가하고 높은 점수의 웹문서를 상위에 링크시키는 다이나믹한 랭킹 시스템에 관한 설계이다.
