Recently, the platforms for open science are being developed for helping researchers and scientists who are interested in convergence studies. This paper is focused on deriving a design method for an integrated architecture for knowledge infrastructure in science and technology and to set up the integration level of details and association between data and services in the integrated architecture. To facilitate the open science in research lifecycle, reconstructing individual services into modular and independent function blocks needs to be reusable and interoperable. The proposed design methodology is used for manipulating a service integration for the convergence service of S&T(Science and Technology) knowledge infrastructure. It can support to seamlessly access computing resources and the research results including artifacts digitally enabled scholars, researchers, and engineers participating in multidisciplinary collaborations.

본 논문에서는 ICT 기반의 에너지 융합형 안전관리 플랫폼의 개발을 위해 필요한 국내 에너지 사용 시설의 에너지 안전관리 현황을 분석하고, 에너지 사용 밀집시설에서의 전기 및 가스 안전관리를 위한 에너지 안전관리 인프라 모델을 정의한다. 이를 기반으로 ICT 기반의 에너지 안전관리를 위한 플랫폼 참조 구조를 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 최근 몇 년 동안 스마트시티 인프라 투자가 크게 성장하였으며 글로벌 스마트 쓰레기통 시장은 성장 가능성이 높을 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 이에 발맞추어 CNN과 MQTT를 활용한 스마트 쓰레기통을 제작하였다. 쓰레기의 종류를 구별하고 해당되는 쓰레기통의 뚜껑을 골라 여는 것은 현대인의 생활에서 비효율을 야기한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 CNN을 통한 효율적인 분류와 MQTT를 통한 통신, 센서들을 활용한 더 나은 쓰레기 수거 방식을 제공한다. 스마트 쓰레기통으로 일상을 더욱 편하고 효율적이게 만드는 데 기여하고자 한다.

1997년부터 시작된 1단계 교육정보화 종합계획에서부터 1999년 '교육 발전 5개년 계획'에 이르기까지 정보통신기술활용교육을 위한 물적 인프라 구축에 힘써왔다. 이렇게 정보통신기술교육을 위한 물적 인프라 구축이 완료되어 있다고 하는 시기에 중요하게 점검해보아야 하는 것이 바로 교육정보화의 내용, 즉 정보통신기술교육과정이다. 본 연구자는 국가표준의 학생ICT활용능력기준(ISSS)을 분석의 틀로 설정하여 현재 강원도에서 사용되어지고 있는 정보통신기술교육과정을 위한 인정도서의 내용이 ISSS에서 제안하고 있는 교육과정에 맞게 구성되어 있는지를 살펴본 후, ISSS에서 제안하고 있는 상세화된 교육과정을 충실히 운영해 나가기 위해 기본적으로 필요한 교재 및 교구 요소들을 추출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 단위 학교에서 이러한 교재 및 교구 기준 안이 필요한지와 구비되어 있는 수줄과 수요를 설문지를 통해 확인해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구는 이후 정보통신기술활용교육을 위한 교재 및 교구 기준을 마련하는 기초 연구가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 ICT 기술 중심의 연구개발조직에서 기술혁신의 인프라로서 전략기술로드맵(STRM)의 추진에 있어 주요한 성공요인을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 전략기술로드맵의 개념과 특성을 밝히고 실제 기술개발조직에서 추진되어지는 프로세스와 실제 추진 성공요인을 조직역량이론을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이러한 이론적 연구를 통하여 전략기술로드맵 추진성공에 영향을 미치는 주요 명제들을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 기술혁신을 추구하는 연구개발조직에서는 전략기술로드맵 성공을 위한 상위경영층의 지원, 핵심기술도출 및 로드맵 추진의 적절성 및 기술정보활용을 위한 조직내 역량을 강화시켜야 함을 고찰할 수 있었다. 전략기술로드맵(STRM) 추진시 성공을 위한 제반 조직적 요인을 고찰한 본 연구는 향후 기술역량의 지속적 탐색과 활용 및 기술혁신의 인프라로서 기술로드맵을 추진하려는 연구개발 조직에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

With the development of ICT technologies, various systems and services based on data have been introduced. Also, raising the importance of technologies that provide trust to a data, infrastructure, and services. for ICT services. However, in the existing ICT service environment, there is no way to objectively judge and manage the trust of various components (content, infrastructure, process, service provider, etc) that constitute a specific service, and there is a limitation that we can only rely on the service provider's own quality standards. This paper provides requirements, functional archtecture, and procedures for providing reliable ICT services from the perspective of ITU-T international standards. Trust-enabled service provisioning adds additional functions for providing trust to existing ICT service entities (service resources, stakeholders, and users), collecting, analyzing, and providing trust related information. Therefore, a users can consider the trust of various service components based on analyzed trust information based on their trust requirements.

글로벌 ICT 산업체계에서 대만은 반도체, 부품, 제조역량에 강점이 있고 한국은 디바이스, 인프라, 콘텐츠에 강점이 있으므로 양국이 연구개발, 표준화, 산업혁신 등에서 협력한다면 서로가 윈-윈하는 결과를 만들어 낼 수 있을 것으로 보여지고, 특히 유사한 국민성, 근현대의 역사적 경험 등은 협력을 촉진할 수 있는 양념으로 작용할 것으로 생각된다.

This study aim to figure out the limitation of existing ICT SMEs technology support programs conducted by Government Funded Research Institute. To investigate the limitations of SMEs programs, we conducted Focus Group Interview(FGI) with staff in charge of R&D department of beneficiaries(ICT SMEs). The results of FGI show that SMEs have troubles with the lack of R&D manpower, R&D infrastructure and non-R&D activities. Then, we conducted Delphi survey(derived from FGI) with related field experts to ask the problems and limitations of SMEs programs. The Results of Delphi show that SMEs programs has limitations with avoiding of SMEs support staff, lack of public R&D infrastructure sharing center, incompleteness of policies. Based on the results of FGI and Delphi, we suggest the several ways to improving SMEs programs.
