Nowadays, practical use of the internet is generalized in enterprise's business management as well as individual's everyday life. Also using internet, E-trade has given the very important meaning to company which do import and export as a part for extension of more opportunities and business scopes. In this study, I examined the actual conditions of industrial frame and information level in Gwangju Chonnam areas to achieve the easy and wide using of e-trade systems. Next, I examined the present condition and problem of education systems regarding e-trade expert incubator program of Gwangju Chonnam area. Finally, this study presented the successful cooperation model of Chosun university TI center in industrial section, educational section, and government section for more effective development systems of e-trade expert incubator program.

Since the advance of WWW, internet related fields have been growing very rapidly. Especially, the development of electronic commerce ares have changed even or life style. This paper is about the design and implementation of an internet auction system, which is considered as on of the most attractive internet services. An internet auction system has more complex processes compared with other electronic commerce systems. In auction systems, bids and a successful bid are required in trading all goods. In this paper, I designed and implemented all processes of an internet auction system, in which a bid tracing systems is included for the first time. The bid tracing system is implemented using only HTTP in maintain compatibility in WWW environment. I also used th JAVA blocking concept to simulate two-way communication. The proposed system is implemented on Windows NT environment using JAVA, ASP, and the Oracle database.

In this study, I analysed the Direction of Progress for the Korean Export Insurance upon Export Support for Its Small-Middle Company, investigated Korean Export Insurance focussing on the Export Support for Its Small-Middle Company since Korea Export Insurance Coporation(KEIC)'s establishment and sought for the measures overcoming problems therewith. In my research I started from a basic model analyzing the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company using added several variables that have effect on such export relative price, world income and the amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company. As a result, amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company, world income and export relative price showed expected responses and were significant. Also world income showed expected responses but was not significant. In case of amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company was statistical significance.

Amongst 27 isolates from deteriorated leather samples, Arthrobacter creatinolyticus KP015744 zzx28 was found to be an efficient collagenase producer. Collagenase production of 13.33 µmoles/min was shown at an optimum temperature at 37℃ after 72h and at pH 7.5 by using 2 ml/dL inoculum in 10 mg/ml collagen peptide type I as a substrate. In presence of Hg²⁺, EDTA and 𝛽-mercaptoethanol the collagenase production by the isolate was strongly inhibited however Fe²⁺, Ca²⁺and DMSO enhanced production of the enzyme. Specific activity was found to be 19.46×10³ U/mg and molecular weight 66 kD by SDS PAGE. Isolate also has potential to hydrolyze keratin which is another important protein found in leather. Experimental results propose that collagenase can be effectively used as a tool for collagen and keratin rich solid waste treatment.

This paper focus on building online trust in electronic commerce between partner that have never traded with each other before, the so-called first trade situation. For this, this paper proposes the model to build trust for conduction first trade transaction in e-trade(so-ca1led Trust Matrix Model : TMM). The TMM is based on the idea that for business to business electronic trade a balance has to be found between anonymous procedural trust, i.e. procedural solutions for trust building, and personal trust based on positive past experiences within for first trade situation, because of the lack of experience in these situations. The procedural trust solutions are related in the notion of institution-based trust, because the trust in the procedural solutions depends on the trust one has in the institutions that issued or enforces the procedure. The TMM can be used as a tool to analyze and develope trust-building services to help organizations conduct first -trade electronic trade.

The Purpose of this study is to research the problems of trade restriction for an environment protection. Environmental regulation relate to trade are Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna & Flora, Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes & Their Disposal, Cartagena Protocol on Biosafty and WTO Agreement. Regulatory action for environmental protection has economics instrument, command & control, liablity, damage compensation, voluntary agreement. In the case of our country, impact of regulatory action for environmental protection is low. Because is recognized position of developing country yet. For in the balance rules of trade and enviroment, First must satisfy WTO's basic principles and principle of quantitative restrictions prohibition, Second, operation of protection action must reasonable and objective standards Third, must satisfy GATT article 20 (b) clause and (g) protestation each essential factor To grow for environment advanced country, we should do i) using of FTA ii) international cooperation strengthening for developing country position iii) construction of environment information network

This study shows how social presence(SP) dimensions influence online consumer's behavior in the social commerce(SC) context. It is expected that the results could be utilized in the development of SC websites. According to the results, the awareness and cognitive SP dimensions affected consumer trust, but affective SP did not. And then consumer trust toward SC websites as a belief affected attitude and intention of consumer. Thus, it was re-confirmed that a consecutive influential relationship in the theory of reasoned action, i.e., "belief-attitude-intention", was significant in SC context as well. Finally, it is required as a future research how to implement the awareness and cognitive SP dimensions in the SC websites.

B2C is not doing well in Asia and Pacific countries in comparison to U.S. and Europe. But there is misunderstanding of low growth of B2C electric commerce caused by cultural factor. Consumers in market are rational to decide their purchase according to total cost - market price and transaction cost. I examined this with data of Korea and U.S. Transaction cost in real market is less in Korea than in U.S. but that of electric commerce, it is much less in U.S. As a result, the choice of consumers in Korea is real market transaction while consumers in U.S. choose electric commerce.

With development of internet technology, digital economy that advance rapidly formed much leagues of B2B, B2C, A2B etc, according to the application part. Also, electronic commerce system implementation technology is introduced by Component based on development method in object oriented technique base depending on customer's requirement, and development environment changes by 3- Tiers, Web-Based architecture etc. in existent C/S (Client/Server) environment and is introduced. Thus, In this research, I implemented seat reservation and confirmation system that can be used in electronic commerce in multi-server environment. This, for improve efficiency in distribute environment, relevant importance logic used server component model EJB, and implemented through JSP and Java that use Servlet of Resin Server environment for Main Server. Therefore, through independence component using EJB, I did so that can improved independence between electronic commerce system logic, and reduce server's overhead calling relevant method through discrete EJB server, and manage each logic resources efficiently.

The growth of electronic commerce make business to business electronic commerce market grow dramatically due to dramatic decrease of transaction cost and increase of productivity. It also influences the way of building transaction relationship between buyers and suppliers. This study tends to prove electronic market theory for Internet based 13213 commerce. We observe and analyze the implementation and usage patterns of procurement system of I company. The result shows that even through Internet enable many buyers and suppliers to participate and transact each other, the transaction pattern is different according to asset specificity and uncertainty as follows. First, with adoption of internet, the product with the higher asset specificity rather than lower asset specificity can be easily purchased. Second, Internet doesn't make any significant influence on the transaction of the product with higher uncertainty. But, organization's pre-audit process can indirectly influence on the decrease of the transaction uncertainty.
