군병원 간부들의 개인적 성향에 따른 직무 만족도 (Job Satisfaction Influenced Personal Traits among Officers and Noncommissioned Officers Working in Army Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the satisfaction degree related to job by general characteristics, satisfaction factors. This survey was based on the questionnaire method. The sample consisted of 51 noncommissioned officers, 72 administrative officers and 160 nurse officers from army hospitals. The data were collected from March 14 to April 18, 1994 and statistically analysed by percentage, mean and $x^2$ test. Factors of job satisfaction consist of 6 categories; job pristige, interaction, autonomy, task requirements, pay, and organizational requirements. The overall job satisfaction degree was $62.8\%$ in NCOs, $54.2\%$ in administrative officers and $33.3\%$ in nurse officers. The job satisfaction of NCCs increased in factors of job prestige (p<0.01), autonomy (p<0.05), task requirement (p<0.05), and was higher as age. There were statistically significant in the factors of pay in school background, Job prestige in rank (p<0.05). 'I'm OK and You're OK' type was $76.5\%$ which was the highest rate and A major personal traits also showed the highest job satisfaction $(63.7\%)$. There were significant difference between major personal traits and interaction (p<0.01), autonomy (p<0.05), organizational requirement (p<0.01), pay (p<0.05) and task requirement. The job satisfaction of administrative Officers was represented significant differences in factors of pay (p<0.05), task requirements (p<0.05) by school background. Long term Workers showed the highest job satisfaction and significant difference in factors of job prestige and organizational requirement (p<0.01). Job satisfaction in 'I'm OK but you're not OK' type was slightly high, and CP major personal traits also showed the highest job satisfaction. The job satisfaction of nurse officers was represented significant difference in factors of autonomy (p<0.01), job prestige (p<0.05), organizational requirement (p<0.05), and pay by age. In CP major personal traits. job satisfaction showed the highest rate (75.0)

보건진료원의 자아상태 및 대인태도가 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of a Community Health Practitioner's Ego State, and Interpersonal Attitude on Depression)

  • Purpose: Community health practitioners (CHP) in Korea have a responsibility for delivering primary health care to remote or isolated communities. The aim of this paper is to analyze CHPs' level of depression and impacts of their Ego state and interpersonal attitude in transactional analysis on depression. This paper gives fundamental data for developing a the program for mental health promotion of CHPs. Method: The subjects Of this Study consisted of 459 Korean CHP who were conveniently selected from the target population. The data was collected through interviews using self-administered questionnaires, including the Korean Ego gram and life position inventory and depression scale. Results: The CHP's Ego gram showed the N type with the top point of NP. The type of interpersonal attitude was I'M OK - YOU'RE OK (I+U++). The level of depression was 35.4, normal range. There was a significant difference in depression according to the duration of the career. There was a significant negative correlation among NP, A, FC ego states, interpersonal OK and depression, and a significant positive correlation between interpersonal Not-OK and depression. The NP, A, FC ego states and interpersonal Not-OK were significant predictors (47.1%) of depression. Conclusion: This study showed that a program for CHPs to should include increasing the function of ego states and positive interpersonal attitude.

청소년 미혼모와 일반 청소인의 자아상태, 인생태도 및 가족체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Ego-State, Life Position and family System of Unmarried Adolescent Mothers and Female Adolescents)

  • Pregnancies of unmarried women are one of the most serious sex problems because they can negatively affect the lives and development of both unwed mothers and their extramarital children. The number of unwed adolescent mothers is growing recently, extending the seriousness of the problem. This study was conducted to explore the ego-state, life position and family systems that may cause unmarried pregnancy. The data obtained from the structured questionnaire survey of 79 unmarried adolescent mothers and 82 female adolescents were analyzed in terms of frequency and t-test using the SPSS WIN 8.0 program. The results were as follows: 1. Ego-state elements of unmarried adolescent mothers were distributed evenly in general and this falls under the All B(BBBBB) type of ego-gram, just like the adolescents. As for the subject adolescent mothers, CP was the lowest among the 5 egos. 2. As to the life position, the position of "I′m OK, You′re OK"was the highest for both groups, with slight differences. 3. With regard to the family system types sorted by the combination of family cohesion and family adaptability levels, both the adolescent. mothers and adolescents tended to perceive their families as somewhat-balanced or balanced families. 4. While the two groups of adolescent mothers and adolescents showed, on the whole, the same types for all the indicators like above, statistically significant differences were found in more detailed elements.

예비보육교사의 OK-gram 긍정성과 학대인식 연구 (A study on OK-gram positiveness and abuse awareness of Pre-service Child Care Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학교육과정을 이수 하고 있는 예비 보육교사의 긍정성과 학대인식 관계와 전공분야 특성과 학대인식을 알아보기 위한 것이었다. 긍정성의 하위요인은 자기긍정성과 타인긍정성으로 나누고 학대는 4가지 하위요인인 신체, 성, 정서, 방임으로 구분하여 각 하위요인에 따라 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사 분석하였다. 조사대상자는 경기도, 강원도, 서울소재의 보육학과 및 사회복지과 학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 조사기간은 2017년 5월 8일부터 5월 12일 5일간이었다. 통계방법으로는 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 얻은 결론은 첫째, 긍정성은 학대인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사 되었고, 자기긍정성과 타인긍정성 중 타인긍정성이 높으면 학대 인식을 더 잘하는 것으로 조사 되었다. 예비보육교사의 타인긍정성을 높이는 인성프로그램을 제공해야 하는 결론을 얻게 되었다. 둘째, 학대정도의 심각성은 평균값 4.594로 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 성(4.789), 신체(4.587), 방임(4.510), 정서(4.498) 순으로, 정서학대에 대하여 지표를 인식하는 정도가 제일 낮아 정서 학대인식에 대한 사회적 기준의 필요성을 제기한다. 셋째, 전공분야 특성에서는 예비보육교사의 실무경험이 학대인식에 도움을 주는가에 대하여서는 도움을 주고 있으며, 특히 보육실습이 가장 필요하다고 응답하여 보육교사 훈련과정 중 실무 경험의 기회를 늘리고 특히 보육실습의 기회를 많이 제공하는 실무교육과정의 편성이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
