A Study on the Characteristics of the Compact Hydraulic Servo Mechanism for Proportional Position Control (비례 위치 제어용 소형 유압 서보 기구의 특성에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, the characteristics of the hydraulic servo mechanism for proportional position control of a hydraulic construction eguipment were analyzed using the developed analysis tool. The result were used in the others hydraulic system except construcdtion eguipment to improve the static performance of the system, the system parameter effects on the controllable region and the hydraulic servo mechanism variation were studied.

  • The market of rice transplanter has already been changed for riding and to be turned large size of chassis. Because an automation is rapidly expanded, It is strongly need to analyze a mechanism and develop a hydraulic circuit. In this study, we analyzed the mechanism of working equipment of rice transplanter for riding and developed hydraulic circuits. We proposed the operating mechanism of rice transplanter for riding through the mechanistic analysis of working equipment. And the simulation and experiment were performed. In order to up and down the working equipment of rice transplanter for riding, we designed the mechanism which was installed hydraulic circuit and hydraulic cylinder, and it was manufactured. The pressure of developed hydraulic circuit was set by 800 $N/cm^2$. In the field testing, the hydraulic response presented at 50 msec in the maximum driving velocity, 0.8 m/sec of rice transplanter for riding, and it was well performed. The results of experiments showed the system characteristics sufficient to use as the hydraulic mechanism for a rice transplanter for riding.

  • In this paper a configuration of the load evaluation device for the tilting actuator using hydraulic power is presented, which makes it possible to measure the force action on the tilting actuator. It is possible to measure only current using the conventional electro-mechanical actuator when the bogie is in the process of the tilting. This makes impossible to measure the force acting on the tilting actuator. In order to overcome this problem a kinetic mechanism test system using hydraulic cylinder is proposed. The system are consisted of hydraulic cylinder for the tilting actuation, control system to control hydraulic power, sensors to measure for force and displacement and monitoring system for the user interface.

  • The wear mechanism of material is an important mechanic property to select a material's life and a optimum work condition. Although there are many researches about a wear mechanism of material, the pin-on-disc type tribotester is widely known to us. It is difficult to add a variable and heavy load in the existing pin-on-disc type tribotester to estimate this wear mechanism. And due to a rotation of a disc, it is impossible to add a constant force. But we can solve this problem by using a hydraulic servo system. Therefore, in order to investigate a wear mechanism of materials, it is necessary to design a hydraulic pin-on-disc type tribotester and construct a controller against a variable disturbance.

  • In this paper, kinematic performance of the tilting mechanism, hydraulic cylinder was designed for the evaluation. ESW GmbH is attached to the existing electric tilting actuator's performance based on the similar system, each operated by tilting the balance in order to effectively balance has been designed by an independent hydraulic system. In addition, the behavior of the hydraulic system for storing and analyzing information about UI (User Interface) was also included in the design.

  • The closed circuit pump is applied to control rotating speed and direction of hydraulic motor in hydrostatic transmission. To development of this pump, first of all the servo control regulator has to be designed. Mechanical-hydraulic type servo control mechanism is excellent to be compared with electronic-hydraulic type servo control valve to reliability and economy. In this paper to development positive and negative variable displacement type servo regulator, the hydro-mechanical servo control mechanism is calculated and designed with force balance of pilot piston and position feedback of servo piston.

  • In this paper, the design of automatic impact force control mechanism of hydraulic breaker was studied. The control mechanism uses the change of piston upper chamber pressure, when the hydraulic breaker impacts various strength rock. The piston stroke is controlled by rock strength sensing valve, piston stroke switching valve, and piston control valve. It is imperative to denote the area of each valve section, the spring constant of the spring. It provides convenience to users by automatically adjusting the appropriate striking force, according to the strength of the rock. Additionally, by increasing work productivity, it can contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions due to fuel efficiency reduction.

  • The hydraulic coconut dehusking machine consists of three main parts ie. The frame , the power unit including the hydraulic accessories, the lifting and dehusking mechanisms. Two sets of the hydraulic coconut dehusking machine were developed . their hydraulic and electrical control circuits were connected in series to enable them operating contemporaneously. Two operators are required to operate the machine. Each of them put a coconut on the lifting mechanism in order to start the working cycle automatically. As a result, the nut are immediately pushed up and seized by the holding teeth under the supplement of the hydraulic reducing circuit. After that the dehusking mechanism started operating via the sequence circuit. At the end of the cycle, both mechanisms return to their original positions. Some remaining fibrous is taken out manually from the nut subsequently . The continuous dehusking speed was found to be 22.2 seconds per 2 coconuts.

  • The unbalance heavy-load elevation driving systems are composed of rotating link-mechanism and hydraulic cylinder which actuates elevation and compensates the static unbalance moment of supporting mechanism. Control and compensation of gun driving is very difficult because these mechanism imply highly nonlinearities due to hydraulic fluid characteristics and mechanical rotation of link-mechanism. In this study, through the analysis of manufactured link-mechanism, the optimal link-mechanism design of the elevating system is suggested. Also to estimate the control performance of the unbalance heavy-load elevation servo-control driving system, modeling and simulation of the system are carried out. To prove the reliability of performance estimation program,simulation results are compared with the experimental results. Both results are similar, therefore this program will be helpful to study the control performance improvement of the system.
