전기-유압서보에 의한 자동유압굴삭기의 개발에 관한 연구(1) -가변구조에 의한 궤도추종제어 시뮬레이션- (A study on the development of Electro-hydraulic servo Excavator(1) -Simulation of the trajectory tracking control using VSS-)

  • The objective of this paper is to design the variable structure system(VSS) controller for the tracking control of excavator which is driven by electro-hydraulic servomechansim. It is generally agreed that the dynamic characteristics of the robot arm such as excavator are coupled, time varying, and highly nonlinear, and also hydraulic system contains nonlinear characteristics in itself, so performing exact position control and trajectory tracking control need remarkable consideration. To solve this porblem, this system was designed as a variable structure system. The salient feature of VSS is that the sliding mode occur on a switching surface. While in sliding mode, the system remains insensitive to parameter variations and disturbances. This control algorithm was applied to a hydraulic excavator by simulaltion and to a simulator by experiment. And its effectiveness was verified. And the results of VSS for the electro-hydraulic excavator was compared with that of the PID when load disturbances and system parameter variations exist.

  • Developed friction snubbers changes the shock or vibration into a heat energy by mechanical friction. Snubber is divided into friction snubbers and hydraulic snubbers according to the operation types. However, hydraulic snubber has a lot of problems caused by temperature, humidity, radioactivity, and viscosity of hydraulic fluid. In these respects, to solve these problems, not only do friction snubber supplement lacks of hydraulic snubber but has also simpler structure than hydraulic snubber. In this paper, friction snubber used sponge iron by friction material is experimentally compared with general friction snubber In this results, the experiment verifies friction function and produce the manufacture condition for the effective friction snubber development.

범용 유압 브레이커의 성능 최적화를 위한 연구 (A Study on Performance Optimization of a Hydraulic Breaker)

  • 본 연구에서는 유압브레이커의 시뮬레이션 결과와 실제 실험 결과의 비교를 통해 시뮬레이션의 타당성을 검증하였다. 유압브레이커의 성능 향상을 위하여 비교적 설계 변경이 용이한 부품의 제원을 설계인자로 선정하였고, 요인시험과 회귀분석을 이용하여 각각의 설계 인자가 유압브레이커의 성능에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 기존 유압브레이커의 성능을 최대화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • This study deals with the application of high speed on-off valves to an electro-hydraulic servo indexing system incorporated electro-hydraulic servo valces. Comparing with the electro-hydraulic servo valve the high speed on-off valve has some merits. Which included low price robustness to the oil contamination and dircect control without D/A converter. The considered sys-tem of this study is controlled by pulse width modulation(PWM) of the control law which is pro-duced by a PID controller which is used broadly in industrial equipments. The dynamic character-istics corresponding to variations of system parameters such as inertia moment system gain and supply pressure are investigated by computer simulation and experiment. Consequently the availability of the application of high speed on-off valve to servo indexing system instead of electro-hydraulic servo valve is confirmed.

통계적 접근법에 의한 불연속암반의 지하수 유동해석 (Groundwaterflow analysis of discontinuous rock mass with probabilistic approach)

  • A two dimensional analysis program for groundwater flow in fractured network was developed to analyze the influence of discontinuity characteristics on groundwater flow. This program involves the generation of discontinuities and also connectivity analysis. The discontinuities were generated by the probabilistic density function(P.D.F.) reflecting the characteristics of discontinuities. And the fracture network model was completed through the connectivity analysis. This program also involves the analysis of groundwater flow through the discontinuity network. The result of numerical experiment shows that the equivalent hydraulic conductivity increased and became closer to isotropic as the density and trace length increased. And hydraulic head decreased along the fracture zone because of much water-flow. The grouting increased the groundwater head around cavern. An analysis of groundwater flow through discontinuity network was performed around underground oil storage cavern which is now under construction. The probabilistic density functions(P.D.F) were obtained from the investigation of the discontinuity trace map. When the anisotropic hydraulic conductivity is used, the flow rate into the cavern was below the acceptable value to maintain the hydraulic containment. But when the isotropic hydraulic conductivity is used, the flow rate was above the acceptable value.

  • This study presents a genetic algorithm-based method fur optimizing control parameters in the pressure control of electro-hydraulic pump with variable displacement. Genetic algorithms are general-purpose optimization methods based on natural evolution and genetics and search the optimal control parameters maximizing a measure that evaluates the performance of a system. Four control gains of the PI-PD cascade controller for an electro-hydraulic pressure control system are optimized using a genetic algorithm in the experiment. Optimized gains are confirmed by inspecting the fitness distribution which represents system performance in gain spaces. It is shown that genetic algorithm is an efficient scheme in optimizing control parameters of the pressure control of electro-hydraulic pump with variable displacement.

  • The major system of an agricultural power-shift tractor is the transmission, using power-shift. Because the transmission performance depends on the hydraulic control system, the most important aspect of the optimization is the design of the hydraulic control system. This study was conducted to improve a pressure modulation characteristics of the power-shift transmission hydraulic system. It has been tried to replace an existing pressure modulation method with a digital control by using HSSV(High Speed Solenoid Valve). The performance of the PWM control system in power-shift hydraulic transmission has been evaluated by means of experiment.

하천 현장 실험 재현을 위한 수리모형 장치 제작 (Construction of a Hydraulic Scale Model for Representing the Field Tracer Experiment in River)

  • A hydraulic scale model was constructed to investigate the characteristics of flows and pollutant transport in laboratory. The distorted hydraulic scale model by assuming Froude similarity was adopted to represent hydrodynamics and dispersion in a river system. The scale model was composed of water reservoir, slope control part, booster pump, distributing plate and main channel. A constructed scale model will be used to present the overall concentration profiles of tracer and a research will be performed to convert the measured values using a hydraulic scale model to real field scale.

  • 해안사면의 침식을 막기 위한 해안구조물이 해저면과의 경계면에서 파랑에 의하여 세굴이 발생 할 수 있으며, 세굴에 의한 기초지반의 유실로 해안구조물의 붕괴에 이를 수 있다. 이러한 세굴 현상을 방지하기 위하여 기존의 직립식 해안구조물을 다양한 형태의 해안구조물로 개선하여 제작할 수 있다. 이러한 해안구조물의 세굴 방지 효과를 검증하기 위해서는 많은 비용이 요구되는 조파 실험이 필요하다. 조파실험에 선행하여 모델링을 수행하고 실험결과의 검증 및 추가 분석을 하는 과정을 통해서 큰 비용 절감 효과를 기대할 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서는 조파실험 해석기법을 제안하기 위해서 유한요소해석 프로그램인 LS-DYNA를 사용하여 유체-구조 상호 작용을 고려한 조파 실험 모델링을 하고, 해안구조물과 상호작용에 의한 유체 흐름을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 직립형, 경사형, 계단형, 사석형의 4가지 해안구조물의 세굴이 발생 가능성이 높은 위치를 선정하여 유속을 통하여 성능을 비교 분석하였다.

수리실험을 통한 수평 2열 쉬라우드 조류에너지 변환장치 성능평가 (Performance Assessment of Two Horizontal Shroud Tidal Current Energy Converter using Hydraulic Experiment)

  • 본 연구에서는 저유속 조건에서도 발전이 가능한 수평 2열 쉬라우드 조류에너지 변환장치를 개발하였다. 쉬라우드 시스템의 형상을 결정하기 위해 3차원 수치모의 실험을 수행하였으며, 1/6 축소모형을 제작하여 수리모형 실험을 수행하였다. 수리모형 실험은 4가지 유속 조건하에서 수행하였으며, 각각의 실험 케이스별로 유속, 토크 및 RPM을 계측하였다. 수치모의 실험 결과, 노즐을 통과한 유속은 실린더에서 약 2~3배 유속이 증폭되는 것을 확인하였으며, 연장비가 2:1일 때, 가장 높은 유속 증폭율을 보였다. 또한 노즐과 실린더의 직경비는 1.5:1일 때 유속이 2.8배 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 수리모형 실험 결과, TSR이 1.75~2 일 때, 0.32~0.34의 출력 성능을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.
