트럭 캡 틸팅 시스템의 동적 거동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dynamic Behavior Characteristics of the Truck Cab Tilting System)

  • Currently, the marketable truck has the cab tilting system which highly absorb the vibrations and impacts of cab. The cab tilting system is equipped with the hydraulic system for maintenance and inspection of truck. And it is very important to improve the user's feeling of driving and convenience. To have the better performance, it is important to confirm the dynamic characteristics of each parts of the system. In this study, a mathematical model of the system was derived and the parameters in the model were identified from experimental data. The results of the simulation were compared with those of experiments. These results of the computer simulation and experiments show that the proposed analysis can be applied effectively to design the system. Our results can be utilized for the future research to improve the capability of the truck cab tilting system.

동위원소를 이용한 지하매질내 오염물 이동 해석 (Analysis of Pollutant Transport in Subsurface Materials by Using Radioisotope)

  • The pollutants in subsurface soil are advected by groundwater flow and transported by the hydrodynamic dispersion. In this study, laboratory-scale experiments by using a radioisotope were conducted to evaluate the characteristics of the transport and dispersion of pollutants in the soil. The hydraulic model of the laboratory-scale was manufactured based upon its geometric similarity. Tc-99m having a short half-life was used with a tracer and it was injected instantaneously into the soil. Tc-99m milked from a $^{99}Mo/^{99m}Tc$ portable generator fabricated for medical purposes had 0.141 MeV of gamma radiation. The experiments are performed by the different conditions like the variations of groundwater velocity and the results are analyzed by the measured CPS of Tc-99m.

자동변속기의 변속과도특성 해석 (Shift-transient characteristics of an automatic transmission)

  • Shift quality of an automatic transmission in a vehicle is mainly affected by transient pressures in the hydraulic system during shifting. In this study, dynamic modelings of the hydraulic system and the power train of an automatic transmission are made systematically by a bond-graph method. The dynamic characteristics of the line pressures and clutch/brake pressures during shiftings are investigated by simulations and verified by experiments. The effects of clutch/brake pressures on the shift torque are also investigated through driving simulation.

  • To deal with non-linearities and time-varying characteristics of hydraulic systems, in this paper, the neuro-fuzzy controller has been introduced. This controller does not require an accurate mathematical model for the nonlinear factor. In order to solve general fuzzy inference problems, the input membership function and fuzzy reasoning rules are used for determining the controller Parameters. These parameters are determined by using the learning algorithm. The control performance of the neuro-fuzzy controller is obtained through a series of experiments for the various types of input while applying disturbances to the cylinder. .and performance of this controller was compared with that of PID, PD controller. As a experimental result, it can be proven that the position tracking performance of the neuro-fuzzy is better than that of PID and PD controller.

  • This paper presents an active suspension control algorithm to improve the suspension performance trade-offs between riding comfort and handling stability. In this paper, a hybrid control scheme is proposed, the idea of which is that sliding mode control is used for nonlinear hydraulic system and the skyhook control is applied to control the vehicle behavior. The parameter variations in hydraulic system are considered for the robust controller design. The performance of the proposed control method is evaluated by simulation and experiments based on a half car roll model which can reveal both heave and roll behavior.

  • This paper presents dynamic analysis of a hydraulic excavator based on experimental data. A three dimensional multibody model of a hydraulic excavator is modeled for the computer simulation. The hydraulic pressures acting on the cylinders are measured from experiments, and the forces exerting on the cylinders are calculated from the measured pressures. Using these forces, the dynamic analysis of the excavator is carried out to regenerate the motion in the computer simulation. A proper operation scheme is assumed to match the computational result and the experiment. The DADS program is used for the dynamic analysis.

  • The purpose of this study is to build up the control scheme that promptly controls the pressure in a hydraulic cylinder having small control volume, using a PCV(proportional control valve) and a digital computer. Object pressure control system has the character to be unstable easily, because the displacement-flow gain of the PCV is so large considering comparatively small volume of the hydraulic cylinder and the time delay of response of PCV is long. Considering the above-mentioned characteristics of the object pressure control system, in this study, a control system is designed with two degree of freedom scheme that is composed by adding a feed-forward control path to I-PD control system, and the reference model is used to decide control parameters. And through some experiments on FF-I-PD, the validity of this control method is confirmed.

  • 일반적으로 유공벽을 갖는 케이슨(유공케이슨)은 직립식 구조물 벽면에 유공부를 설치하여 반사파의 저감, 월파량의 저감 등의 목적으로 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 유공케이슨 유수실을 골재(사석)로 채운 형태의 구조물에 대한 수리특성(반사계수)을 수리모형실험을 통해 검토하였다. 유수실을 사석으로 채운 경우가 유수실이 비어있는 일반적인 형상보다는 반사계수가 크게 나타났으나, 속채움재를 유수실에 설치하여 중량을 확보함으로서 구조물의 안정성을 확보하고, 일정 수준에서 수리특성을 만족할 수 있는 것으로 검토되었다.

  • Many hudraulic components have nonlinearities to some extent. These nonlinearities often cause the time delay, thus degrading the performance of the hydraulic control systems and making it difficult to modelthem. In this paper, a new vibration isolation control algorithm that eliminates the necessity of a sophiscated modeling of hydraulic system was proposed. The algotithm is a hybrid type control shecheme consisting of a linear controller and a hetero-synaptic neural network controller. Using this control scheme, simulations and experiments were performed for 1 DOF(Degree of freedom) and 2 DOF vibration isolation. The hybrid type control algorithm can isolate the base vibration signifcantly rather than linear control algorithm. And from the weights in hetero-synaptic neural network, we can get the 2nd equivalent differentialmodel of the hydraulic control system with on-line control operation. This equivalent model provides us with much information, such as stability and the characteristics of the control system.

수하식 양식시설에 의한 운수저항의 평가와 수치모형 (Evaluation and Numerical Model of Hydraulic Resistance by Hanging Aquaculture Facilities)

  • A numerical model of hydraulic resistance by hanging aquaculture facilities is developed and applied to a model basin and a field. A drag stress term formulated by the quadratic law of drag force is introduced Tn the equations of motion for a two-dimensional depth-averaged flow. In the model basin, numerical experiments ave tarried out for the various shape of obstructions, string density and layout of facilities etc.. The flow pattern around the facilities is affected sensitively by the density of string and the layout of facilities. On the other hand, the velocity decay due to the hanging oyster aquaculture facilities is observed in Kamak bay, where the maximum velcocity decay rate is $25\%$ in spring tide. The model is also applied to the field, Kamak bay. The velocity decay rate in the model is comparable with the field measurement data. The velocity decreases around the down-stream area of the facilities, .hut it increases in the other region. The water elevation decreases during the flood and it increases during the ebb.
