저 분말도 슬래그를 사용한 슬래그 시멘트의 특성 (The Characteristics of Blastfurnace Slag Blended Cement with Low Blaine Slag Powder)

  • In this study, blended cement with low blaine(2000, 3000$\textrm{cm}^2$/g) blast-furnace slag power by 10-70wt.% was investigated through the measurement hydration heat, physical properties. The experiment results indicated compressive strength was decreased as low blaine slag blended, but hydration heat was reduced significantly and flow of the cement paste was increased.

  • This study performed an experimental test to derive the characteristics of compressive strength, het of hydration and creep of roller compacted concrete. The main variable of strength test are cement content and fly ash content. The heat of hydration test was performed using MARUTO CH-50-CA and dreep test was carried out according to KS F 2453.

  • This study was performed to know effective control of crack occurred by hydration heat, restraint of multiplication of hydration heat, through mechanical test, strength test and crack control test using fluosilicate salt based anti-crack agent made from by-product during phosphoric acid manufacturing process. Mix proportions for experiment were modulated at 0.495 of water to cement ratio and addition amount of fluosilicate salt based anti-crack agent to $1.0\%$. Condensation time was late and compressive strength of hardened concrete cured at several days was executed to evaluate characteristics of crack control for concrete. It is ascertained that characteristics of crack control for concrete could be improved by an adequate addition of fluosilicate salt based anti-crack agent.

  • In this study, This is the result of thermal characteristics analysis to suggest an efficient method of using coal gasification slag(CGS) of byproduct from integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC). In Specific Heat characteristics, CGS and CS showed similar values. Isothermal Conduction Calorimetry showed that the hydration reaction of cement was retarded when CGS was used. Therefore, it is expected that CGS will be used as an efficient alternative to reducing the hydration heat of mass concrete as a functional aggregate combination.

  • 콘크리트는 경화도중 시멘트의 수화발열로 인한 비선형 온도분포가 발생한다. 이는 초기재령시 콘크리트의 인장강도를 초과하는 인장응력을 유발시키고, 결국에는 균열을 발생시킨다. 본 연구에서는 온도분포에 주요한 영향을 주는 매스콘크리트의 발열특성을 평가하기 위해서 주요변수에 따른 단열온도 상승시험을 수행하였으며, 실험결과를 바탕으로 단위시멘트량과 플라이애쉬 혼입량에 따른 콘크리트의 발열특성을 평가하였다. 이에 의해서 현장실험을 실시한 모의시험체에 대해서 유한요소 열전도해석(ADINA-T)을 수행하여 현장실험에서 결정된 실측결과와 비교분석을 수행하였다. 해석결과와 실험결과는 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구결과는 향후 콘크리트 반죽 온도 변화가 콘크리트의 발열특성에 미치는 영향에 대한 추가 연구가 수행되면 보다 광범위하게 현장에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • 본 연구는 실제 현장 적용 타설고를 고려한 Mock-up 시험을 통해 슬래그 시멘트와 저발열 시멘트 및 유로폼과 리브라스 거푸집 적용에 따른 매스콘크라트의 거동을 알아보고자 하였다. 먼저 시험체의 수화열 계측을 실시하여 각각의 수화발열특성을 살펴보았다. 모르타르 유출량 시험, 코어 및 표준수중양생 공시체의 압축강도, 염소이온침투저항생시험을 통한 내구성을 비교하여 해양 환정에 노출된 매스콘크리트 타설 시 공기단축 및 수화열 저감, 내구성 확보와 같은 안정적 품질확보를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두었다.

  • Mass concrete structures have many critical points in service. The cracks caused by the heat of hydration is the most serious problem, so that many method ot control cracks(precooling, postcooling, etc) have been applied to construction. But cooling methods take high cost and many installation and limits of field. Therefore it is useful to use the low heat hydration cements for low cost. This paper describes the characteristics of a low heat cement mixing the ternary components of cement(portland cement, blast furnace slag, fly ash) recently developed for mass concrete, belite cement, low heat slag cement(belite base) and fly ash cement (belite base). The objective of this paper is to study on low heat cement about initial compressive strength and hydration heat.

  • This paper describes some results of various tests which were carried out with varying the fineness of salg from 6000 to 10000$\textrm{cm}^2$/g and the slag content in cement from 30 to 50wt% for the perpose of utilizing finely ground blast-furnace slag as an ingredient for high-performance concrete. Test for heat of hydration, microstructural and hydration characteristics in paste, and fluidity and compressive strength in mortar were carried out. From these test results, it was found that, by properly determining the content and fineness of the slag, it is possible to manufacture high-performance concrete that has low heat of hydration, high early strength development, fine pore size and a highly densified microstructure.

$MgO/H_2O$ 계 화학식 열펌프의 열적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Thermal Characteristics of a $MgO/H_2O$ Chemical Heat Pump)

  • The chemical heat pump based on the Dehydration/Hydration process with a MgO/$H_2O$ system has been researched. The reactor bed could be expected to store the heat around 200∼37$0^{\circ}C$ by the dehydration reaction and to release the heat around 100∼16$0^{\circ}C$ by the hydration reaction under the heat amplification mode operation. The heat output rate of the heat pump system was evaluated using the experimentally determined parameters. The results show that 6∼50 W/kg of heat output and 0.5∼0.8 of heat recovery ratio are attainable. The heat pump will be applicable for a load leveling in a co-generation system by chemical storage of surplus heat at low heat demand and by supplying heat in the peak load period.

매스콘크리트에서 최적의 타설 단면 결정을 위한 해석적 연구 (Analysis Study for the Determination of Optimized Block Size in Mass Concrete)

  • Thermal stress induced by hydration heat may produce cracks in mass concrete structure, which can result in structural problems as well as bad appearance. To minimize crack occurrence in massive structural, thus, the study put an emphasis on the determination of optimized lift height and block size. In the parametric study different sizes and lift heights were used to measure the magnitudes of hydration heat and thermal stresses for 3 different types of concrete fabricated with 1 pure cement and 2 blended Portland cements. As a result of analysis. it was found that magnitude of hydration heat and the occurrence of thermal cracks depend on the restriction conditions and material characteristics, especially adiabatic material parameters. It was also found that optimized lift height and block size can be determined from an appropriate combination of the degree of inner and outer structural restrictions.
