  • This study describes the results of Coefficient Of Performance(COP) analysis by cycle simulation for two types of absorption-compression hybride cycle using the water/Lithium Bromide solution pair, These types are basic hybride systems introducing a mechanical compression process into the refrigerant vapor phase of the single effect absorption cycle. In absorption-compression hybrid cycles, coefficient of performance is improved compared with absorption cycle. Hybride cycle Type ll is considered as a key technology to support energy utilization system, given its capability of utilizing waste heat to drive system with a high level of efficiency.

  • 전국매립지 중 수도권, 울산, 대구 세 매립지의 침출수를 채수하여 Photobacterium을 이용한 독성 test와 Yeast Two-hybride Based Assay을 이용하여 에스트로겐성을 측정하였다. 독성도 값은 대구에서 145로 가장 높은 값을 나타냈다. 에스트로겐성은 울산이 hER 3.2ppt, mER 210ppt로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 채수지점 모두 industrial hormones에 반응성이 좋은 mER 값이 높게 나타났다. 특히 대구지점은 독성도 값은 높으나 에스트로겐성은 낮은 값을 나타내는 것으로 보아 호르몬 영향을 억제하는 antangonist chemicaldml 존재 가능성이 시사된다.

  • This study is aiming comparison and analization between efficiency of hybride air conditioning system which uses low temperature water under dam and air and EHP(Electric Heat Pump). The experimental was carried out with air cooling tests for EHP system having 80HP and composition heat pump system. P-i diagram of both systems and COP was used to derive schemetic and calcuations. As results of the tests, hybride system has 1.4 time higher efficiency coefficient.

  • In order to evaluate the applicability of enzyme electrophoresis for the identification of intra/interspecific hybride obtained by the protoplast fusion in Trichoderma, soluble proteins, intracellular soluble enzymes and extracellular $\beta$-glucosidase were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophorsis. As the results, patterns of soluble protein, and isozyme patterns of peroxidase, malate dehydrogenase, and $\beta$-glucosidase in hydrids were defferent from those in parental and wild type strains. Therefore, it was established that the analysis of protein pattern by electrophoresis could be applied to isolate and identify the hybrids from the protoplast fusion.

  • Thermal behavior of high capacity Nickel/Metal hybride battery in analyzed using the NISA software which is based on the three dimensional finite element method. Differential energy balance equation is used for the conduction heat transfer of the battery, while convective heat transfer equation is used for the interface between the battery and air. Heat generation rate and convective heat transfer coefficient are tested as variables to investigate thermal behavior, and the generalized equation for maximum temperature inside the battery is developed. The abrupt rise of the battery temperature due to the quick charge or discharge can be prevented from the use of metallic cooling fin. In addition, temperature augmentation of the battery is negligible when the low thermal conductive and thin insulating material is used outside of the battery case.

  • As the first step to investigate the fundamental mechanism of a dispersed two-phase flow, we studied the detailed interactions between bubble or particle motion and flow around it. Experiments were carried out with a rising bubble or particle in stagnant water in a vertical pipe. Particles with different densities, and/or different shapes were used for comparison with a bubble. We adopted 3D-PTV (Three-Dimensional Particle Tracking Velocimetry) for measuring the bubble or particle motions, and PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) for measuring the water flow simultaneously (Hybrid PIV). The experimental results showed that the oblate spheroidal solid particle rose along the longer axis direction at the point that the inclination of the longer axis reached the maximum, and the inclination direction changed after moving. The bubble moved to the direction that the spheroid's projected width grew up to the largest, and the minor axis of the oblate spheroidal body of the bubble was parallel to the moving direction. The trajectory of the center of the particle/bubble which was measured with 3D-PTV, was marked on the section (x-y) of the pipe. It exhibited the pattern of the particle/bubble motion.

  • 본 논문에서는, 광통신에서 정보전송량을 극대화하기 위한 방법으로 WDM의 전송링크에 광 CDMA의 부호기와 복호기를 병합하여 WDM과 광 CDMA를 하이브리드 함으로써 전송용량을 극대화하는 방법을 제안하였다. 하이브리드 방법에는 초단펄스를 이용한 방법과 광지연 선로를 사용하는 방법이 있으나, 본 논문에서는 초단 펄스를 이용한 방법을 사용하여 적용하였다.

  • 결함허용 시스템은 다양한 형태의 중복을 사용하여 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 반면, 시스템의 비용을 크게 증가시킨다. 본 논문은 만족스러운 신뢰도를 갖추면서 추가 비용을 적게 요구하는 결함허용 컴퓨터 시스템의 구조를 결정하기 위한 설계 문제를 정의하고 탐색에 기반을 둔 해결법을 제안한다. 이 때, 탐색 기법이 방문하는 탐색 공간의 크기를 줄이기 위하여 사용되는 세 가지의 유용한 사실을 설명한다. 이를 바탕으로 삼중 모듈 중복(TMR: Triple-Modular-Redundancy), 백업 예비(backup sparing), 그리고 혼합 중복(hybride redundancy) 기법과 같은 결함허용 기법들이 시스템 구조에 적용되었을 때, 탐색 공간을 줄이는 용도로 사용될 수 있는 신뢰도 제약조건을 유도해낸다.
