  • 본 글은 주로 호젠기 감독님은 창작한 영화 작품 <훈>과 <그 산, 저 사람> 두 편을 연구한다. 세 부분으로 호젠기 감독님 향토를 소재로 한 영화의 미학적 스타일을 전면적으로 연구하다: 제1부는 향토 장르 영화의 특징을 논술한다. 각각 영화의 제재 선택, 주제 표현, 인물 만들기 및 감정 표현에서 논술을 전개한다. 제2부는 작품의 화면, 소리, 색채의 세 가지 측면에서 각각 논술을 펼쳐 향토 장르 영화의 미학적인 풍격을 한층 더 반영하였다. 제3부는 향토 장르 영화 발전 과정에서의 당혹스러움과 그것이 어떻게 발전했는지를 분석한다. 본 눈문은 호젠기의 향토영화 미학적 스타일을 분석해 중국 향토영화의 발전에 대한 가치와 시사점을 제시한다.

  • In 1189's ZhongXiuZhengHuoJingShiZhengLeiBeiYongBenCao(重修政和經史證類備用本草), we took a look at the medicinal herbs that mentioned JoSeon(朝 鮮), GoRyeo(高麗), BaekJe(百濟), SinRa(新羅), DongIn(東人), DongHae(東海), YoDong(遼東), and BalHae(渤海). In the face of Korea's Oriental medicine's reality of having medical texts only after the 2nd half of the GoRyeo(高麗) Dynasty, this study will provide the basis of finding the origin of Indigenous Herbal Medical Science that was founded in the late-GoRyeo(高麗), early-JoSeon(朝鮮) period.

"의관(醫貫).현원부론(玄元膚論)"에 대한 번역 연구 (The Study of Translating "Yiguan.Xuanyuanfulun")

  • Objective : Zhao Xian-Ke(趙獻可) was a doctor in the Ming(明) Dynasty. His representing book is "Yiguan(醫貫)". It is considered as a requirement to study the Mingmen academy(命門學說). "Xuanyuanfulun(玄元膚論)", volume I of "Yiguan" intensively mentions his medical viewpoint. The study investigates Zhao's medical perspectives by studying "Xuanyuanfulun". Method : "Xuanyuanfulun" is translated. "Yiguan" published by Chinese Medicine(中國中醫藥) Publish was used as basis. "Yiguan" published by Xuexiao(學苑) Publish was used for reference. I checked and researched for several parts shown in "Suwen(素問)" and "Lingshu(靈樞)". I researched for 'Master(主)' of a human being. Result : 1. 'Master' of a human being is intangible Huo(火) in Mingmen. 2. It may be hard for me to assent to the opinion of Zhao Xian-Ke that the inferior twelve organs should be regarded as inferior eleven organs naturally. 3. Yinyang(陰陽) is to relatively cope with a situation and its wonders are within Wu(無). 4. The study emphasizes the importance of Yang, Huo and Qi(氣). 5. The study separates the date (year, month, date and time) into yin and yang and the causes of an illness are found based on the concept and its treatment shall be performed. 6. Among Wuxing(五行), Shui(水) and Huo are especially important. 7. There are intangible Shenshui(腎水) and intangible Xianghuo(相火) separately from the Shui and huo of Xinshen(心腎). Conclusion : The medical philosophy of Zhao Xian-Ke has been deeper. In addition, it will provide much help while understanding volumes 2 - 6 of "Yiguan" and apply to the clinical tests. I think it is not the problem, which is the right meaning of 'Master' in the "Xin is monarch of the organs" of "Suwen Linglanmidianlun(靈蘭秘典論)" or 'Master' that concerned by Zhao Xian-Ke, but it is just the different sight of the human being.

주굉(朱肱)의 의학사상과 이제마(李濟馬)의 의원론(醫源論) (Medical Thinking of Zhugong(朱肱) and Treatise on the Source of Medicine(醫源論))

  • Lee jaema pointed out Zhugong as well as Zhang zhongjing and Hur joon to be the most worthy medical men in his book, Dong-eui-soo-sae-bo-won. Nevertheless, there has not been much research on Zhugong. This paper treats relations between contents in 'Huo-ren-shu' and 'Dong-eui-soo-sae-bo-won'. From this, we could find the reason why Lee jaema had estimated Zhugong so highly. The correlation between two books can be summarized as follows. First, both books emphasize biaoli and yinyang. Second, both books put their priority on bianbing over bianzheng. Third, Dong-eui-soo-sae-bo-won quoted the most medical cases and prescriptions from Huo-ren-shu after Shang-han-lun.

소갈전변증(消渴傳變證)에 관한 고찰(考察) - 중풍 병리(病理)와의 상관성을 중심으로 - (The Study on the complications of Xiaoke(消渴) - Focus on relation with the pathology of Jungpung(中風) -)

  • 1. Xiaoke(消渴) had been defined symptoms as polyuria with polydysia in Han and Dang Dynasty(漢唐時代), diagnosed variable disease as to the region of typical symptoms in Jin and Yuan Dynasty(金元時代) and classified into Upper-jiao(上消), Middle-jiao(中消), Lower-jiao(下消) by typical symptoms in Ming and Qing Dynasty(明淸時代). 2. The complications of Xiaoke(消渴) consist of carbuncle and phlegmon(癰疽), hemorrhoid and diarrhea(痔疾), an eye disease(眼病) such as nyctalopia(雀目) and cataract(內障) without Zhongman and Guzhang(中滿鼓脹) resulted from wrong medical treatmentis considered the pathology of Huore(火熱) 3. The pathology of Xiaoke(消渴) has been taken an instance of Shen-zao(腎燥), Five zang-organs's ganzao(五臟乾燥), Zao-re(燥熱), Shi-huo(實火) and Xu-huo(虛火), and since Jin and Yuan Dynasty(金元時代) generally cosidered Zao-re(燥熱). 4 The complications of Xiaoke(消渴) are explained the pathology of Huore(火熱), in the an opinion that the the pathology of Huore(火熱) changed into Zao-re(燥熱), and then Zao(燥), the pathology of Xiaoke(消渴) is similar to Huo(火), the pathology of Jungpung(中風).

해남 흑천리 마등 4호 토광묘 출토 화천의 보존처리와 고고학적 분석 (Conservation and Archaeological Analysis of Huo Quan Coins Excavated from Tomb No. 4 at the Madeung Archeological Site in Heukcheon-ri, Haenam)

  • 본 연구에서는 해남 흑천리 마등 4호 토광묘에서 출토된 청동주화 화천(貨泉)을 보존처리하고 과학적으로 조사한 결과를 고고학적으로 해석하였다.'화천'은 중국 왕망대(王莽代)에 만들어진 동전으로 우리나라의 삼한시대에 사용되었던 화폐이다. 해남 흑천리 마등 유적에서는 조사결과 총 13점이 중첩되어 출토되었는데, 크게 세 묶음으로 구분된다. 이중 B 묶음의 한 점만 육안으로 화천이라는 글자가 확인되며, 나머지는 전혀 글자가 확인되지 않는다. 보존처리 방법은 우선 동전 표면 위에 고착된 이물질을 제거하고 취약한 재질을 강화한 후 접합하였다. 다음으로 동전의 정확한 개수와 표면 상태를 확인하기 위해 Nano CT 촬영을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 13점 중 12점에 화천이라는 명문이 있는 것을 확인하였다. 이번 흑천리 출토품 외에 광주 복룡동 무덤에서 다량의 화천이 출토되는 사례로 보아 당시 이 지역에서 화폐경제가 이루어졌을 가능성에 대한 검토가 필요하다.

  • Since 1949, The first generation leader MAO zedong liked reading history books and historical biography, It led to criticism and evaluation of history and character be targeted in every movement, before the February Outline(er yue ti gang) had been revoked, the Shanghai society discussed "Hai Rui's Dismissal "basically" within the "learning and using Chairman MAO's works(huo xue huo yong mao zhu xi zhu zuo)" category, with the deterioration of the national political situation, based on the historical drama "Hai Rui's Dismissal" discussions, the dilemma of cultural propaganda and academic research appeared.

  • As a result, a study of honshu(本輸) theory of Huangdineijing(黃帝內徑) was led to the next conclusions. 1. In Huangdineijing(黃帝內徑), the connection of bonshu(本輸) flows and jingmai(經脈)'s can be compared to that of the earth's surface water flows and subterranean's. Bonshu(本輸) exists on qi flows which is formed in consquence of running over of twelve jingqi(經氣) and fifteenth luoqi(絡氣) in four extremities. 2. While jingluo(經絡) is composed of twelve mai(脈), bonshu(本輸) is composed of eleven mai(脈), it is because xin(心) has no disease and also has no bonshu(本輸). Bonshu(本輸) is used to treat disease of viscera and entrails, and frequently used in autumn and winter, also used when the outer layer or the inner layer of human body is become a fighting area of zhengxie(正邪). Physiologically, jingmai(經脈) nourishes the whole body and it's acting is prospered in four extremities. Bonshu(本輸) flows is just described as the process of gathering and storing the fruits of jingmai(經脈)'s acting. 3. In wuxing(五行) attachment of bonshu(本輸), from a ti(體) point of view, jing(井) xing(榮) shu(兪) jing(經) he(合) is oderly attached to shui(水) mu(木) huo(火) tu(土) jin(金), and from a yong(用) point of view, which is divided into two, bonshu(本輸) of yang(陽) area is oderly attached to jin(金) shui(水) mu(木) huo(火) tu(土), while bonshu(本輸) of yin(陰) area is oderly attached to mu(木) huo(火) tu(土) jin(金) shui(水). 4. Huangfu mi(皇甫 謐) had stated the bonshu(本輸) of xin(心) in Jiayijing(甲乙經), his writings, and therefore have faded the meaning of the concept of Huangdineijing(黃帝內徑)'s "only xin(心) has no bonshu(本輸)". Hua shou(滑 壽) had stated bonshu(本輸) in oder of jingmai(經脈) flows in his writings, Shisijingfahui(十四經發揮) and therefore completely have faded the meaning of Huangdineijing(黃帝內徑)'s bonshu(本輸).

『의학입문(醫學入門)·상한편(傷寒篇)』 편제(編制) 중 정상한(正傷寒)의 명칭, 병명분류의 기원과 그 후 변화 (The Origin and Changes of True-cold Damage(正傷寒) in Introduction to Medicine(醫學入門))

  • Objectives : The goal of this paper is to research what the name and concept of true-cold damage in Introduction to Medicine were originated from, and to trace the origin and changes of categorization of it after the book. Methods : Books concerned with true-cold damage were collected as many as possible, besides ones that Introduction to Medicine referred to, before the name, concept and categorization of it were searched and analysed. Results : The concept of true-cold damage in Introduction to Medicine, which had come from Lei Zheong Huo Ren Shu(類證活人書) in Song dynasty, was more similar to one of cold damage in a broad sense. The name that Li Chan appreciated, was derived from not Shang Han Zhi Ge(傷寒直格), but Shang Han Zheng Zhi Ming Tiao(傷寒證治明條) in Song dynasty. On the other hand, since Tao Hua(陶華) began to go into the details of cold damage in a narrow sense, most books had followed it. Whereas 11 diseases among 24 diseases of true-cold damage in Introduction to Medicine indirectly came from Lei Zheong Huo Ren Shu(12 diseases), 14 diseases among them were directly derived from Shang Han Zheng Zhi Ming Tiao(16 diseases) and 10 diseases were added containing syndromes of retained fluid and jaundice. The categorization in Introduction to Medicine scarcely adopted except Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑) and Uimunbogam(醫門寶鑑), while the categorization of true-cold damage in a narrow sense was mostly composed of 2 diseases, that is cold damage(傷寒) and wind damage(傷風). Conclusions : Li Chan had fulfilled the total conditions in which the concept, cause, symptoms, prescriptions and prognosis of 24 diseases in true-cold damage were equipped, in order to build up the system and categorization of it. To our regret, his scientific outcome had been hardly referred after his book.

  • Behavioral characteristics of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) is one of the most common mental disorders among children.child psyachiatry. Inattention, Hyperactivity that is done by hyperkinesis or minimal brain dysfunction is major sypmton in ADHD, But etiology and pathological facor of ADHD is very much or unkown.. We brought to about a Study on the Oriental - medical pathologic Understanding about Inattention, Hyperactivity symptom in ADHD within Don yui bo gam Book are as follows. 1. Oriental medical pathologic concepts about Inattention, Hyperactivity are continuous with process of Yang Qi(陽氣), an unbalance of qi(氣) and shen ming(神明), excess of seven emotions(七情), pathology of Huo(火). 2. Immanent factors in inattention, Hyperactivity are improper diet, overtiredness and seven emotions, are continuous with pathological process of the heart, liver, gall bladder, spleen, stomach, kidneys. 3. In oriental medicine, considered as a child's qi of shao yang, dynamic physiological feature, excess and want of yin and yang, organs and bowels, immanently imbalance in growth rather than a child's mental disorder 4. Inattention, looseness in ADHD-PI type are continuous with forgetfulness, improper overtiredness, shortage of qi, the interior heat syndrome due to yin deficiency within Don yui bo gam Book 5. Hyperactivity, impulsive actions in ADHD-C type are continuous with sudden palpitation, severe palpitation, delirium, fidgeting due to deficiency, fidgetiness, hyperactivity of huo due to yin deficiency, fever, febrile disease with accumulation of blood.
