  • Human Engineering has an intention of design to keep the best condition of man-machine system. Hitherto the conception of design has been used to include existing engineering, as mechanical engineering and electric engineering. But the manufactured goods which to be made these process seem to be fully equipped on physical function, but faults come out discountent repeatedly to users. Accordingly, the development of industrial design has been demanded for improving functional design. It is considered that industrial design has aesthetical sensation. In actually, it must be 1. to provide for utility and safety, 2. easy for maintenance, 3. cheap at cost. 4. possible for sales appeal, 5. and good on appearance. As taking into consideration above five conditions, however, for 삯e sake of comprehend to human being about operating method of machinery and equipment, it should be reflected to design what kind of training way will be needed. Also, it must be considered what a certain extent would be occurred tiredness to human being. in other words. it should be considered the design to be possible the reflect to principle of motion economy, It should not be made adoption of human ability for the designed machinery, it must be adopted the method to consider the design on presuppose about human ability. For study of these actual fact, this paper is summarized the essence of human engineering, and also to find out the methodology as humanistic engineering, It is, Particularly, subdivisionization of operation in flow operation is essential direction of mechanization. Generally. as developing the subdivisionization of operation, it will be lack of satisfaction on operation which worker take charge of. The subdivisionization of operation makes the operation to simple-repetitive, to lose the interest of worker and will be also come into question to the feeling of worker's livelihood. It is human's fundamental desire to have get skilful function or special technique. • Previously, studies concerning the Russian dialects have been mainly focused on northern, central, and southern dialects limited to western Russia of Ural Mountains. On the contrary, the Siberian and Far-eastern dialects have been completely disregarded to the main stream of the Russian dialectology. As a result of a poll concerning this idea, the majority has answered that there is no dialect in Siberian and Far-east regions. Though the reasons for the outcome of the poll could vary, it could not be simply accepted that there is no dialect in such vast regions. Thus, a survey has took place to examine the existence of dialects in the regions of Siberia and Far-east. The first phase of the survey inquired the residents of the regions including Siberia and Far-east to respond to questions regarding 83 vocabularies on wedding in contrast to the regions covering western Ural and Moscow. The 23 informants were residents of the concerned regions who have come to visit Pushkin National Institute of Russian Language and, others, Korea. The questionnaires used in this survey were partly obtained from the questionnaires originated by the Language Institute of St. Petersburg National University. Although the limited range of regions and a small number of respondents who partook in this survey could raise some issues on the table, it is relevant to understand that this study would open up the path for the development of studies concerning regional dialects in the future.

The special feature of his poetry is composed of the ironic poetics figured by the anti-subjectivity like the stylistic of the Imagism, the child narrator, and the pessimist narrator. His poetry written by the Imagism stand for the Apollo Modernism, and his poetry written by the child narrator and the pessimist narrator stand for the Dionysus Modernism. His poetry anti-subjected through the Imagism have been written with the motives of the home-nature and the native people, which have created the objective modernity. His poetry through the child narrator have been written with the motives of our folk-customs, and them through the pessimist narrator have been written with the paradoxical speech, which have created the subjective modernity. Especially, the Shamanism-poetry through the child narrator have created the aesthetik of the Schreckens. Others have created the ironic poetics through the anti-subjectivity and the exaggerated paradoxical rhetoric. In conclusion, it is more reasonable point of view that the special feature of Baekseok's poetry is based on the dual modernism like the Apollo and the Dionysus.

  • This study examines how disability pride of people having acquired visual impairment can be constructed. The theme is explored with the Japanese TV drama "Challenged". The paradigms regarding construction of disability pride and acceptance of disability are fundamentally different. In this context it can be said that a criticism of disability acceptance theory has something with a criticism of medical model of disability. It is main character Hanawa and chairman of teachers, and principal who were noticeable specifically at the point of forming disability pride, and these characters show a common feature that social idealism is embodied in their awareness. Other characters of the drama show a change of their consciousness to social idealism. As a conclusion this study suggests importances of humanistic and social scientific analysis as well as of educational effects achieved by means of drama.

  • This descriptive survey design study was aimed to investigate nursing students' perspectives of nursing care. One hundred seventeen junior or senior students in BSN program and 131 junior or senior students in RN-BSN program at K University were compared and contrasted in terms of their perspectives on nursing care. Using the instrument developed by Cho Kyoul-Ja and Song Mi-Ryung(1997), the data were collected from April 1st to April 30th in 2003. The findings of the research are as follows. 1. The average perspective score of the RN-BSN students was higher than that of the BSN students. 2. The RN-BSN students reported higher scores than those of the BSN students in perspectives on personal qualification and meanings, and perspectives on scope and function of their nursing care. However, there was no significant difference between the groups in overall nature and domains of nursing care. 3. In terms of the participants' demographic backgrounds such as, grades in the program, religion, history of hospitalization, there was no significant difference between the BSN and RN-BSN groups. 4. No significant difference was found within the RN-BSN group in terms of their nursing perspectives associated with the years of clinical experience. In conclusion, the score of nursing perspectives in RN-BSN student group was higher than that of the BSN students. No other differences were found in this study. The higher nursing perspective score in RN-BSN group is attributed to their clinical experience. Thus, it is suggested that philosophy and value of nursing should be taught early in nursing program in order for nursing students to obtain proper points of views on nursing care. In addition, nursing philosophy, holistic view, and humanistic values should be stressed in continuing education for clinical nurses in order for them to maintain dignitary perspectives in nursing care.
