급변하는 경제 환경 속에서 기업의 지속적인 성장(Scale-up)을 위해 기업가정신의 역할이 중요해지면서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 그간의 연구는 효율만을 강조하는 사업 중심의 기업가 정신을 주로 다루어 왔다. 그러나 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하면서 기업의 효율보다는 사람이 더 중요시되고 있는데 반해 사람중심의 기업가정신 연구는 활발히 진행되지 못하였다. 특히, 중소기업을 대상으로 한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 전통적 기업가정신에 이어, 사람중심 기업가정신이 중소기업 핵심역량에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 핵심역량은 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 사람중심 기업가정신의 관점에서 중소기업 핵심역량과 기업성과를 살펴보기 위해 전통적 기업가정신과 사람중심 기업가정신 그리고 기업성과를 요인으로 선정하였고 이들을 중심으로 연구모형을 개발하여 총 5개의 가설을 설정하였다. 가설검증을 위해 서울경기지역에 소재한 중소기업 최고경영자와 임직원 등 간부를 대상으로 2018년 6월 26일부터 8월 1일까지 총 36일에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 310개를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 전통적 기업가정신과 사람중심 기업가정신 모두 중소기업 핵심역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 중소기업 핵심역량도 비재무성과와 재무성과 둘 다 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 비재무성과는 재무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 종합해 볼 때, 기업가정신 특히, 사람중심 기업가정신이 전통적 기업가정신에 못지않게 중소기업에 있어서 매우 중요하기에 사람중심 기업가정신 제고가 필요하다는 것이 본 연구의 시사점이라 할 수 있다.

철학의 연구는 과거의 연구 성과에 대한 지식을 축적하고 이를 재구성한 다음 새롭게 해석하는 과정이다. 철학 디지털 지식 자원은 연구 성과의 축적 및 검색을 지원함으로써 철학 연구에 있어서 필수 불가결한 요소가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 철학 디지털 지식 자원의 구축 현황에 대한 조사 결과를 소개하고 이들 철학 디지털 지식 자원이 가지는 문제점과 개선 방안에 대해 서술한다. 또한 온톨로지 데이터 모델인 토픽맵을 기반으로 철학 온톨로지를 구축함으로써 철학 지식의 계층적 및 연관적 관계 정의와 의미 기반 지식 검색이 가능함을 보인다.

본 연구는 외국인 운동선수 귀화 현상이 언론보도를 통해 형성되는 프레임을 분석하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위하여 한국언론진흥재단 'Korea Integrated Database System'(KINDS, http://www.bigkinds.or.kr)을 활용하여 경향신문, 세계일보, 한겨레신문, 한국일보, MBC, SBS, YTN의 2014년부터 2016년까지 3년간 외국인 운동선수의 특별귀화와 관련된 보도 총 101건을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 단순 사실보도 프레임에서는 특정 선수의 귀화사실, 경기 출전 및 입상 관련 정보가 전달되었고, 경제성 프레임의 경우 외국인 특별귀화로 얻을 수 있는 이익을 통해 귀화의 정당성이 뒷받침되고 있었다. 인간적 흥미 프레임에서는 외국인 귀화 선수들의 성장과 귀화 과정, 삶과 애로 등이 보도되었으며, 갈등 프레임의 경우 파란눈 국가대표들의 대표성 문제, 국내 선수육성의 인과성, 국내 프로리그 복귀로 인한 리그 규정의 혼성 등이 주로 보도되었다. 도덕성 책임귀인 프레임은 주로 2016년 첼시 리의 특별귀화 서류조작 사건을 통한 귀화선수의 도덕성과 법적 후속조치 등이 보도되었다.

Recently, because of the danger and damages that following the steady development of scientific technologies, natural science is faced with many humane and ethical problems. So it is asserted the interdisciplinary with social and human science. However, it comes commonly that the ethical issues such as world view and one's view of life caused the development of sociology, especially development of the market economy. But in many cases, the interdisciplinary can be useful for widen the view of scholars. The interdisciplinary is actually connected with the problems of philosophy, and located in that domain. In this case, this is noticed as a model to the philosophers in 18th century, especially Denis Diderot. Diderot published De $l^{\prime}interpr{\acute{e}}tation$ de la nature during editing the Encyclopedia, from there he picked out the contents from piles of documents of Encyclopedia. Even though the contents or opinions of De $l^{\prime}interpr{\acute{e}}tation$ de la nature are inaccuracy or erroneous, it shows that how human-social science and natural science encountered. Diderot studied mathematics and then Diderot accepted to the natural science proposal, he approaches philosophy with translate English books to the French. Next he understood natural science by reading Buffon and Maupertuis, and during working for Encyclopedia, he possessed his knowledge that he can claim his opinion to other scholars. However in this De $l^{\prime}interpr{\acute{e}}tation$ de la nature, Diderot who sometimes rebutted other scholars' theory and demonstration, tried to build a philosophy on metaphysics in order to it was important for himself that he imposed the methods of science and importance of experience. Anyhow, this De $l^{\prime}interpr{\acute{e}}tation$ de la nature cause consider the recognition of Diderot in the field of natural science, and is suggested as a model about his Nature. This mean that it is an expression of his philosophy, and the content is found from natural philosophy and empirical philosophy. Like giving these attache the importance of method study for science and technique, these are targeted the promotion of popularization of natural-science and scientific-technology. Also it advocates fulfilling from reasonable philosophy to empirical philosophy. Therefore, the philosophy which was speculative and abstracted became his philosophy which was writing the meaning, as waiting the discovery of science. And at that time, the humanities made interdisciplinary with natural science.

According to the records that all the people in our country were taught the way of braiding the hair and hatting in the first year of 'Tangun' (the founding father of the Korean nation) and that the discipline between sovereign and subject, man and woman, and the standard of food, drink and dwelling were originated from that year, it seems that all the people in our country had lived with keeping a certain standard of food, clothing and shelter, and with maintaining the order in life from ancient times. So, our country have been called 'the Eastern Land of Courtesy' and also regarded as 'the country of the true gentle-man' which was characterized as the custom of a humane, and as the country that had the immortality since a benevolent person lived to a great age. Thus, all the people in our country have lived with keeping and maintaining a certain standard of all aspects in life, and the philosophy in life that we have today was established by the influences of our characteristic thought, Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and Christianity, especially the life style in the Chosun Dynasty Period have strong influence on our today life. Thus, the contents concerned with the standard of custume life among those of all life in the Chosun Dynasty Period was studied, and clothes itself is unable to give expression to its ends but when the relationship that is, the inter-harmony among clothes, the body which will be dressed in, and the inherent psyche in that body is formed, then the ends, the complete beauty will be expressed. Though there were many studies dealt with clothes itself, no one was concerned with the all kinds of standard in activities that the dresser should keep, so the purpose of this article is that as above. The literature search is used as the research method. The eight books, 'Noneo' (the Analects of Confucius), 'Yeogi' (the Book of Courtesy), 'Sohak' (the book of Precepts for child-ren), 'Yeosaseo'(the Women's Four Books), 'Sasojeol'(Korean Scholars' Minor Principles) 'Eonhaenaehoon' (Private Moral Instructions for Women), 'Woo-am seonsaeng kyenyeoseo' (Master Woo-am's Cautions for Girls) and 'Kyoobangkasa' (the Lyric Lines of the Boudoir) that had influenced the whole field of life in the Chosun Dynasty Period are analyzed, selected and finally arranged for studyilng the foundation of culture of the clothing and for helping to that culture in modern and future life. The results are as follows: 1. The standard of the clothing life in the Chosun Dynasty Period had deeply rooted in the teaching of confucianism, but also had been influenced by the custom which rooted in our people. 2. There is the emphasis upon the trinity among mind, clothes and activities in the clothing life. 3. The clothing and hat have to be dressed symmetrically in full of all required elements, 4. There is the harmony between the clothing with hat and environments or surroundings. 5. The true elegance in the clothing life will be realized not by the exterior outfit but by the interior outfit with the attitude of chastiny. In conclusion, as the material of clothing life in the Chosun Dynasty Period has the characteristics of the simplicity, the cleanliness, the elegance and the refinement, our clothing life is to be mastered with the simplicity, the cleanliness and the elegance in that life and with the harmony between the inside and the outside.
