3PL is the alternative for the corporation seeking to increase its logistics efficiency and effective implement of organization development. This study is to establish effective management method of the logistics companies and suggest further research direction by looking through theoretical background, applications, organization knowledge, international and domestic condition and problems of the 3PL which concludes to policy making. This study suggests corporation’s policy on technology oriented, management participation and knowledge on organization is used to secure competitive edge on logistics service. Close cooperation between departments is needed to acquire technology oriented information from 3PL human resource pool.

The objectives of this study are to investigate whether individual characteristics lead to significant differences in job satisfaction among tax accounting firm employees, to analyze how human-oriented management and positive leadership affect job satisfaction, and to examine if trust in supervisor moderates the effects of human-oriented management and positive leadership on job satisfaction. To accomplish these objectives, we surveyed employees of tax accounting firms and conducted statistical analyses using the SPSS and AMOS. The results are as follows. First, there were significant differences in job satisfaction depending on job position, salary, education level, and job performance of individual employees. Second, human-oriented management and positive leadership had a positive and statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, trust in supervisor moderated the effect of positive leadership on job satisfaction. The findings provides practical implications for the efficient operation of tax accounting firms.

This study was designed to identify the concept of institutional households in the context of its human-needs-satisfying function. The specific objectives of this study were to refine the research boundary of institutional households and to develop the management principals which is appropriate to the characteristics and orientations of institutional households. This study concludes as follows : 1. it is important to find various types and forms of institutional households for the more advanced study. 2. the professionals in family resource management area should have the future-oriented-perspectives in improving the concept of institutional households.

Since environmental problems were globalized, discussions on 'Sustainable Development' started from Rio Declaration on Environment and Development(Rio Agenda 21). In Korea, the idea of 'Green Growth' was introduced and generalized since the celebration speech made on 8.15(Independence Day of South Korea) on 2008. And Low Carbon- Green Growth Basic Law was established on 2010. There are 3 strategies and 10 sub-tasks to achieve green country-traffic and green revolution of life. Family resource management is capable of changing life style from energy wasty to ecologically green. The value of family resource management plays a critical role in changing the lifestyle through influencing the goal and standard setting. So, this study is aimed to suggest the green value and green way of life from the perspective of family resource management. Results are as follow. First, the green value is to change from 'material-oriented' to 'people-oriented'. The 'material-oriented value pursues pleasure from possessing, but the 'people-oriented' value pursues pleasure from being itself. Second, the change from the value of 'human-mastery of the nature' to the value of 'mother -nature' is necessary. The value of 'human-mastery of the nature' seeks pleasure from the velocity and tangible outcome. But the value of 'mother- nature' seeks pleasure from the time to relax and slow way of life. 'Third, the change from the value of 'individualism' to the value of 'community sprit' is necessary. Individualism focuses on man's achievement, which may fall into family egoism. And the green way of life suggests the change from 'results-oriented' to 'enjoy the process itself", from 'consumption' to 'ecological restoration' and from 'work to home and then home to community'.

The main control room (MCR) in advanced nuclear power plants (NPPs) has changed from analog to digital control system (DCS). Operation and control have become more automated, centralized, and accurate due to the digitalization of NPPs, which has improved the efficiency and security of the system. New issues associated with human reliability inevitably arise due to the adoption of new accident procedures and digitalization of main control rooms in NPPs. The LingAo II NPP is the first digital NPP in China to apply the state-oriented procedure. In order to address issues related to human reliability analysis for DCS and DCS + state-oriented procedure, the Hunan Institute of Technology conducted a research project based on a cooperative agreement with the LingDong Nuclear Power Co. Ltd. This paper is a brief introduction to the project.

The manufacturing system has been changed from labored manual process system, which is managed and operated by managers and operators, to CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System) for integration of manufacturing, research, development and consumption in the age of diverse customer's needs[6]. However, because it involves the hierarchical system composed of many sub-systems interface and its installation & setup cost is very expensive, CIMS has many difficulties in constructing the durable optimal system that is able to adapt to rapid in-outer circumstance change. So, HMS(Holonic Manufacturing System), the new conceptual manufacturing system having the self-problem-solving and self-organization[11], is instructed to solve these difficulties that it has in these days. The system flexibility in the HMS is able to be ensured, with the integration of human's strong points into mechatronics manufacturing system to reduce interference among sub-systems. In this paper, the manufacturing process rationalization and integration of the assembly line in an automobile industry, has lots of problems in efficiency and productivity, has been studied in an early stage of converting the present state of process system to HMS, which is human-oriented processing system, to improve the line efficiency, system productivity and reliability by using human capability effectively. This paper is derived into the human-oriented & object-oriented holons settlement of the shop floor system composed of processing, assembly and material handling system for the future holonic manufacturing system, which is going to be computer supported control system.

The main objective of this study was to find urban housewives' expenditure behavior type. For this objective 4 dimensions of income expenditure behavior were classified with factor analysis and correlation coefficient and then cluster analysis was implemented. Subjects were housewives living in Seoul. As a result, three income expenditure behavior type were defined. They were type of high interested in income expenditure, time oriented type, and money oriented type.

It is very difficult for the large-scale retailers, who deal with tens of thousands of items, to price all the items dynamically reflecting all the constraints and policies. In spite of its importance, the prices are determined by human experts because the process of setting the prices of all the items is not established yet. To solve this problem, we adopt a mixed model that combines three typical pricing models: cost-plus model, competition-oriented model, and demand-oriented model. Since each model an be converted to a set of constraints in point and interval forms, solving the pricing problem with the three groups of models requires an algorithm which can solve the problem with weighted constraints of intervals and points. So we have devised an algorithm named “Point Determination Algorithm”. From the rules that represents tile models, the constraints are extracted to be solvable by tile Point Determination Algorithm. A prototype KAPA (Knowledge Assisted pricing Advisor) is developed with this idea using the expert system environment UNIK - a tool developed by KAIST. According to the experiment with 76 items in comparison with 53 human pricing experts we confirmed that the KAPA can perform highly consistent with human experts. This implies KAPA system is applicable to pricing millions of items dynamically.

Activities to prevent industrial accidents can be divided into management of disaster risk factors of production facilities, disaster prevention systems and procedures, and human factors management. Human factor management is the last and most effective means to minimize disaster incidence and loss costs. The key strategy for this is safety and health education. However, formal or fictitious education is still being carried out in the industrial field. In addition, it is true that the application of practical use is insufficient due to the simple theoretical education based on knowledge transfer. In order to change the safety consciousness of employers and workers, we think that the paradigm of education should be changed from the traditional text and video-oriented lecture education method to experience-oriented education. The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze the effectiveness of safety education through education contents using VR(Virtual Reality) and AR(Augmented Reality) technology in keeping with the changing times of the 4th Industrial Revolution, And to suggest the direction of future safety and health education and content development trend.
