도로의 터널출구에서 인터체인지 분기점 구간은 도로이용자가 본선을 주행하다가 인근 목적지로 나가기 위하여 터널을 벗어나서 전방에 설치된 표지상의 목적지 지명을 확인하고, 차로를 변경해서 인터체인지 연결로로 들어가는 단계를 갖는다. 따라서 이 구간에서는 도로이용자의 다양한 행동이 요구되므로 도로이용자의 인간공학적 요소를 중시한 도로설계가 되어야 하는 구간이다. 본 연구는 도로이용자의 인간공학 요소를 고려하여 터널출구와 인터체인지 분기점구간의 최소이격거리를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구수행을 위해서 도로주행 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 다양한 연령층(20대${\sim}$70대)이 실험에 참여하여 터널과 인터체인지 분기점 산정에 대한 통계적 검증을 수행하였다. 그 결과 터널출구에서 인터체인지 변이구간(감속차로 시점)의 시점까지는 최소 500m 이상의 거리가 확보되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 과학적인 근거를 통해서 터널과 인터체인지 분기점간의 최소이격거리 정립에 대한 기초연구 수행이 이루어졌다는 점에서 논문의 의의가 있다. 향후 이용자에게 보다 안전한 지침을 제공하여 도로주행의 안전성을 도모할 수 있는 기반을 제공할 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

Furniture in the modern living environment, inclusive the importance of its practical value, is a plastic element of indoor space, and its artistic value also holds an important position. Moreover, emotional design based on the emotional engineering in a structural change of modern society such as urbanization, small family, aging society is proposed as an important keyword in the modern design. Namely, furniture as an component of modern residential space has been advanced as a human-oriented environmental element considering people's emotional and mental value to the functional satisfaction and artistic and emotional satisfaction. Furniture is a living tool that is much contacted to people, which affects highly on people's body and mind. This means that people's volition action can be naturally induced by furniture design, and that furniture can display a role as an active tool of means to make people's interpersonal communication and interchange. Namely, I think furniture design of emotional interchange that understands furniture user's pattern behavior and pattern, and observes furniture form and structure and functionality on users' relationship affecting on people's emotional stability and interpersonal interchange of emotion, as an indispensable element necessary for producing more human and prosperous environment of life.

본 논문은 LOD2 커뮤니티 과제 중 하나인 NLP2RDF를 한국어에 적용하면서 고안한 프레임워크에 대해 제시하고 있다. 이 프레임워크를 통해, 한국어 NLP2RDF는 다양한 한국어 자연언어처리 도구들로 부터의 결과물 및 다양한 한국어 언어 자원에 대한 활용도 높은 이용 방법에 대한 제시 및 국제적 상호 운용성을 위해 NIF(NLP Interchange Format)[1] 규격을 준수한 RDF(Resource Description Framework)를 생성하기 위한 방법론을 소개한다. 또한 NIF(NLP Interchange Format)를 통한 포맷 통일화 과정에서 발생하는 NIF 온톨로지의 불완전성에 대한 개선 방향에 대해서도 갼략하게 제시한다.

ETRI 통신단말연구부에서는 1999년 7월 22일에 C-STAR 회원국이 함께 참여하는 국제간 음성언어번역 시스템 공동 시연을 가졌다. 이 논문은 다국어 대화체 번역시스템인 음성언어번역 시스템의 국제간 공동 시연에 사용된 한국어 번역 시스템의 성능에 대해 기술한다. 번역 시스템의 성능은 전사문장을 이용한 영어, 일본어, 한국어의 번역 결과와 음성인식 결과를 이용한 각 언어의 번역 결과를 평가하여 얻었다. 그리고 세부 시스템의 성능을 알아보기 위해 음성인식의 결과로부터 C-STAR IF(interchange format)까지의 해석 시스템과 C-STAR IF로부터 한국어, 영어, 일본어로 생성해 내는 생성 시스템의 성능으로 나누어서 평가한다.

This study analyzed the factors of change of women's underwear in the Renaissance, which had a sudden change of shape. First, the spirit of the Renaissance was focused on human-attached importance to glamorous beauty of the body and pursued the glamorous well-proportioned figure as the ideal of the human body. This expressed a woman's beautiful curved lines by reduction of their waist size and emphasis of breast and hip lines. It also created and emphasized one's physical figure, which is a characteristic of sex. Also the materials and size of underwear cleared up the classification of class. Second, through the development of weaving techniques, more textiles were produced, from linen, the most common material used, to silk in underwear and stomacher, and chemise, which was made more splendid be devising elaborate embroidery techniques. Third, as we know that the farthingale was devised in Spain and transmitted to France because of the prevalence of printing and trade, where it changed and developed to more convenient style, this shows that information interchange was active, and we can see the phenomenon that it is developing continually through the prevalence of printing and trade.

전자문서는 사람이 판독 할 수 있는 문서 측면과 시스템의 이해하고 자동 처리할 수 있는 전자적 측면을 모두 갖추고 있어서 가용성이 뛰어나다. 전자문서를 이용하는 목적이 가용성이라면 이 특성이 잘 발휘되어 효과적이고 효율적인 전자문서유통이 되도록 강구하여야 할 것이다. 정부의 전자문서유통 상황은 종래의 종이문서 중심 사고방식과 각 부처별 업무중심 관점에서 아직 벗어나지 못하여 이러한 장점을 충분히 살리지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자문서유통의 발전 방향을 제시하여 향후 방대하게 생산될 전자문서의 효용을 높이는 데에 도움을 주는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 우선 전자무선의 개념을 정의하고 XML 을 이용하여 문서의 구조정보를 표현하는 이유와 한계, 정부 전자문서유통의 문제점을 설명하였다. 그리고 향후 정보 표현 방안, 문서 구성 방안과 표준 관리 방안을 제시하였다.

소셜 네트워크는 온라인상의 인맥 기반 친목 서비스로 잘 알려져 있지만, 광의의 소셜 네트워크는 타인과 협력하고 정보를 공유하는 작업을 통해 생성된 관계 또는 이를 기반으로 생성된 데이터를 통해 웹을 정보생태계로 진화시키는 메커니즘으로 해석할 수 있다. 소셜 네트워크는 친목 기반의 연결의 장에서 관심사 기반의 사회적 관계망으로 확대되고 있으며, 비즈니스 교육 등 다양한 영역에서 적용되고 있다. 도서관 서비스 영역에서도 수요자의 정보교류 네트워크 형성에 소셜 네트워크의 개념과 철학을 적용하기 위해 관심을 보이기 시작하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소셜 네트워크의 개념과 의의를 살펴보고 도서관 영역에서 어떻게 해석되어 응용이 시작되고 있는지 살펴본다. 또한 도서관 정보 수요자의 소셜 네트워크 활성화를 위한 지원 방안을 제안해 본다.

본 연구는 지방공무원 인사혁신에 대한 정책우선순위를 통해 인적자원관리의 방향성을 모색하기 위해 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 측정영역에서는 인사교류시스템, 보직관리시스템, 채용관리시스템, 교육훈련시스템 중에서 인사교류시스템이 가장 중요한 평가요소로 분석되었다. 둘째, 평가항목의 관점에서 보면, 인사교류시스템에서는 직무와 성과중심의 인사관리 전환, 보직관리시스템에서는 전문직위제 지정 및 확대, 채용관리시스템에서는 민간에서 시행중인 인성, 적성 검사도입, 교육훈련시스템에서는 맞춤형 교육과정프로그램 개발 등이 가장 중요하게 평가되었다.

This study intends to define $\ulcorner$personality$\lrcorner$ as $\ulcorner$Human-ware$\lrcorner$ based on $\ulcorner$Gene-ware$\lrcorner$ in business management. The sides of personality in management are important source of manifestation of ‘Synergy’, because the importance of personality, that is, $\ulcorner$attitude$\lrcorner$ in individuals is increasing compared with the traditional techniques, $\ulcorner$craft$\lrcorner$. In this work it is considered that Human-ware activates interchange in reciprocal relation between Gene-ware and Hard-ware and performs balancing, intermediating (catalyzing) functions in relative that things(Geneware $\leftrightarrow$ Humanware $\leftrightarrow$ Hardware). $\ulcorner$Gene-ware$\lrcorner$ represents factor and phenomena of life in evolutionary information as human instincts, system of Gene-duum(Gene＋Residuum(in phenomenology) ), Synchronization(in structuralism). In this view, this paper defines the concepts and effects of personality in management as the results of creative and stational functions of Human-ware. And this paper intends to identify the strata of psycho in human as three vertical aspects of $\ulcorner$Manifest$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Latent$\lrcorner$, and $\ulcorner$Found$\lrcorner$, in this respects, function of Human-ware have analogy to that of Manifest in psychological behaviors. Finally, reviewing the Ford system based on Fordism and Taylor's system in Industrial Engineering, pursues the meaning and importance of personality, that is Humanware in management.

최근 인터넷을 통한 정보 교환을 위해 XML(eXtensible Markup Language), 이러한 XML과 EDI의 기술적 특성과 장점을 이용한 XML/EDI에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. EDI의 개념과 더불어 일괄처리 EDI에서부터, 실시간 EDI, 대화형 EDI, 개방형 EDI, 객체지향 EDI, 그리고 인터넷을 이용한 EDI로 발전되는 과정을 살펴보고, 특히 XML/EDI의 발전방향에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.
