A light-weight enough to be portable yet functionally complete hand-writing machine was designed with hardware assembled and software implemented. The machine simulating human hand-writing not only allows identical massive scriptings on papers in human's proxy, but also offers emotional appearance as if the script was directly hand-written in ink. The features of human writing were independently put together to complete the action of scripting. The writing style could be altered in order to mimic a person's own specific writing style. The present work demonstrates that the assembled hand-writing machine was able to duplicate writing of scripts in almost parallel lines in consistent manner. The machine can be used in the emotional marketing area where seasonal greetings or thank-you cards are to be sent in massive manner. The pen-holding machine can also find an emotional application such as writing a short greeting note on a plastic lid on a disposable coffee cup in coffee-selling stores.

This study investigated the formation of communication education which is based on the contemporary language education. Concretely I watched chronologically the proportion of culture element and behavior element, its change, and the contents of writing education. To achieve this, I took the ancient Greek language education as the main materials. The sophists are right if we think only the empirical world, because of the changeability of external world and the relativity of sense. On the other hand, Platon emphasized the ability of abstract thought which is inherent in the human inside. But today's education only emphasizes the 'expression' which came from the Platonic thought. So students fills their devastated inside with arbitrary idea in this history-forgotten social circumstance. It is very beneficial to make subject have some cultural studies and to enhance the sensation on the world through the writing of representation because these can be good to the growth of subject. It is our-not as educator but as a predecessor of human being-duty to set the catalogue of cultural studies of this age and to make students feel the fundamental harmony and the beauty of the world.

The purpose of study to know hand function in order to prevent disability or handicap. The ability to perform precise refined movements of hand is an important human function. Improvement in object manipulation is common goal of therapist. The ability to manipulate an object in the hand is need for many functional tasks, including writing, handling coins, small objects and ADL skills. Therapists have commonly used hand grip and pinch strengths as baseline measures to evaluate hand function. The patterns of grasps are precision grasp, power grasp, hook grasp, spherical grasp, sylindrical grasp, disc grasp, pinch, three point pinch and tip pinch. And the motion of in-manipulation are finger to palm translation, palm to finger, shift, simple rotation and complex rotation. The hand function are include to evaluate of ROM, sensation, muscle strength of hand. It used to evaluate of decision of effect and suppose of disability and acceptance of vocation. Good evaluation is need to pretreatment and baseline of treatment and help to evaluate of effect on treatment.

Creative writing process begins with memory that contains general experience of the human. In the past creative writing was regarded as exclusive ability of the human. But today, thanks to digital technology digital story creation programs are being developed. This study compares and analyzes the story creation programs, the and the , that imitate a process of interaction between human's long term memory and creative writing. The tried to create probable story by emphasizing character's goal in building case database and retrieving cases. On the other hand, the tried to assist writer's ideation by emphasizing violating motif in building case database and retrieving cases. Hereafter, use of digital media in creating story is expected to accelerate. In this prospect, this study hope to help a development of story creation program in the future.

Augmented reality is a technology for showing virtual objects overlapped with the real world as seen from the eyes of users. Studies are being conducted on effective communication methods using hand movements in augmented reality. Hand movements are an important means of human communication along with writing and voice. Space arrangement technology and hand tracking technology using markers to acquire virtual information in augmented reality have many limitations. This paper proposes tracking hand area for augmented object. The augmented objects change viewpoints by hand positions which improves the sense of three dimensions and immersion.

본 논문에서는 Error Back Propagation 학습을 이용해 한글 문자를 On-Line 인식하는 시스템을 제안한다. Pointing device의 궤적을 추적해 입력 패턴의 특징(feature)을 추출해 신경 회로망 입력으로 준다. 이때 사용하는 특징은 기본 획 (stroke)의 종류 및 획간의 상대적 위치 관계이다. 학습과정에서는 자소의 정의를 읽어 초성, 중성, 종성에 대해 각 획수마다 정의된 신경회로망의 weight를 조정한다. 인식 과정에서는 초성, 중성, 종성의 순으로 에러가 최소인 획수의 신경회로망 출력을 택하여 2 바이트 조합형 코드로 완성한다. 이로써 Intelligent Man-Machine Interface 시스템중 위치 및 크기에 무관한 전필 입력 시스템을 구현한다.

Ruth Ozeki(Japanese-American female novelist)?s recent novel, A Tale for the Time Being (2013) draws our attention because the fiction shows very interesting fictional experiments, especially in terms of post-humanism. Indeed, the novel is not a science fiction at all which has been, and still is, the typical fictional field employed in the discussion for the transhumanism and posthumanism. It also does not include any cybogs, robots, or aliens which provoke the posthumanism-related issues like mind/body, human/nonhuman, nature/culture relations. Indeed, it seems "merely" represent realistic day-to-day lives of ordinary people living in contemporary Japan and Canada, and in very minute and particular details at that. Indeed, the central action of the main characters of the novel seems very traditional, that is on the one hand writing a diary by a teenage girl who is counting the days and weeks before her suicide and on the other hand reading it by a female novelist who happens to find her diary several years later. Nevertheless, I would like to suggest that underneath this traditional narrative surface are simmering post-humanist and post-anthropocentric worldviews beyond liberal Humanism which takes human beings to be exceptional against human or non-human others. Not only in narrative contents and characterizations but also through narrative structure and strategies, the novel enacts post-humanist and post-anthropocentric worldviews which are interestingly drawn from both age-old Buddhist ideas and modern eco-philosophy and quantum physics. I would like to stress that what triggers the author's fictional experiments helping our rethinking and redefining "what human beings are" and "what the relation between humans and nonhumans" is not merely intellectual interests but her keen and passionate response to the heart-breaking pains and sufferings of human and nonhuman beings caused by the contemporary natural-artificial catastrophes and techno-scientific predicaments.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the structure and contents of clothing construction field in the middle-school textbook of technology and home economics with curriculum revised in 2007. 10 kinds of textbooks certified by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in 2010 were selected and home economics field in them was the subject of this study with the external characteristics such as textbook system, instruction area and contents included. This study was content analysis-oriented and descriptive with data calculated by frequency and percentage. The findings are as follows. In 'Reality of Home-Life', food life area showed highest as 34.4% followed by clothing life(28.7%) and dwelling life(28.7%). The portion of present teachers in writing staffs was highest while there was no textbook where professors of each field were included in writing staffs. The contents of costume society, clothes material, clothes management from section 'Choice and Management of Clothes' in the chapter 'Family Life' and clothing construction from the section 'Making and Modifying Clothes' of the chapter 'Reality of Home-Life' were analysed in this study. Clothing construction-related fields were suggested separately by method of measurement, construction theory, drafting theory, drafting an original form, fabric trimming, utilization of the original form, length measure, cloth cutting, hand stitching, how to use a sewing machine, basting and correction, needlework process, completion, and evaluation. The contents of the unit 'Making Shorts' were about clothing construction theory, human body measurement, drafting an original form, process of making shorts and activity/research/experience. The contents of the unit 'Wearing Clothes after Fixing' in clothing construction-related field were about how to fix and recycling.

The effects of therapeutic instrumental music performance (TIMP) using a ukulele were examined in adults with central nervous system damage and impaired hand functions. The participants were three adults with neurological damage who participated in 30-min sessions twice a week over 6 weeks. Changes in hand function was measured by the Box and Block Test (BBT), the 9-Hole Peg Test (9-HPT), and the Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function Test (JTHFT). Following the intervention, all three participants showed increases in the BBT and 9-HPT scores, indicating positive changes in fine motor coordination and dexterity. In terms of the JTHFT, all three participants showed increases in the "writing" and "card flipping" subtask scores, indicating that the intervention was effective in improving more coordinated finger movements. All participants reported the satisfaction with the intervention. They also pointed out that they were motivated to play the ukulele and that following the intervention used their affected hand more frequently in daily activities. These findings suggest that TIMP with a ukulele for patients with central nervous system damage can have positive effects on their functional hand movements and motivate these patients to practice their rehabilitation exercises.

It is needless to say that America's indiscriminate artillery and chemical attacks have worsened the conditions of Vietnam's tropical rain forests, causing war-torn combat troops and civilians to suffer more from the participation and aftermath of the Vietnam war. Around two decades after the Vietnam War, American and Vietnamese writers dealing with the destruction of the human and nature of the Vietnam War and the following traumatic experience commonly report the horrors of inhumane warfare, but some differences among them appear in the reception of the ecocide consciousness. For American writers who had been involuntarily involved or who had stayed in the back area as interpreters and counter-intelligence force, the Vietnam War was often a kind of exotic "addicted adventure" which their American hometown could not provide. But apart from overcoming postwar post-traumatic stress by writing of healing which was shared with American war writers, Vietnamese writers have been able to overcome the scars of war as the communal memorial, which Jonathan Shay emphasized as the necessary comforting ritual by community members showing the sign of honor and care. On the other hand, American war writers were on the side of "separate peace," as Jeong stressed, and the Vietnam War to them was more racist like the case of "body count." Nevertheless, it is fortunate that the hideous experience of war could turn them all into the creativity pool, just as the 5,000 square mile of bomb creators have been used as the postwar fish ponds.
