The global process of transition from industrial to information society, as well as socio-economic changes taking place in Ukraine, require significant changes in many areas of state activity. It is especially connected with the reforms in the sphere of education. Today, national programs provide for the development of education on the basis of new progressive concepts, the introduction of the educational process of new pedagogical technologies and scientific achievements, the creation of a new system of information education, entrance of Ukaine into the transcontinental computer information system. Information technologies are qualitatively changing the key resources of development: this is no longer a space with fixed production, but primarily mobile finance and intelligence. They have a direct impact on the formation of personal growth, professional content and self-organization, emotional and psychological maturity and consciousness, and so on. One of the main factors in ensuring the stability and social education of the country's citizens is the culture of security, the formation and development of which is an urgent problem today. Comprehensive and systematic development of security culture will significantly increase the readiness of the population, the level of environmental, labor and patriotic education, reduce human losses, material damage from emergencies. Ecological education can be carried out more successfully only gradually and in accordance with the socio-psychological periods of one's development: kindergarten - school - college - university. The creation of such a system of environmental education should be enshrined as the basis of state environmental policy as a constitutional norm with the usage of information technology. Graduates of universities, who are the future of our country, after mastering the skills of basic environmental education must have a high level of environmental culture, which is, in turn, part of general human culture, and investigate environmental issues from the standpoint of their profession. It is known that with the help of environmental education the collective intelligence of society is formed, which can predict human activities and processes occurring in nature, and in some way to help with the elimination of crises. It is through environmental education that another system of human values is being formed, which places great emphasis on intangible wealth and solidarity, and great responsibility of humanity for the ecological state of the native country; provides a higher standard of living as a result of sustainable development, through the introduction of information technology in this system. To improve the quality of life, we need better knowledge, which must be implemented through information technology at the international level.

본 논문에서는 DICOM 영상을 UPnP Server로 구현된 PACS 서버를 설계하고 UPnP Renderer를 이용하여 스트리밍 전송으로 화면에 출력하고 전송하여 병원에서의 진단 진료 시스템의 효율을 높일 수 있고 사용자 서비스적 관점의 이동형 의료정보시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서의 DICOM 엔진은 PACS 에서의 영상 취득 서버의 과부화 문제를 해결하고 의료 정보통합의 과정에서 다양한 프로세싱 방법으로 사용될 것이며, 홈 네트워크나 PnP 기능으로 제한되어 있던 UPnP 미들웨어의 다양한 서비스 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

The Internet is changing old organizational schemes, including education. A growing number of universities are creating curriculums to reflect these changes. Economic market is being opened to the international world, and in order to overcome the difficulties are demanding continuous supply of men power from university to efficiently manage human resource and implement superior e-business model. Technology innovation plays an important role in the sustainable grows of the firm in the global economy. The objective of this study is to suggest an e-business curriculum for e-business department. We will analyze what kind of people is needed for e-business, and provide appropriate curriculum for educating suitable human resources, which could be for university program. This study may contribute to the much needed systematic analysis for e-business curriculum. We prioritize e-business curriculum selected and rank their importance through an exploratory study for suggesting the undergraduate curriculum.

현재 RFID 기술을 이용한 항만의 관리 시스템은 점차 그 분야를 확대해가고 있다. 기존의 센서 기술이 물적 자원을 관리하기 위한 용도였다면, 이제는 인원관리를 위한 분야로 확대되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 항만 내 작업인원에 대하여 여러 대역의 RFID 태그와 다양한 디자인의 태그를 소지하게 하여, RFID 리더를 통해 위치 정보를 수집하여 모니터링 하고 그 특성을 조사 분석하였다.

Globalization of Economic activities have increased Company's interests about International Logistics Management. Expansion of International trade depends on International Logistics which can overcome distance and time. In In-cheon, There are many small scale and minor Freight Forwarders take advatage of being linked with a port, an airport but their inefficient paper works cause raising of Logistics costs and losing of competitive power. In this study, we develop a web based ocean forwarder information system for freight forwarder to solve these problems. So, this system will provide decreasing operation time, human resources, and accessing easily because of web based system, and finally decrease logistics cost and improve national competitive power.

This study is to test some expected performances coming from the introduction child care electronic voucher system, and suggest some policy implications. At first, this study established causal model on the expected performances of child care electronic voucher system, and then tested it through structural equation model on the base of survey. Survey was made through sampling employees of child care facilities in Gwangju Metropolitan City. This study showed that the expected effects of child care electronic voucher system are significant. This study suggested some implications basing on this analytical results.

본 논문에서는 디지털 휴먼 컨텐츠 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 디지털 휴먼 컨텐츠 생성 시스템은 전신 스케닝을 통해 3D AI 모델링 작업을 하고, 3D 모델링 후처리와 텍스쳐링, 리깅 작업으로 제작된다. 이를 가상현실 컨텐츠 정보와 결합함으로써 가상현실 내에서 가상 모델의 자연스러운 동작이 이뤄질 수 있고, 하나의 시스템에서 효율적으로 디지털 휴먼 컨텐츠를 생성할 수 있다. 따라서 자원을 최소화하는 가상현실 기반의 디지털 휴먼 컨텐츠 생성이 가능하도록 하는 효과가 있다. 또한 사람에 의한 3D 모델링 및 텍스쳐링 작업은 전처리 과정을 필요로 하지 않는 자동화된 전처리 공정을 제공하며, 다양한 디지털 휴먼 컨텐츠를 효율적으로 관리하는 기술을 제공고자 한다. 특히 가상 모델을 구성하기 위한 3D 모델링 및 텍스쳐링 등의 전처리 공정은 인공지능에 의해 자동으로 수행되도록 함으로써 신속하고 효율적인 가상 모델 구성이 이뤄질 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 시그니처 모션을 통해 디지털 휴먼 컨텐츠 구성 및 관리가 용이하게 이뤄질 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

최근 급격히 팽창한 한국영화산업에도 이제 다시 한 번 대대적인 정비가 필요한 시점이 왔다. 그 중에서도 영화 현장인력 교육의 기반을 마련하여 전문화된 스텝을 양성하는 일은 무엇보다 시급한 과제이다. 이를 위해서는 오랜 시간동안 한국 영화산업의 주된 교육 제도였던 도제 제도를 새롭게 조탁하여, 그 한계를 극복하고 장점을 계승할 수 있는 합리적인 제도를 마련할 필요가 있다. 즉 도제 제도의 근간인 서열적인 직급을 수평적인 전문직 스텝 체계로 전환하고, 현장인력들의 현황 파악, 경력 및 그에 따른 승급과 임금까지도 총괄적으로 관리해주는 산업 정보망을 구축해야 한다. 본 논문은 영화 현장인력 교육의 새로운 체계로서 일터학습과 멘토링 제도의 도입을 제안함으로써, 도제 제도의 장점인 풍부한 현장 경험과 동료 간의 정서적 유대감을 유지하고, 보다 체계적이며 전문적인 현장 학습이 이루어질 수 있는 교육 체제를 마련하고자 한다.

"한국향토문화전자대전(www.grandculture.net)"은 전국 234개 시군구의 향토문화 자료를 집대성하고 이를 디지털화하여 서비스하는 웹기반의 지식정보시스템이다. 백과사전적 성격과 향토지, 시군지의 성격을 지향하고 있는 향문전은 자신이 사는 지역의 향토문화지식정보와 인간이 어떻게 상호작용할 수 있는가를 보여주는 하나의 사례이다. 디지털전자백과사전인 향문전은 지역의 역사와 문화를 어떻게 담아내고 서비스 하고 있는가? 본 글은 순환형 시스템에 기반한 향토지식 문화콘텐츠의 서비스 현황과 효과에 대한분석이 될 것이다.

After building a ship in a shipyard, there are so many repeated inspection of welding seam defects and painting status before delivering to the ship's owner. An inspection on the bottom part of a ship in commercial service should be done in every two years for the purpose of safety and for the prevention of ship speed deterioration. conventional welding seam inspection systems are rely on the visual inspection by human or the ultrasonic inspection for the selective part of a ship. This paper suggests a remote controlled inspection system for the examination of large ships or steel structures. The proposed system moves in contact with the ship under inspection and have a CCD camera to provide visual-guidance information to a remotely located human worker. Additionally this system utilizes a weld line tracking algorithm for an optimal position control. We verified the effectiveness of the inspection system by experimental data.
