금융업 종업원들의 교육훈련, 인재개발, 커뮤니케이션이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -조직몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로- (A Study on the Influence of Education and Training, Human Resources Development, and Communication on Job Satisfaction for Employees in Korea's Financial Industry: Focus on the Mediating Impact of Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 한국 금융 산업에서 교육훈련, 인재개발, 커뮤니케이션이 조직 몰입 및 직무 만족 간의 관계에 대해 분석하였으며 특별히 조직몰입에 대한 더 나은 정보를 제공하기 위하여 조직몰입이 직무만족과, 교육훈련, 인재개발, 커뮤니케이션에 미치는 매개 관계에 대하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 실증적 분석을 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였다. 연구의 결과 한국 금융 산업에서 교육훈련, 인재개발, 커뮤니케이션, 조직 몰입 및 직무 만족간에는 서로 관계성이 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 그리고 조직몰입이 교육훈련, 인재개발, 커뮤니케이션과 직무 만족의 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 한국의 금융산업에서 조직몰입을 위한 교육훈련을 강화하고 특히 포스트코로나 시대 변화에 따른 직무만족과 조직성과를 위한 인적자원 개발 프로그램 구축과 커뮤니케이션을 통한 조직내 신뢰 문화 구축의 필요성을 논의하였다. 앞으로 질적연구를 통한 금융기업 종업원들과 관련한 요인을 도출하는 한편 다른 업종에 속한 기업들과의 분석 결과와의 비교 등을 통하여 보다 심도있는 관련 후속 연구가 요청된다.

유비쿼터스 도시 건설을 위한 인력양성방안 현황 및 정책방향 연구 (A Study on the Training Strategy of Human Resources for the u-City Construction)

  • 본 연구에서는 u-City 인력양성 현황을 토대로 국토해양부의 u-City 관련 인력양성에 대한 실천 계획이 효율적으로 실행될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. u-City를 추진하는 지자체, 개발사업자마다 공통적으로 제기하는 문제점은 u-City 관련 고급 및 산업 인력의 절대적인 부족이다. u-City 전문 인력은 u-City건설의 특성상 도시계획.개발, 정보통신망, IT 등 다양한 분야에 대한 전문지식을 갖추어야하나 이러한 고급인력이 배출되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인력양성방안의 목표를 'u-City의 성공적인 추진에 부합하는 전문 인력 양성'으로 설정하였으며, 수요자 중심의 교육, 지역 균형적인 전문 인력 양성, u-City 관련분야의 융.복합교육, u-City 관련 교육인프라 구축을 추진전략으로 수립하였다. u-City 인력양성의 추진목표 및 전략을 실행하기 위한 중점추진과제로는 'u-City건설 전문 인력 교육 관련 수요전망', '지역별 거점대학 선정을 통한 전문 인력의 양성', 'u-City 인력양성센터 건립추진', '교육포탈을 통한 온라인 교육', '교육인프라 구축' 등 5개를 선정하였다. u-City 인력양성을 위한 추진전략의 성공적 실행을 위해서는 중점 추진과제들 간의 유기적인 연계가 필수적이다.

국내 원자력발전소 인적오류 저감을 위한 Crew Resource Management 교육훈련체계 개발 (Development of a Crew Resource Management Training Program for Reduction of Human Errors in APR-1400 Nuclear Power Plant)

  • The nuclear power industry in the world has recognized the importance of integrating non-technical and team skills training with the technical training given to its control room operators to reduce human errors since the Three Mile Island and Chernobyl accidents. The Nuclear power plant (NPP) industry in Korea has been also making efforts to reduce the human errors which largely have contributed to 120 nuclear reactor trips from the year 2001 to 2006. The Crew Resource Management (CRM) training was one of the efforts to reduce the human errors in the nuclear power industry. The CRM was developed as a response to new insights into the causes of aircraft accidents which followed from the introduction of flight recorders and cockpit voice recorders into modern jet aircraft. The CRM first became widely used in the commercial airline industry, but military aviation, shipboard crews, medical and surgical teams, offshore oil crews, and other high-consequence, high-risk, time-critical industry teams soon followed. This study aims to develop a CRM training program that helps to improve plant performance by reducing the number of reactor trips caused by the operators' errors in Korean NPP. The program is; firstly, based on the work we conducted to develop a human factors training from the applications to the Nuclear Power Plant; secondly, based on a number of guidelines from the current practicable literature; thirdly, focused on team skills, such as leadership, situational awareness, teamwork, and communication, which have been widely known to be critical for improving the operational performance and reducing human errors in Korean NPPs; lastly, similar to the event-based training approach that many researchers have applied in other domains: aircraft, medical operations, railroads, and offshore oilrigs. We conducted an experiment to test effectiveness of the CRM training program in a condition of simulated control room also. We found that the program made the operators' attitudes and behaviors be improved positively from the experimental results. The more implications of the finding were discussed further in detail.

  • 최근 세계적으로 4차 산업혁명 변화에 대한 교육적 대응의 주요 방향이 인공지능(AI: Artificial Intelligence)과 로봇 중심의 미래산업 핵심기술 인재육성에 집중됨에 따라, 고등교육과 직업능력개발 분야에서도 인공지능 기술을 가진 융합적 인재 양성의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같이 변화하는 환경을 고려하여 최근 맞춤형 교육훈련 흐름과 AI 융합형 인재 양성 교육을 실현하기 위해 "학습자 맞춤형 AI 융합형 인재양성" 훈련 프로그램을 기획하고 운영모델 방안을 수립하였다. 인공지능 및 교육혁신 전문가를 대상으로 총 2회차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하여, 훈련프로그램 운영모델 기본구조, 교육과정, 운영전략의 하위 구성요소의 적합도를 검증하였다. 그리고 최종적으로 검증된 훈련 모델을 온라인 직업훈련 허브인 스마트 직업훈련 플랫폼(STEP)에 적용하여 AI 융합인재 양성 학습자 맞춤형 훈련모델 수립 방안을 제안하였다.

  • Management of kitchen is consist of various management factor, for instance, physical resources, financial resources, information resources, and human resources. Because these kind of resources determine efficiency of kitchen management, human resource management is important aspect of kitchen operation. In this paper of view, recently human resource management has been considered by kitchen manager. Kitchen Managers who are interested in human resource, focus on efficiency. Also human resource management underlined not only efficiency, but interrelationship of emplyee. Today, considering with the environment of management, operation of kitchen is important section on hotel management in relation to the profit of it. In the future, therefore kitchen will be strategic profit center on hotels. According to in this tendency, as profit business center kitchen assumed a aspect of efficiency mechanism. This thesis aimcs to point out the actual status of human resource management in the hotels, and suggests the improvement there of by analyzing the system. This research is organized into five sections. section one introduces its objectives. scope and mothodology. Section two provides the theory of human resource management on the kitchen of hotels. And section these analyzed about the factors of human resource management. Section four, suggests the alternatives of the improvement on human resource management, section Five describes the conclusion of this thesis. Today, importance of human resource is viewed multipoint aspects in relation to efficiency of organization and interrelationship of employee, especially the arrangement of human resource is fairly handle and allocation of the human resource and personal appraisal. On the other hand, human resource managers have to be responsible for the cost control and customer's attraction by developing human resources. In order to advance human resource management on kitchen of hotels, following alternatives are considered with efficiency of management and interrelation of employee. The first, the manager of hotels has to consider the passive support of development of human resource. The second, the manager of hotels should develop the various training program for the extonsive ability of employee. The third, in order to improvement of human resource management, manager should establish the system for human resource management view of efficiency and employee's interrelationship.

RI-Biomics 분야 인력양성 모델 정립 (Establishment of Model for the Human Resource Development in RI-Biomics Field)

  • RI-Biomics field comes into the limelight as a new fusion radiation technology. These rapid development of RI-Biomics cause the necessity of establishment of a new methodical education program model for consistent training of professional manpower in RI-ADME, Biomics field. But domestic current status is not satisfied to training human resource development in RI-Biomics. Actually domestic educational organization related to RI-Biomics just run educational programs oriented basic theory, so practical and fusion education are not existed nowadays for preliminary RI-Biomics expert. Therefore we established a new education program model for educate of the expert in RI-Biomics field to overcome current problem about the route of knowledge that has more monotonous and concentrated tendency and non-professional education. To improve universality and practicality, we conduct education-training model survey about domestic and foreign country. This new human resource development model will contribute to fostering new expert in RI-Biomics field.

중소기업 재직자들의 교육훈련에 대한 인지된 유용성이 교육 훈련 만족도에 미치는 영향: 인사부서 활동의 조절효과 (The Perceived Utility of Education and Training in SMEs on Employee Satisfaction: The Moderating Role of HRM Department Activities)

  • Purpose - Drawing on the content-process approach, this study examines the effect of employees' perceived utility of education and training in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on their satisfaction. In addition, this study investigates how the human resource management department' activities moderate the relationship between employees' perceived utility of education and training and satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach - This study predicts the positive relationship between employees' perceived utility of education and training and satisfaction, and HR activities strengthens this positive relationship. To test these hypotheses, this study utilized Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) datasets, especially 2017 data at the individual level. The number of the final sample is 425 for the test. Moreover, this study used the hierarchical regression model with SPSS. Finding - As predicted, the analytical results with the hierarchical regression model showed that employees' percieved utility of education and training and satisfaction were positively related. In addition, HR activities strengthened this relationship between employees' percieved utility of education and training and satisfaction. Research implications or Originality - This study will provide academic and practical implications for future research on human resource development, especially SMEs by deepening an understanding of the important factors in order to increase employees' satisfaction of education and training. the number of viewers is found in most American films released in Korea.

치유농업 전문가 양성을 위한 정책 우선순위 분석 (Analysis of Policy Priorities for Training Agro-healing Experts Using the AHP Method)

  • This study focuses on the policy priorities for training agro-healing experts. Training agro-healing experts is an important task that should boost local community in rural areas. In order to make an efficient decision making, the study analyses priority of relevant policies using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. According to the results, R&D comes out first. Human Resource Development(HRD), financial support, and the construction of legal system comes after R&D. In R&D, qualifications and guidelines for participants comes out the most significant issue. In the aspect of HRD, it is very important to develop and utilize regional personnel such as unemployed youth and retirees from related fields. As for financial support, funding for educational facilities (i.e. classrooms and farmland for practice) is needed. In case of legal system, it is desirable to introduce the recruiting experts system and qualification system certified by government.

  • This study aimed to investigate the current condition of student childcare training in Korea. Participants were 221 university professors, 467 childcare center directors, and 1,260 guidance teachers in Korea. They completed questionnaires the current condition of student childcare training centers, guidance teachers, student teachers, and student childcare training fees. The results showed 64.4% of these centers charged a student childcare training fee, and 35.6% of them did not charge a fee. The average student childcare training fee was 41,000 won. This study aims to offer a realistic understanding and effective information on student childcare training in Korea and to suggest practical standards for student childcare training.

우편원격훈련의 현업활용도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Application of Postal Distance Training)

  • When it comes to the training program conducted by company to improve job performance ability, it would be not a investment but a waste if the training contents is not practically applied to the business accomplishment. Even though some people raise a question on the job application of postal distance training, funded by employment insurance, the study on the job application of postal distance training shows that the components of the training program have a positive effect on it and the model has 60.5% validity. Moreover, its control effect on environmental support and individual characteristics has been partially established. The study has been conducted by questioning survey with the employees who completed a postal education 3 months ago. With the result, we can find that the postal distance training benefits employees to improve their job performance abilities and expect that it continuously plays a crucial role in the field of company training through the development of high-quality training programs.
