인터액티브 정보검색 모형 (Interactive Information Retrieval (IR) Models: Tradition and Development)

  • 본 논문은 다음과 같은 두 부분으로 구성된다. 논문의 전반부는 네 개의 정보검색 모형을 다루고 있는데 이는 전통적 정보검색 모형과 보다 최근에 나온 세 연구자의 이용자 중심 인터액티브 모형을 포함한다. 인터액티브 정보검색 모형은 Belkin, Ingwersen, 그리고 Saracevic에 의하여 제시된 것인데, 전통적 정보검색 모형을 포함한 각 모형의 장점과 한계점이 기술된다. 논문의 후반부에서 저자는 이상과 같은 모형들에 관한 분석을 토대로 그 자신의 인터액티브 모형, 즉 빙산모형(Iceberg Model)을 제시하고 있다. 빙산모형의 타당성으로 다음과 같은 세 가지 사항을 강조하고 있는데, 즉, 보다 구체화된 시스템 특성의 포함, 보다 명확한 인터액티브 정보검색 요소간의 상호작용, 그리고 정보매개자의 증가된 역할 등이 그것이다. 요약하면, 빙산모형은 변화하는 정보추구환경에서 진화할 수 있는 틀을 제시하고 있다.

Determinants of E-Intermediary Use in Export Marketing: Cross-National Differences in the US and Korean SMEs

  • Purpose. Electronic intermediaries (e-intermediaries) are gaining significance in international marketing with the rapid development of e-commerce. The goal of this study is to explain empirically what leads to a higher use of this relatively new exportation alternative. Relying on a resource-based view as our research foundation, we focus on information technology (IT) and non-IT factors as possible determinants. Further, this study brings arguments offered by transaction cost theorists to explain the other non-IT determinants. Methodology/Approach. Data are collected from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the electronic industry in Korea and the U.S to ensure generalizability. Ordinary least square (OLS) regression is utilized to analyze the data. Findings. This study raises new issues regarding a relatively new type of exporting channel, e-intermediary. Exporting is regarded as the most appropriate strategy for SMEs in international commerce. A number of SMEs stay away from exporting due to limited resources or lack of knowledge regarding foreign markets. The findings in this study should help SMEs use e-intermediaries more widely by developing appropriate IT-related resources (IT-related human and relationship assets) and dealing with non-IT factors (international competence, environmental uncertainty, and duration of relationship) effectively. Originality/Value/Contribution. This study illustrates the significant role of e-intermediaries, which may help SMEs to penetrate the global market effectively. Finding relevant sources in the global e-marketplace is a challenge for non-experienced users like SMEs. This study proposes e-intermediaries as an effective alternative for them. Another contribution of this study is to show how the use of indirect exporting channels, e-intermediaries, decrease costs in exporting transactions. This study suggests an e-intermediary as a hybrid exporting channel to balance risk and profit.

It is important that plays a role as an intermediary of cognition which enables the formation of space and figure through Human's recognition in the process of design. Human perceive space and identity every basic form by the contrast of light and dark. The existence of light is very inclusive concept in the space, so space and form are completed by light. The change of based on time, place, and its amount acts as an important element Which can change the form of Space. In Space light doesn't work simply as light itself, but have a very close relation with Space, Form, Structure, Material, Color elements, Space is limited by physical form but human perceive space relatively by many other conditions, So same space can be experienced differently by the characters of light. Human can recognized and observe an object in the space as he processes information collected through light. In this process light make it possible for human to see the shape in space. therefore, the shape of space can get meanings when light exists. the space recognized by light is the mean that activates human activates in space.

  • The era of the fourth industrial revolution, which will bring about a great wave of change in the 21st century, is the age of super-connection that links humans to humans, objects to objects, and humans to objects. In the smart city and the smart space which are evolving further, emotional engineering is a field of interdisciplinary researches that still attract attention with the development of technology. This paper proposes an emotional object prototype as a possibility of emotional interaction in the relation between human and object. By suggesting emotional objects that produce color changes and movements through the emotional interactions between humans and objects against the current social issue-loneliness of modern people, we have approached the influence of our lives in the relation with objects. It is expected that emotional objects that are approached from the fundamental view will be able to be in our lives as a viable cultural intermediary in our future living space.

  • 정보행태 연구 커뮤니티에서 그간 다수의 이용자 관련 모형들이 제시되어온바, 본 연구의 출발점은 정보검색 상호작용 모형을 포함한 대부분의 모형들이 포괄적 영역을 제시하는 다(多)영역 모형이라는 점이다. 본 연구는 다 영역 모형의 제한점을 논의한 후, 새로운 모형 유형 제시의 필요성을 제기한다. 이와 관련, 연구 커뮤니티내의 핵심 모형 네 가지를 분석 고찰한 후, 특정영역 초점 모형화(Specific Domain Focus Modeling - SDFM)에 기반한 새로운 모형 유형을 제시한다. 이러한 모형화의 예로써, 본 연구는 필자의 시스템-자료 군 연계정도 기반 정보검색 상호작용 모형을 제시한다.

항생제와 항생제 내성 슈퍼박테리아 (Antimicrobials and Antimicrobial Resistant Superbacteria)

  • Antimicrobials were one of the great invention of modern era. However, the abuse of antimicrobial both in human and animals has led to a high rate of occurrence of antimicrobial resistant microbes. Disease treatment caused by antimicrobial resistant microbes including superbacteria has emerged as critical issue worldwide. Communication and cooperation among researchers in diverse fields are needed to solve the resistance to antimicrobials. Culture Collection of Antimicrobial Resistant Microbes (CCARM) has taken a leadership role an intermediary among various research fields by providing certified antimicrobial resistant microbes with their information since 1999. CCARM collects antimicrobial resistant microbes from clinical, agricultural animals and products, and environmental fields, and classifies and stores them according to their origins, species and antimicrobial resistance mechanisms. CCARM is performing the roles (collection, deposit, preservation, distribution, service, and consulting) of Biological Resource Center designated by Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.

구성원의 그릿(GRIT)과 잡 크래프팅, 조직효과성의 구조적 관계: 대학병원 종사자를 대상으로 (Structural Relationships of GRIT, Job Crafting and Organizational Effectiveness; Focusing on Medical Center Employees)

  • 본 연구는 대학병원에 근무하는 종사자를 대상으로 그릿과 잡 크래프팅이 직무몰입과 직무만족의 조직효과성 결과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 예측하고 관계를 검증하기 위한 구조모형 연구이다. 본 연구를 위해 일개 대학 부속병원에 근무하는 의사, 간호사, 행정직원, 기술보건직원 등 450명을 대상으로 2020년 6월 1일부터 6월 15일까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 대상자의 그릿이 높을수록 잡 크래프팅 활동이 더 활발하였으며(β=.751, p<.001), 잡 크래프팅은 조직몰입(β=.297, p=.005)과 직무만족(β=.353, p<.001)에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 병원종사자의 그릿은 조직효과성 지표인 조직몰입과 직무만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으나, 구성원의 잡 크래프팅이 그릿과 조직효과성 간의 관계에 완전 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학병원 종사자의 인적자원관리 방안 설정에 유용한 정보로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Through the Looking Glass: The Role of Portals in South Korea's Online News Media Ecology

  • Media manipulation of breaking news through article selection, ranking and tweaking of social media data and comment streams is a growing concern for society. We argue that the combination of human and machine curation on media portals marks a new period for news media and journalism. Although intermediary platforms routinely claim that they are merely the neutral technological platform which facilitates news and information flows, rejecting any criticisms that they are operating as de facto media organisations; instead, we argue for an alternative, more active interpretation of their roles. In this article we provide a contemporary account of the South Korean ('Korean') online news media ecology as an exemplar of how contemporary media technologies, and in particular portals and algorithmic recommender systems, perform a powerful role in shaping the kind of news and information that citizens access. By highlighting the key stakeholders and their positions within the production, publication and distribution of news media, we argue that the overall impact of the major portal platforms of Naver and Kakao is far more consequential than simply providing an entertaining media diet for consumers. These portals are central in designing how and which news is sourced, produced and then accessed by Korean citizens. From a regulatory perspective the provision of news on the portals can be a somewhat ambiguous and moving target, subject to soft and harder regulatory measures. While we investigate a specific case study of the South Korean experience, we also trace out connections with the larger global media ecology. We have relied on policy documents, stakeholder interviews and portal user 'walk throughs' to understand the changing role of news and its surfacing on a distinctive breed of media platforms.

병원 코디네이터의 도입 필요성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Needs about Hospital Coordinator)

  • As a hospital environment is reconstructed from supplier-centered values to consumer-centered ones for the existence in the rapidly changing medical market, it can be said that not only must old slogans such as unconditional restructuring, remodelling, etc. be reconsidered, but a new strategy for the development and renovation of a hospital must be urgently required. Accordingly, development of customer-oriented practical strategies is needed and it appears possible to develop marketing and manage contacts, as a practical management strategy, for raising satisfaction of internal and external customers. The ultimate goal of such strategy development may be to ensure consistent potential development by maintenance of existing customers and securing new customers through a strategy of satisfying both existing and new customers. It appears that the competition in the medial will be keener in the future by human resources, members of an organization, Under these circumstances, and in relation to appearance of a new type of occupation of a coordinator, if a hospital could offer appropriate service which can meet the demand of the customers by efficiently utilizing the limited resources through efficient management of contacts between the customers and personnel, the competitive power of a hospital would be much stronger. Therefore, it is necessary to seek customer-impressing management by utilizing a coordinator as a more specialized intermediary as well as many-sided contact management through positive introduction of an expert coordinator system for internal and external customer contact management. It is expected that a hospital can secure a competitive advantage in the market through strategy development supported by an expert coordinator and increasing competitive power by means of practice of a developed creative strategy.

데이터마이닝을 이용한 허위거래 예측 모형: 농산물 도매시장 사례 (Detection of Phantom Transaction using Data Mining: The Case of Agricultural Product Wholesale Market)

  • 정보기술의 빠른 진화, 빅데이터의 등장, 분석기법의 고도화 등으로 인해 다량의 데이터로부터 의미있는 정보를 추출하는 데이터마이닝을 다양한 영역에 활용하고자 하는 시도들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 중의 한 분야가 농산물 유통영역인데, 농산물에 대한 지속적인 수요 증가와 전자경매의 활성화 등으로 수도권 농산물 도매시장에서만도 연간 수천만건 이상의 거래가 이루어 진다. 그러나 급속한 거래량 증가와 더불어 과거로부터 관행적으로 이루어지고 있는 부정거래도 함께 증가하고 있는데 거래참가자들 사이의 결탁에 의해 발생하는 농산물 도매시장의 부정거래는 점차 지능화되는 추세이며, 이들을 감지하고 적발하기가 매우 어려운 실정이다. 이로 인해 농산물 유통환경의 공정거래 질서는 침해되고 시장에 대한 신뢰는 훼손되곤 한다. 따라서 거래투명성을 제고하고 유통비리를 구조적으로 개선하기 위한 과학적이고 자동화된 부정탐지시스템의 필요성이 어느 때보다도 절실히 요구되는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 데이터마이닝의 의사결정나무를 이용하여 실제 발생하지 않은 거래를 실물 없이 거래한 것처럼 조작하여 대금을 정산하는 행위인 허위거래를 탐지하는 모형을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 실제 농산물 도매시장의 데이터를 수집하였고, 데이터의 정제 및 표준화 등의 선행작업을 수행하였다. 또한 변수 간의 상관관계 및 분포도 분석 등을 통해 데이터의 특성을 파악한 후 예측모형을 구축하여 허위거래와 정상거래를 분류하는 패턴을 도출하였으며, 최종적으로 시험용 데이터를 이용하여 모형을 평가하는 단계를 거쳐 결과의 적합성을 확인하였다. 향후 데이터마이닝을 이용한 부정탐지 모형을 허위거래뿐만 아니라 낙찰부정, 경매조작 등과 같이 다양화되는 부정거래에 적용하게 되면 보다 지대한 효과를 거둘 수 있으리라 사료된다.
