  • Under background of global change, regional and local environmental changes in short-term are significantly influenced by human activities in recent time. This paper deals with serious environmental problems which has become a barrier of sustainable development in the lower reach of Yellow River due to over use of diverted water from Yellow River and underground water from coastal plain. Some countermeasures for improving local environment and economic development are introduced in the paper.

  • The article focuses on the need to deepen the issue of human resource management in logistics processes. It is noted that changes in market conditions and turbulence in the institutional environment require managers to form a highly effective human resources policy capable to ensure the innovative development of the enterprise. Functional strategies for human resource management in logistical processes are proposed, namely: adaptive, innovative, selective and exclusive. Innovative technologies that should be used in the adaptive human resources policy process are identified.

  • Home economics lesson plan model was developed based on cooperative learning stategy focusing on human development and family relations area. The cooperative learning is an instructional strategy that meets the challenge of helping students master home economics content objectives by acquiring and practicing the social skills that are essential in life for satisfactory relationships with peers, families, coworkers, and others in society. Through cooperative learning, students can satisfy their needs for friendship, power, belongs, and fun. Practical problems were selected in human development and family relations area for middle school students assuming that home economics is critical science. Lesson plans were developed according to the practical problems, "what should we do regarding the effective communication between family members\ulcorner".ner".uot;.

  • The Center for Imaging Human Structures (CIH) was established in December 2002 to develop new diagnostic imaging techniques and to make them available to the greater community of biomedical and clinical researchers at Sungkyunkwan University. CIH has been involved in 5 specific activities to provide solutions for early diagnosis and improved treatment of human diseases. The five area goals include: 1) development of a digital mammography system with computer aided diagnosis (CAD); 2) development of digital radiological imaging techniques; 3) development of unified medical solutions using 3D image fusion; 4) development of multi-purpose digital endoscopy; and, 5) evaluation of new imaging systems for clinical application

  • This study is analyse method for Industrial disester prevention of E-9 foreign workers. To do this, We adapted tp TRIZ 's creative problem solving theory and AHP, QFD. TRIZ is determined some parameters for problem solving and selected the inventive principles for each parameters. So, We made new parameters and inventive principles under theory of the TRIZ process for reduced to the foreign worker's disaster rate. After, The derived parameters and the inventive principles are used to evaluate the importance of factors through the AHP, and determine the weight of the relation through QFD expansion. Finally. this paper applies statistical data according to the determined model process, analyzes the result and proposes improvement method for the prevention of disaster of foreign workers.

  • In the past, Manufacturers used to determine the quality of products, but the trend of today's market becomesmore into customer-driven. As a result, demands from customers are becoming more diverse and complicated, and most companies are obligated to meet their needs. As one of the effort to achieve their satisfaction, companies are now emphasizing activities to find out what customers specifically want and extract voice ofcustomer(VOC). This study attempts to develop an ergonomic product development process as a method tomaximally reflect the VOC. In order to meet this goal, ergonomic design guidelines, which are possible to beclassified according that user's human characteristics, will be recommended. Even now, there are numerousdesign guidelines already existing in the ergonomics literature. However, it is not realistically feasible to reviewall of those guidelines, and some of them are even conflicting with each other. Therefore, in this paper, theproduct development process, which prioritizes the human characteristics that reflect customer needs and appliesthe design guidelines that meet the most important ones, will be suggested. Finally, the research was described toshow the validity of the product development process through an example of a mobile phone development case.

  • Although consumer needs for better products force manufactures to put emphasis on design, often development of a product has been done without the formal process to consider consumer needs. In order to identify the implicit needs of customers and the areas of potential demand on a product, several analysis scheme such as QFD (Quality Function Deployment) has been developed. QFD, also known as the House of Quality, is the efficient tool ever created to tie product and service design decisions directly to customer wants and needs, i.e. VoC (Voice of Customer) To utilize this tool on a product design, first of all, the consumers attributes and the engineering characteristics must be exactly investigated. However there were only few studies about them on shoe design. Hence in this paper we developed an innovative framework for shoes design based on QFD. As a result, we uncovered 29 dominant human satisfaction dimensions as the consumers attributes for customer-oriented quality evaluation of a comfortable shoes. Here, 29 human satisfaction dimensions for a shoe design were identified as the dimensions that represent the human sensitivity and psychological feeling on comfortable shoes. Also, we proposed 60 human interface elements as the engineering characteristics. The relationships between human satisfaction dimensions and human interface elements were investigated. This study will help the designers and manufacturers clarify the conceptual and abstract aspect of the design evaluation by proposing a more systematic and process-oriented method.

  • After the launch of smart phones, various miniaturized smart devices such as wearable and IOT devices have deeply embedded in human life, and have created a technology-oriented society. In this technology-oriented society, technology development itself is important, however it seems more important to utilize existing technology appropriately and deliver effectively to human life. As the computer became personalized after the appearance of PC, human-centered computing such as HCI and UCD had begun to appear. However, most of the researches focused on technology that made human being convenient to interact with computer such as computer systems design and UX development. In the technology-oriented society, it seems more urgent to apply existing technology to human life. In this paper, we propose a methodology, 'Digital Leveraging' which guides how to effectively apply technology to human life. Digital Leveraging is the way of convergence between technology and humanities.

  • With the rapid development of 3D animation, MetaHuman is widely used in film production, game development and VR production as a virtual human creation platform. In the animation production of virtual humans, motion capture is usually used.Since different motion capture solutions use different skeletons for motion recording, when the skeleton level of recorded animation data is different from that of MetaHuman, the animation data recorded by motion capture cannot be directly used on MetaHuman. This requires Reorient the skeletons of both. This study explores an efficient skeleton reorientation method that can maintain the accuracy of animation data by reducing the number of bone chains. In the experiment, three skeleton structures, Rokoko, Mixamo and Xsens were used for efficient redirection experiments, to compare and analyze the adaptability of different skeleton structures to the MetaHuman skeleton, and to explore which skeleton structure has the highest compatibility with the MetaHuman skeleton. This research provides an efficient skeleton reorientation idea for the production team of 3D animated video content, which can significantly reduce time costs and improve work efficiency.
